This place. 2022. I get into a bad accident with my hyundai. I'm out of state, and the company knows this. I've got the insurance company paying the auto bills. I come in to collect my items from my car, and I sign the release form. The man at the counter says I can't go to the yard to get my items, I don't have the rights to my car! I am a little confused and I say, ok I'll come back the next day while I look up my rights and get in touch with my insurance. They finally let me through.... EVERYTHING. IN MY CAR. WAS STOLEN. Utter disbelief. Cash, CDs, electronics, an emergency bag. I hated my time in Arkansas.
Honestly, i dont know much about this company as they were selected for me through my provider. What i do know is that Nick was the best tow truck driver i could ask for. Very polite, nice, and hilarious. It’s always nice to be able to laugh during a tow, when youre normally not having a good day. I would call this company for any tows just based off my experience with Nick, he was able to represent the company to such a high standard, great experience!
Zero stars!!!They dropped my car off to the wrong location, when I informed them I was told they had a more important job to tend to. Horrible customer service I will push my car myself before calling these people.
There driver Nick was very professional and nice and on point and fast with everything he made sure I was okay and made sure my car didn’t get any more damages added to it MOST definitely going to Asher’s again!
I was sitting here since 4 AM all the way to 12 PM and had three wrecker services deny me service and have me wait hours for them. This record service came within 20 minutes and helped me they are amazing.
Seth is absolutely amazing. This was the first time I’ve ever had to have a vehicle towed. I used Mercedes Roadside Assistance and they contracted this tow service. I was so stressed and was having a horrible day because someone deliberately damaged my vehicle. And I pretty much figured the towing would be a nightmare and was worried about something getting damaged especially because my car was in a parking garage. But no, Seth was literally so kind, competent, patient, and careful. He handled everything so fast and smoothly. I had to ride with him to the dealership and based on our conversations, it’s clear he’s a wonderful person that truly cares about customers. He is very much an asset to this company. I’m so grateful Seth was the driver sent to me. He made my day so much better and made me feel like everything was going to be okay. He really took as much negativity and stress out of this situation as possible. So Seth, I can’t thank you enough for your exceptional service.
Horrible experience and customer service. Called to have a vehicle towed at 3:45pm and was told it would be up to 4 hours wait, which I was understanding about. I called after 4 hours only to find out that I was never even put on the list for a tow and had wasted my time and the dispatcher that was currently on was no more help than the first.
I’m using them through the State Farm roadside asssitance and I believe they are coming but told State Farm 60-90 mins wait time cool, 20 mins in they change it to 12 mins, look at god. 20 mins go by i call and buddy like where y’all at? He responded dumbfounded to the times being shared with me. Been waiting here over 2 hours and I got another message saying 12 mins away still waiting
Best tow service I’ve ever had!! A little on the pricey side BUT worth it because of their outstanding QUALITY employees!! That guy Seth is a real champ! Real good guy, went above and beyond not just a tow but he really made light of a pretty crappy situation. Gave me lots of good advice and pointed me in the right direction for my car repairs! Not once did I feel like just a dollar/job in that moment I was family and was treated as such! Now if I ever need a tow/car services I know EXACTLY who to call!!

I was driving through Arkansas on a business trip, and my rental car broke down in Little Rock. The rental company called Asher Wrecker to pick up the non-driveable car, and one of their shiny tow trucks showed up within the hour. The driver was kind enough to allow me to wait at their place, while I arranged transport to the airport, to pick up another rental car and continue my travel. Herman, the owner, invited me to wait in his office until my ride showed up. I was a stranger, and they knew I was driving through, and would not return for business, yet they still treated me like gold. Asher Wrecker seems to be run by some of the finest people.
Had a great experience using Asher Wrecker. They were fast, friendly, and affordable! Hopefully I won't need another tow soon but if/when I do they will be my first call

I got left high and dry on getting my truck pulled out of some mud by this company last night because they claimed they couldn't do it yet another tow truck came and had me out in 10 minutes. I'm not upset but I am disappointed in how fast the man I spoke with was quick to cancel my rescue order. He didn't try to think of any ideas or anything, just an immediate cancelation.
Robert came immediately. Took care of my car like it was his own. . . Great attitude even at 11:18 pm. Let my car off the bed of wrecker truck directly in my driveway like i drove it there. . . Great team of tow dudes fasho
Very disappointed in the service. I was given the run around for two hours. Every time I contacted dispatch they sold me false hope of “heading my way”. The tow company knows you are at their mercy so there is no point in even complaining or voicing the concern. The dispatcher said he called my drive twice and texted him to call me. No contact from the driver at all an hour later. The dispatcher told
me the driver was dropping a vehicle off in my area and would be there in 20 min. I received a text saying driver would come in 17 min. Only for another hour to go by. There was no ability to get in touch with the driver besides looking at the tracker. But every time the dispatcher looked at the tracker the driver was in a diff location and the dispatcher didn’t know what was going on.
Great price and even better drivers. The process was quick, easy and I only had to wait maybe 10 minutes before they were here. Other places told me over 3 hours and had worse prices. Asher took care of me when I was having a bad time. I regret not being able to get my driver's name, I think it was Don? Amazing person, amazing service, 10/10
Asher tow was contacted at 930pm for me by the life 360 dispatcher. I received a call from Asher confirming my location and to let me know he was on the way. Very professional and quick! He was loading my car at 10:06pm.
I blew a tire yesterday. Give called them for me. I was told 45 min. I decided to call to check if the tow truck was close. ETA was 3:21 95 degrees, no water. My cup had been empty over an hour. I was told by dispatcher another 45 min to hour, he had not been sent. He was busy with wrecks, police and state trooper calls. I repeated his words. He said yes. OK. I called my insurance company, send somebody else. They were shocked. They sent East End Tow 1 hour ETA. LESS THAN 1 HOUR. COLD BOTTLE OF WATER, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND NOW MY TOW OF CHOICE! This was horrible service. The dispatcher was rude and non-shulant!
We tore up our oil pan at the Valero gas station heading to Pinnacle. We called around several places until finding Asher Wrecker. They would come pick up our car and deliver her home. They were very informative and kept up updated until they arrived. Ryan was awesome! He took care of our 66 Cobra with great care and got her home nice and safe! Highly recommend and will be our wrecker service from now on!
They destroyed my fiber glass bumper with complete lack of care while loading my car and then proceed to take 3 months to have the car fixed. Will never be using this company again
This tow truck company damaged my daughter's vehicle when they towed it to the repair shop due to two flat tires. My daughter is a teenager. He told her he did not need the keys to the vehicle and would met her at the repair shop. Once she arrived she noticed and stated what happen to her car that was parked in a parking spot with no keys to move. It was now damaged/cracked on her front right bumper the opposite side of the flat tires. He then handed her a piece off her car that needed replacing and a card and said it is easy to put back on if you need me to you can just stop by and I will put it back on. I reported to my insurance company he lied and said that he took pictures before hand and the damage was already there. Which he never produced because it was a lie. He also lied and said that my daughter meet him at the pick up spot and gave him the keys which again is a lie. My daughter had several people that can verify this but the insurance company says that they are considered bias. I am switching insurance companies. But this company has an integrity issue. If they did it to us they definitely have done it to others. DO NOT USE THEM! If they call you through a referral ask for another company because you may get more damage than has already occurred. The only reason their getting 1 star because it would not let me post without it.

The first lie is that he met my girls at the first site. I know that not to be true because they were with me when he called to tow. My girls were given an initial time of 45 minutes and he call within 10 minutes and they were not going to be there until another 15 minutes he said don't worry about it I will meet you at the repair shop and that's when she said you don't need the keys he said no I will meet you at the repair shop which is about 10 minutes away so that's the first lie. The second lie is the one picture that was submitted by your toe truck company my car that I was driving was actually parked next to my daughter's vehicle and the door was open in that picture. (A red Ford Focus) that was at the drop-off spot how could my car that I actually drove be there with the car that was damaged if it was the first pick up spot. That picture was taken after the car arrived at the repair shop. Also how was the door open if you never had the keys second lie. Third lie State Farm didn't dismiss this. The tow truck agency that handles referrals for several insurance companies (Aergo) is the insurance company resolve this because it's beneficial for them not to have to pay out but a person who has integrity knows that they damaged the car. Also I guess he just suggested to that she comes by his place to have something repaired for free out of the goodness of his heart. Yed she did say that she ran over something hence the flat tires but four people got out of that car to change the flat tires and a fifth person came to assist. None of that damage was there ahead of time and they will all testify to that your guy is lying.
