Great place, I think I found my new favorite Junk Yard . Easy to get around in. Especially since I don't walk so well anymore. Great prices too!!

Well my trailer had a blowout on the interstate not far from Dixon road exit and what do you think texting you pull it come up with they come up with something that holds air that fit on there as a spare so my trailer could keep going right on down the road so I can finish mowing this large piece of grass I'm getting paid for if it weren't for Dixon you pull it being on the ball I'd still be on the side of the highway

Dixon U- Pull-It is an auto dismantling yard that serves the public. If you ask before you enter they will give you a list of the vehicles they have in stock which is very helpful. Depending on your needs. The only negative is they need a broader range of years on some of the GM late model trucks and more broad range of series. That is the only reason for four stars versus five.

Called and asked about a mitsubishi to replace a rim & tire on my car, the man on the phone said that he couldn’t go look on the yard to see if he had a rim & tire on the mitsubishi in the yard, he said that I would need to come in & look for myself. How utterly lazy. What’s the point of me calling if I have to do your job & be inconvenienced by spending uber/lyft money to get there? Not only did I waste $50 on rides (there & back) but when I got there he knew exactly where the mitsubishi was & it didn’t have rims or tires. What a huge waste of money & time.

Be sure they mark your part before you leave. I spent 45 min there removing an exhaust manifold. English guy forgot to mark it and I forgot to make sure he marked it. This was on a Saturday. I realize my exhaust leak was not from the manifold and tried to return it the following Monday but since it was not marked dude would not allow it. English guy would be there Tuesday so I went back then thinking he would remember me. No such luck, he immediately said "no, don't remember you" despite us having had lengthy conversation. So three trips at 40 min each=2 hours and 45 min gone, $30 wasted for a part I don't need, not to mention gas money. So ..make sure they mark your part at checkout! I gave two stars because he was too quick to say he did not remember me. I suspect he did. I understand their policy but he did not even want to entertain the idea of remembering me as I was trying to remind him of our conversation but I was cut off each time. Again, get them to mark your part!

This is a mid-sized salvage yard. As between 3 & 4 stars, I'll say 4 because their people are helpful. I've gone there a few times to pull parts I needed so my experience is limited to that. They may offer other services I'm not aware of. They open earlier than other places (+) and close about the same time. Prices are fair and on par with similar places. There is no entry fee. (+) Here's what I suggest: 1) Whatever question you have about their business, Call First. They have always answered the telephone when I've called, and every time I've been there they have at least two people in the office area managing things. (+) They have very limited information on available vehicles on their desktop website and no visibility into inventory on a mobile platform. (-) 2) Before you call, know the part you need and look it up on an official parts distributor's website... And watch the details such as sidedness, engine size, AWD, Accord Sedan v Accord Crosstour, etc. See what year models that part was used in. For instance, if you needed a Ford part, it may be found on five Ford models over three years and two Lincoln models over 4 years. When you call you'll be able to ask for any of the models. Being mid-sized they have most vehicles. 3) You will need tools, and I would not count on a wheelbarrow being available. But even in places with more of them, it's a crap shoot on getting one. I suggest that you bring a dolly, wagon, or whatever if you need several tools or get a heavy part. 4) Check in at the office where they'll tell you the locations of the vehicle they have in the list you made above. 5) Check out is pretty standard. Bring your pulled parts to the office. They'll mark them for return purposes and charge you.

I've been to this place more times than I can count for my vehicles and with friends for theirs. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and it's actually FUN to go! They are always reasonable with their prices. I've been able to get 4 tires for a friend, almost new, for less than $200! They put tires on my car for me too.Any time I've had a question they they were able to help, and as a 61 year old woman, that means a lot! I'm a semi-gearhead but there's some things I can't do anymore, and they are happy to help if I need it! I don't go anywhere else unless they don't have what I need and that's RARE.

Today i went to this salvage yard. Hands down the best in Pulaski if not the state. Staff was friendly and went above & beyond. I felt like family! Not only did i get a rim but they took it off the wheel and placed it on my car for a extra small fee. They also have the best rates in town. You have a forever customer here anytime i need parts! Please shop with them you wont be disappointed!!! Thank you for your hospitality!

Great customer service, I live in NWA and their prices were cheaper than you-pull-it in Rogers. Their yard was very clean and organized.

9;35am my husband call asking did they have a Kia Forte 2018 part was informed that they didn’t have any. Call back asking did they have something that was compatible.. not a minute into the phone call they hang up phone in my face “ we told U we don’t have the part” then says the computer was still showing the worker search results just to be heard in back ground talking nonsense. Those gentlemen who is working right now on Wednesday 2023 is a piece of …. Could have handle that call differently

The guys that work here are very kind. It’s also the cleanest salvage yard I’ve ever been to. This is my favorite junk yard in the Little Rock area. I do wish they would post their inventory online.

This salvage yard is very very organized. They had the one products with one product and other brand of products with its brand of products and just organized. Prices are fair. They have equipment to use to carry the items you have removed from a vehicle. A really nice place.

The guys running the front desk are friendly from my experience and usually have a good attitude. Sometimes the selection of parts are slim for certain types of vehicles but overall a good experience there I'd say

Yes I’m a junk yard junky!! This place is as big as some of the others but they charge nothing to walk in there and look for what you’re needing. The bald guy is hilarious I’m sure he has bad days but I’ve not seen his monster side yet. And if they can help you find something they are going to try.

The d.i.y mechanics candy store. Unbeatable prices! Very courteous staff. 4stars. To get a 5, need better parts tracking so customers don't have to make blank trips.

Some of u might remember the Jacksonville/Cabot store, well these are the same guys that used to work there, it's a awesome set up and there's plenty of room around the cars to work, free admission and hoist usage, inventory is swapped out regularly and the prices will make you come back! I don't think I can call it a "junk yard" simply because of the environment and the selection and the staff. I'm a regular BTW

Pretty decent place.but dont call & ask if they have a particular part.the guy that answers the phone dont go far from his chair in the a.c.i asked if they had a specific color vehicle i was looking for a part for & without hesitation he said no.so i went out there for a different part the next day & there was 3 vehicles the same color i asked about.but if ur willing to go & pull parts for yourself its worth it.its just hit or miss

Great customer service here at Dixon Road U-Pull-It! They were very reasonable on prices and even had a tire iron on site that I could use, and then ended up buying the tire iron from them too because I didn't have one. I bought a used tire already mounted on an aluminum rim for a 1996 Chevy Monte Carlo and the 4 way tire iron and single tire iron for 37 dollars! Although he didn't charge me for the tire itself because it was really kinda wore out.
