John was a saving grace for me when I got a flat tire on my cross-country drive home I was making by myself. He showed up quickly, made me feel extremely safe, and went above and beyond to get me to the nearest auto shop that would be able to fix my car in time. I am so glad when John came to tow us .... After my husband waited for 3 hours for another tow truck company ... We called action and John was right there in less than 30 mins . USE THEM NOT THE OTHER GUYS
first time I used their service, they arrived within the estimated time and I tipped the driver very well. so next time I needed a tow, I used them again and it was a horrible mistake.
they estimated 30-60 minutes, after over an hour, they didn't come so I called them.
they claimed their driver was nearby and will arrive soon.
after over another hour, they still didn't come so I called them again.
the employee lady on the phone then asked me if I was waiting with my car and I told her yes, she then blamed me for not telling her before. I don't know what additional information she needed to know, I don't work at a tow company, she should've asked.
their employees are rude and have terrible customer service.
I ended up having to wait for several hours.
Locked my key in the car w the battery dead on fob and called roadside assistance. The text said it'd be 60-90 mins before arriving. John at action wrecker literally was here within 15-20 minutes AT MOST.
He was finished in less than 3 minutes. No damage to door, very kind and gave me a helpful tip for next time!!! (Hopefully there wont be one). They are definitely the quickest and the nicest ppl!
After being stranded on the side of Interstate 30 this morning and putting in a road side assistance request with my insurance and then East End towing trying to act like they was my road side assistance and just started hooking up to my car without my permission and then dumping me at a gas station and leaving me stranded again for another road side assistance request to take place you all acted fast and professional with no problem at all. I have your business card on hand and will be using yall in the future for all my road side assistance needs.
These guys came out in 10 min to grab my truck. Helped with my insurance claim and recommended a good repair shop. Couldn't have asked for better service.
Highly professional operator, arrived at stated time with heavy weight wrecker but after over a hour of work & discussions with his manager, informed me that they weren’t comfortable towing my 40’ motorhome based on height & height of transmission off payment. Recommended service that had “bus trailer” ability for the towing, really appreciated effort & company of integrity, placing the customer ahead of the $$. Highly Recommend
I needed a tow of a vehicle which managed to snap off all wheel posts holding on a front wheel & tire. (The vehicle's knuckle design doesn't let you simply replace wheel posts.) I called multiple places after 10pm on Veteran's Day. .
The driver identified himself by what he said, his uniform and his tow vehicle as being from East End Towing.... But somehow the deal was with Action towing. I remember calling East End Towinv but not Action.
I made sure to show the driver the text requesting online payment and ask, "is this you?" He replied that it was. That part was confusing and made me uneasy that I may have been sent a text from one of the other companies I had called.
That aside, , the driver was excellent. He was deliberate and didn't have to do things twice or reposition. He wasted little motion. With the front wheel on the flatbed, he positioned a block and a slider under the brake rotor, and the rotor never touched the ground or truck bed. He put the vehicle where I requested and although he didn't have to do so, he helped get the vehicle up on my jack stands with my jack.
I hadn't forgotten how Hill Brothers in North Little Rock & Routh Wrecker charged so much that they have received all they'll ever get from me in this lifetime.
Here, I asked up front & the tow cost $135 for around 15 miles as quoted. Given it was holiday, after 10 pm and the vehicle needed to be moved, it was a reasonable price.
The star deduction is because I had questions about who I was dealing with. Multiple texts from an out-of-state number wanting money are signs of a scam. Ultimately, it was fine, and the work was professionally done for a fair price.
I was very pleased with our tow truck driver David he was kind, informative and explained the precautions he would take due to the front wheel whelk had broken.
I am glad to say no other damage was incurred due to the cautious manner he took in loading & unloading the SUV.
I highly recommend David for his thorough & professional service.

I was at work during the whole process and couldn’t be there in person but they answered the many questions that I had through the process. Had a flat on Huw167. Contacted Action towing to get me to PEPBoys. Matt with Action arrived within minutes after State Farm contacted them. Matt was very courteous and professional. Got me to PEPBoys as fast as traffic would allow.

Roadside assistance sent them out to get my broken down car. I was an hour away from my car, and I had the key. The driver of the tow truck was patient, as he beat me to my car. He was also extremely kind, professional, and personable. Though I hope to never need a tow again, if I do, I’d definitely use Action Wrecker Service!
Quick response, friendly, and professional. Had two vehicles towed due to a tree falling on them. Driver picked them up and delivered them to my house with no issues.
I was very dissatisfied with the service I received, I waited over 2 hours for a tow truck driver that seemed very inexperienced. Once we arrived to my house I asked him to back in so the car could roll off the truck into my garage, what I got was he backed in but not up to the garage let the car off in the middle of my driveway and when I asked was he going to assist me in getting the car in the garage he stated no he couldn’t do that. It took him 20 minutes to unhook the car and when I asked was something wrong he stated no he thought something was wrong with his truck but it was just him. I call the office to ask if it was customary from the driver to just leave a car in the middle of a driveway he was very rude, told me for my over 2 hour wait I should have called sooner. I would never use this company again or refer anyone.
The guy (and his partner)who picked up and delivered our vehicle took a lot of care in now he handled the car. Due to not being able to put the benz in neutral, he took time to ensure he pulled it up on the bed as smoothly as possible. When he worked to release it upon delivery, he truly showed his skills, knowledge and expertise as he calculated placing the vehicle perfectly in the spot we needed it to go, again very smoothly. I can't remember his name, but I think it was Robert?

To start off, Kirsten the dispatcher assisted us right way with a correct ETA for the tow. Chris was a welcomed sight after a long day of being on the phone with insurance and stranded in the middle of nowhere. Once insurance was handled on our part, the service was fast and great. Chris went above and beyond and really helped my husband and I out. Very grateful and would 10/10 recommend!
Action Wrecker sent us a letter that they had towed our camper and this is how we found out it had been stolen from the storage place. They were so helpful and kind. They answered our calls after hours and they worked with us on the id's and payment. Of all the businesses and agencies we had to deal with today, they were by far the most helpful. They were very careful not to do more damage to the camper when they moved it. Bonus is that they have a guard dog named Cash that is definitely scary as heck. Well, he will be when he is grown. And not licking on everyone...
Had my car towed from the interstate because of a flat. I had no spare by the time I got back it had been towed. When I went to get my personal belongings. The woman behind the desk was super friendly and very helpful. More people who interact with the public should take lessons from her. She is a model on how to interact with customers.

Had a great experience with these guys yesterday after a flat tire and a flat spare. Zach came to our aid quickly and stated he thought it might damage the front bumper of our car to tow it and recommended we buy a new tire, and he would change it for us. That's exactly what we did, and I'm so grateful he told us the truth instead of charging us for a towing fee and possibly damaging our car. Honest, trustworthy people, and Zach was a godsend yesterday. Will definitely call them next time we're in need of a tow.
