Poor communication between GM and Owner. Attempted scheduling work on vehicle to replace roof and ended up getting runaround that went from could do a patch, to not knowing severity of issue and how it's a difficult fix and insurance doesn't like to pay (dealership is paying, no insurance involved) to not having the skilled labor to handle the job. Would have been just fine with a call stating backed up and wouldn't be able to get to it. But essentially told our job wasn't worth their time.
Repairs in the body shop were good. However, there is a lack of communication from the shop to the office and then the office to the customer. Excuses were given over and over as to why my car wasn't ready even close to the time frame I was given. While writing the check, the owner was still making excuses. The communication was so bad that I would not recommend them.
I want to thank the folks at Custom auto for the great job they did on my truck. I was super satisfied with their work and letting me know what all was going on. IF you ever need any work done on your vehicle you will be satisfied with there work. From the office to the body shop their great folks. Thank guys an gals
They went above and beyond to help me. I was in an arm cast and couldn't drive. They delivered my vehicle and returned my rental. They were also very professional and courteous.
Monty and everyone at Custom Auto Service did an amazing job on my truck. It got beat up by baseball sized hail back in April. I bought the truck brand new in September 2020, and they made it look brand new again. They were always available to talk and give me an update when I would call. They also took care of everything with my insurance. I highly recommend Custom Auto Service.
I was never available to go I called on Friday and ask when it was a good time for me to come next week they said to come but then when I took off work for Monday I called before I drove up there and a different guy informed the guy who's good left around 2
Dropped off on a Sunday picked up the following Friday .... really expected another week and BAM !! It was ready . Perfect work and wouldn’t let anyone else even touch my cars .
The staff was very professional. He kept me updated on progress and updates. I truly appreciated their attention to detail in taking care of my truck. Nice to have a company like them that can be trusted to take care of customers!!! Thanks so much to the entire team.

The driver that rear ended me is insured by State Farm. This is a preferred repair center with them. They also are the closest to where I live. They did a great job on my repair. Replaced one bed side and tailgate. Paint matched perfectly. Couldn't be happier with their service. I highly recommend them. They have been in business over 40 years for a reason!!!

I found them to be very customer friendly. Especially the 4 legged personnel!
They chased me, (not the pups, HA) I never had to call them to find out what was going on...they always called me. Even when a couple of parts were back ordered, they stayed on top of it and kept me informed.
Lots of body shops are skilled and do good work, but these guys have obviously worked to make themselves noticeably different in the area of follow up!
Hope I don’t need their services again but I won’t hesitate to call on them if I do.
These guys have been owner operated and repairing vehicles for me for years. I have watched their business grow for decades. They always been honest and hospitable.

The people are awesome. They know what they are doing. They made my truck look new after a tree fell on it. Great friendly staff. The owner is a great guy and will make sure your vehicle is right. Best place for paint and body. To me there is no other place for having your paont done.

These guys gave super cust. service and also skilled auto body repair. They repaired my late model Subaru while I was on vacation. They got me to my hotel, delivered car upon my return and even detailed and cleaned it up. What better experience could I have asked for?! Totally professional and easy to work with.
