I wanted to blow you away with an awesome review...but I can't. All I can say is read all the bad reviews as they mirror my experience and were possibly countered by friends/family input. Red flags...Company appears to be large and reputable however there is no ACTUAL real address shows a HOSPICE bldg. Research yourself. Initially I spoke with a person called Nathaniel but he has since disappeared. NOT a BBB accredited company. Yelp also has reviews. 24/7 is very funny, as communication is handled primarily thru text and that includes the CUSTOMER SERVICE dept. All other departments you have to or can leave a message. Chance appears to be the only person that you can communicate with SOMETIMES and again mainly thru text. Chance will probably respond and want to call out names but the proof is I called in June and it is now October and my car still sits in my front yard..tell me that is not faith, trust and patience. The initial call assured me they worked on Smart Cars and it could be fixed...but one thing always led to another and the constant feeling that I was not a priority in scheduling got very discouraging. I wanted to believe but now all I can say is BEWARE as Chance may be in over his head and you may be in for a LONG RIDE. Check all reviews on multiple sites.
Smart Bubble Auto was hands down amazing . Chance helped me get my back up and running in no time !! He was very informative. The work was thorough and fast . Cannot thank you guys enough .
I found these guys on a wham! I was honored to have Chance as my mechanic. He was very personable, willing to answer any questions I had (which were a lot! ), & knew the craft he was perfecting! Got my car back up in running in no time and also let me know if I had any other questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to ask him.
What can I say about the mobile mechanic named Chance, except he was so dang on helpful. He was patient and kind dealing with me. I was literally a damsel in distress but he kept reassuring me that everyone was ok. He helped me realized I purchased the wrong lights for my headlights... I bought high beams not low beams! He told me where to purchase my new low breams. He was very excited to learn I was veteran. We even chatted about organizations that help veterans keep engaged.
He even heard how I started the car and suggests how to fix my car to run even better.
Smart bubble is very good mechanic company. They are very fast to get you ready on the road. They helped me out with my brake pads and brake rotors right of way. Thanks yall

Bogus! They looked at my car on Friday the 25th and told me I would have an invoice and quote on how much it would cost to fix by the end of the day or at the most the next day which would’ve been fine but I have yet to hear anything from them. I would not recommend them to anyone!
Chance is the Man! Though it isn't normal for him, he stuck it out in the rain to finish putting new wheel bearings on my car before the weekend started. He is the reason I will get to drive up to see my dad for Father's Day! I highly recommend Smart Bubble Mobile, Good pricing and good service.
Chance is amazing!! He fixed my car for less than half the price and was able to explain what’s wrong with my car and talk me through it with out being rude. Literally take your car there if you want someone you can trust who is also very affordable!
If you ever need assistance ask for chance he is a dedicated young man. He figured out in two days why my car wasn’t starting literally it was sitting for months. Seen by multiple mechanics and no one could figure out the issue. He came out the next two day and my car was starting like it never stopped. Def a great company with an amazing worker. Thanks again!

I checked out several repair shops, but this place had the best prices with flat rates on parts and a reasonable service charge. I read about Chance in the reviews and decided to give it a try. He did a great job with my brake job, water pump, and timing belt service. He clearly explained all the issues and repairs. The fact that they can come to your location makes it really convenient. Highly recommend this shop.
Chance came out and saved my car with his expertise diagnosed my issue with and even found away to get me home with a plan to permanently fix my car issue. I most definitely recommend his services.
I had one vehicle in the shop and needed to drive my truck. I knew I needed new breaks but did not want to sit around in a shop all day. Reluctantly, I put it off until I knew I had to do something about it. I had no idea anyone would come to me to fix my vehicle. I found Smart Bubble Mobile through google search late at night and scheduled an appointment for the next morning at 8am. Chance called about 15 minutes prior for more information. While on the phone with him, I attempted to drive the truck and heard a break pad fall off. He was so helpful, patient and extremely kind during a very frustrating and chaotic morning for me. I was able to change the job location from my job to my home and they handled everything on site. Chance advised that I find another ride to work to avoid ruining my car and risking my life. I 100% recommend them. They kept me updated throughout the service and their prices are upfront.
Smart Bubble was great, I was happy with their price and their mobile service at my home. The technician Chance was professional and polite. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Absolutely wonderful company and team!! Someone hit my friend's side mirror at our apartment complex near West Little Rock. The back was cracked and front part was hanging down so I had to tie it with whatever I had to help them! It was parked for a while because it couldn't be driven like that. He spoke with a couple people on the Smart Bubble team after searching for somewhere that would be able to help. They got it repaired and looking brand new within a couple of days. The part came so fast and everyone we worked with was super kind - especially Chance! Highly recommend using this business for your needs! I will definitely be contacting them if anything happens once I have my own vehicle & AR license! :)
You will not find such excellent service anywhere else in this city! And that’s just a fact. The young man, Chance, who replaced my broken headlight. Was extremely professional, hard working, and his communication skills were top-tier. This isn’t a money greedy repair shop, which is super rare to find! Going to them saved me a whole $600!! Chance was a wonderful mechanic who responded promptly, with forthright communication and transparency about what total repairs I needed. He gave me bodywork, and replaced my lower control arm, and inner tie rod all within an hour each time he came through! Very grateful for his work and deeply appreciate him’!

My bumper on the vehicle came off on one side, it tore the current screws it was attached to. I took it to multiple different professional shops and they didn’t want to mess with it because of how expensive my bumper was. Smart bubble not only was he able to repair it, He found out some other components of the bumper were missing. My bumper is even more sturdier than ever & looking better. He even fixed my headlight found some missing parts, helped me order then and installed them as well. My car is a 2017 C63 AMG sport. This guy can handle any thing. 100% recommend.
