Great Business! 100% Whether I am selling or buying, I have always been greeted with a welcome feeling. Haven't had any negative encounters and guarantee I won't. They are overall my favorite scrap place. Anytime I call they always have what I need at a reasonable price.
Great for me because it's about 3 miles from my house. I Take small loads so it's not worth my time to burn the gas on a place that pays a few pennies more. But if you have a few hundred pounds of aluminum, or other more expensive metals it would be worth the drive.
Message of the day ... Mr Walker is a lovely chap, friendly and philosophical, full of interesting stories of relics from the past. His son was also super friendly and helpful ! Thanks guys, enjoyed our time at the yard. Tons of cool scrap metal.
