Paul Aldridge truck #90 is a blessing! We lost turbo on our 2500 Dodge Diesel Pickup Truck while camping in Maumelle. We were camping our way to Nashville from West Texas to meet up with family. We were three miles from our campsite and had to call for a tow to transport our truck to a diesel mechanic. Paul was prompt, courteous and so kind to offer us a ride back to our campground! He dropped us off right at our RV site so we could remove all of our gear/belongings from the back of our truck and make the best of our camping trip! Thank you Paul & God Bless You!
A week ago my car shut down while I was at my Mom’s house. It was nighttime, and I called Roadside Assistance. I received a call from East End Towing letting me know that someone was on their way. A bit later, a gentleman named Steve called and updated me on his arrival. He got there and was so nice and helpful. He gave my battery a boost and helped me know what to do. I very much appreciate Steve and the help he gave me!
We had a small fender bender in the beautiful city of Malvern. We use AAA to dispatch East End, towing driver Rae, came from Little Rock very quickly. He was extremely professional and very personable. He knew his stuff and was a nice guy. Excellent service and timely service!!!
