Paul Aldridge truck #90 is a blessing! We lost turbo on our 2500 Dodge Diesel Pickup Truck while camping in Maumelle. We were camping our way to Nashville from West Texas to meet up with family. We were three miles from our campsite and had to call for a tow to transport our truck to a diesel mechanic. Paul was prompt, courteous and so kind to offer us a ride back to our campground! He dropped us off right at our RV site so we could remove all of our gear/belongings from the back of our truck and make the best of our camping trip! Thank you Paul & God Bless You!
Went to the hospital, and when I finally got discharged I noticed I had a flat tire. Called at 1:30 AM. The driver only took 15 minutes to get there and wasn't even upset about the time of morning that I had requested service. Super nice and super quick. Wish google had more than five stars because they deserve more than five stars.
Absolutely awful experience. Our insurance company called in to have us get a tow. We’re stranded on the side of the road with a sick child. I call in to East End to check ETA and the lady who answers the phone is VERY RUDE. She stated our insurance had cancelled, which according to our insurance company- East End accidentally canceled on their end and is not able to tow our vehicle now. Shocker! Still stuck on the side of the road. DO NOT recommend East End to anyone with that kind of customer service. Total lack of regard and understanding.
