My father had a wreck and Nathan Moore was on TOP of getting a truck to him ASAP! He didn't have to wait long and once they arrived they helped get my dads truck taken care of in a timely manner!
I have had to use East End Towing on a couple of occasions for my personal vehicles. They have always been professional and the price has always seemed fair for what I have needed. They're always quick to show up and give you updates on their ETA. We have used them on several occasions at the fire department I am on and it's always a pleasant experience.
Coming through Little Rock my Semi truck has some problems. Nathan showed up and really showed his skills. He had me hooked and off the highway in no time. He was very professional on how he handled everything. Not a touch of damage to anything and you could tell he was on point. What surprised me the most was how he backed both trucks up when we arrived at the shop. It was better than a lot of OTR drivers you see out here. Thanks a lot!!!

Customer service very rude, I completely understand that the roads are bad do to the weather, the driver called saying he was 20 minutes away. Well 45 minutes passed and still no one which I figured because of the roads. Well they called and said that the driver couldn't get to me because of the roads. I said oh okay no problem I just seen a few trucks ride by but okay thank, and she just jumped off and said well get one of them to help you then I just told you he can't get to you. What kind of customer service is that.
This company is shitty. No matter how bad or better the weather gets, they will not come out to help you. They will find all excuses they have not coming out and help your car. Please go and find another trusted tow company. Would NOT recommend.
Staff and tow truck driver Paul were extremely rude tried to drop off a vehicle in front of my place of employment when I asked them to move they refused until I called there boss….why would you try to drop off a car here when you have a huge empty parking lot
I wanted to tell you guys what a great job you did on New Years Eve. My son and his girlfriend were stuck in the middle of a busy intersection because her car died. I called East End because we'd used them a few months prior with my other Sons' truck, and they did a great job for a good price. I talked to Tiffany first, who was awesome and very friendly. She said she was going to send a more experienced tech out since the car wouldn't even go into neutral. Anyway about 15 minutes later Steve comes plowing on to the scene like Batman in the towmobile and he cleared everyone out of the road safely, and told us to take off and he'd be pulling up in our driveway in a few minutes with the car. And that was it! No hassle, no stress, and they were very fairly priced! Another company wanted $250 to tow the car 3 blocks because it was NYE! I'll never use anyone else but East End. Tiffany was calm and very helpful on the phone and took care of us by sending Steve who is obviously one of their best guys. He was fast but thorough. Thanks East End Towing! You saved the day!
This was my first time using them and had no problems at all. There was also no long wait. Huge shoutout to Brad, such an amazing spirit. He arrived before my ride could, offered to wait and was able to drop my vehicle off to get serviced for a new tire. He felt it in his spirit to even help me with half of the cost of the tire as a Christmas gift! Thank you so much for your service
Terrible customer service from the company who didn’t accepted the change address even though we had approval by MB customer service. Very disappointing but the driver was amazing and did his professional work perfectly and we are very happy with the driver
My car broke down yesterday and I needed a tow. Preston was the driver and he was awesome. He greeted me with a cold bottle of water and said I could wait in his truck while he loaded my car. He was just so nice! Then my husband was running late picking me up and Preston insisted on waiting with me until he arrived. Thank you for such great customer service Preston!!!
This company has caused serious harm to my business and operations. They are currently holding my truck and trailer, and they refused to let my other driver take the trailer to make the delivery. At first, they quoted $1,500, but then suddenly changed the price to $2,600.
The woman who works there has an extremely bad attitude, and their payment policy makes everything worse — they only accept cash or EFS, no debit or credit cards. It has been a terrible experience from start to finish.
They are not allowing anyone, not even a mechanic, to see or repair the truck, and now they’re trying to charge $3,400. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, and I’m preparing to take legal action against them.
I was completely stranded at my vet’s office with my sick kitten when my car would not properly start. After requesting roadside assistance through my Mazda app John H. was on the scene in less than 30 minutes.
My vehicle is brand new, and he was able to open my key FOB to manually get my car out of park because he didn’t want to drag it. He also pointed out an issue on the exterior of my vehicle that I never would have noticed. That allowed me to take photos to show that my bumper replacement was done incorrectly.
He then took me and my terrified kitten home before he took the car to the dealership. Excellent service. Friendly. Knowledgeable. I will only use East End Towing going forward.
My tow driver Fount was awesome. He arrived within 10 minutes of being called. He hooked up my truck really fast. He answer every question I asked during the process. He got me to the dealer in with gold timing. He drove us there very safely. During the ride Fount was very nice and compassionate. He handle my truck with much care. If I ever get stuck on the side of the road again , I'll be asking for him directly. He did his job very well and in a timely matter. Give him a raise, he deserves it.
Big thank you to East End Towing today. I was stuck and thought I’d be looking at a tow bill, but instead they came out, helped me get my car started, and didn’t even charge me for the tow. That kind of honesty and kindness is rare, and I’m so appreciative of the help. If you ever need a tow around Little Rock, I’d highly recommend giving them a call.
The only reason I’m giving them one is because there’s no zero I was told they were gonna be here in minutes, then it was two hours and then I called and the lady was very rude and said that they were very busy and they would get here whenever they could You don’t have to be rude to say that. You could be nice and apologetic, at least you would make the customer feel better, instead of adding insult to injury
The individual and equipment they sent worked out quite well. They were able to access a military installation with zero issues. Highly recommend for military personnel with car troubles on base!
Great Service. They are very fast and efficient!! We live appr 2.5 hrs away. Some now ended up with a dead battery. We had cables but no one around us would help us jump truck off. I called them. They were there within 20 mins on a Saturday morning. Would definitely recommend if ever in need
I have AAA and was locked out of my car. I called them for assistance. They dispatched someone to unlock my car who was unprofessional and didn't have the correct tools to unlock it then tried to blame my car for his inability to unlock it.
So I called AAA back and they sent another guy, named Steve, from East End Towing on Ironton Rd in Little Rock, Arkansas. 50 miles away. He called me immediately with an estimate of his arrival time, which was accurate. Not only did Steve get my car unlocked, he was professional, nice, personable and proficient. It took maybe 10 minutes to figure it out when the other guy gave up after 5 minutes. So if you're ever locked out of your car or need a tow, call East End Towing, on Ironton Rd. And ask for Steve to be your technician. You'll have no regrets or issues with his service. Thanks, Steve.
We had a need for East End Towing yesterday. Google maps had sent us in the wrong direction to our campsite as we were towing a 15,000 lb trailer. We ended up getting stuck in the mud. After several attempts to extract ourselves, we realized we had to call AAA. They sent Fount with East End Towing. He was absolutely marvelous. He was quick, kind, courteous, and extremely professional. We had explained to him some of the limitations of our towing set up and worked within those limitations to help extract us from the mud without any damage to our truck or camper. As the sun was setting, he worked quickly to get us back on the road before dark. I can't say enough about Fount and his kindness and professionalism. A true gem of a man! Would I use East End again? Absolutely. They communicated with me promptly and quickly as soon as AAA sent the job order to them.
I just waited 40 minutes for a tow truck. Just to be told that the tow truck driver came and they didn't find me and they canceled it, mind you, I'm been sitting here with my car the entire time. And when I had someone call me from the company it was verified, I was exactly where I said I was, so the tow truck driver apparently was too lazy to actually come to where I was and lied. And of course, there'll be no repercussions for that whatsoever. So now I'm just stuck stranded somewhere with no way home because your tow truck driver didn't want to do his job.
Paul Aldridge truck #90 is a blessing! We lost turbo on our 2500 Dodge Diesel Pickup Truck while camping in Maumelle. We were camping our way to Nashville from West Texas to meet up with family. We were three miles from our campsite and had to call for a tow to transport our truck to a diesel mechanic. Paul was prompt, courteous and so kind to offer us a ride back to our campground! He dropped us off right at our RV site so we could remove all of our gear/belongings from the back of our truck and make the best of our camping trip! Thank you Paul & God Bless You!
My trip thru Little Rock stumbled when the starter went out in my van. I was pulling my camper at the time and needed the whole rig towed. East End sent a truck right away and the driver tried everything he knew to try to get the van started but no go. Once he saw the whole rig he called the office and a different style tow truck was sent over to haul the van and tow the camper. Driver Charles was great and got us to the repair shop quickly and safely. Thank you East End Towing! Much appreciated.
Huge shout out to East End Towing! Cruddy end to the week but Timothy came FAST and took care of changing this tire. I didn’t know my car was missing an appropriate tire tool or jack to fix it. Timothy took time to problem solve and figure it out. He was also so kind and had such a happy spirit late on a Friday night. So happy I called them and can’t thank East End enough! 5 ⭐ all the way!
I'm not sure how my good review makes myself appear, but these guys do deserve a 5 star review. Ive had the displeasure of having my car towed and placed on their property once before.. to be completely honest about it though, that made the experience better. The guys at East End were respectful, and very understanding, id even say a little compassionate. I still had a bill I had to pay em, but that's just business. They gotta work too. East End is fast, and they're always professional. After having a 4 month old car on their property on three separate occasions, when it was totalled, I knew who I could call that would be where I needed them to be and get done what I needed done. Thanks y'all, from me and the Red Malibu, haha!
