I’m leaving this review in case anyone else is ever towed there so they can be prepared. If your name is not on the registration of the vehicle, you will need a notarized letter with your name and the VIN in order to pick up your vehicle. They only take cash; and they do not give you change. (Our vehicle was safe and unharmed.)
Had a fleet car with a popped tire. Routh Wrecker Service was there in 20 min with a tow truck ready to help. Super fast, super friendly, super affordable. Would highly recommend!!!
Horrible not caring customer service people ever! My husband I had our personal property assessment (proof of ownership) and original receipt of our trailer and these people would not let me (the wife) get our trailer out of their lot. They were rude and ridiculous. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY and do not expect compassion at all. We had two tires blow a flat and expect my husband to put the trailer out w/two flats and no one could help him.
AAA Insurance dispatched a driver names John to tow my disabled car on Friday, Oct 3rd. He called after he was dispatched amd informed me he was heading my way. He arrived sooner than I expected. John was very professional and friendly…he gave me bottled water while..most of all he was customer service oriented…if I need any more services from AAA, I hope John from Routh wrecker service will be dispatched.
John (who my boys called Mr. John) made a sad day of car trouble so.much better. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was kind and clear with expectations and timeframes. John came and helped us figure out is there was anything we could do to get our car fixed right there. He was extremely kind to my sons, as they walked him work and was generous with high fives as he left. We recommend this service to anyone on and around LRAFB and Little Rock.
Horrible experience. Very unprofessional and rude. Refused to accommodate under dire circumstances from me being out of state despite me trying all options and was very racist !!! Lady at the front desk needs to be fired. Her attitude, tone, and demeanor was horrible & nasty and she did it towards a United States Air Force member. They did not deserve to be treated like that!!
If I could give zero stars I would!! They are very rude lazy and act like they cant help you. The ladies literally were cussing and talking about us. A building full of people and nobody with respect could help us. We could have been rude we could’ve cursed them but we didn’t we stayed calm and talked to them with respect and we were not given that in return.
As a black man I feel very disrespected and not appreciated I had a bad accident which left my car totaled out and with me in the hospital I come by today to get my belongings out my car the woman at the front desk gave me the permission to get my things out the car so as I’m grabbing just a little of what I had this caucasian man come aggressively to the car hollering at me about my belongings saying I can’t get anything so me being a calm person I am I just asked why are you hollering at me like I’m your child we are adults no need for the aggression he didn’t want to hear that he continued to holler at me so as I’m grabbing the stuff I had already set outside the car he slams the car door with me standing right next to it almost hitting me so we exchanged words because I refuse to let anybody be little me or think they better than the next well as we exchanging words he then calls me a boy now I’m a black man I’m far from racist I don’t judge people by color only there character this is real disappointing I had already been threw enough just got out the hospital I’m already stressed out and to have him try to make me feel less while he poke his chest out is expected but unexpected I hope no one get there car pulled to this location and if so I pray nobody have the experience I just had
Someone give Levi a raise. Professional, Friendly, super helpful. Definitely felt at ease with him taking care of my ride. If I ever need a tow in Little Rock these guys are my first call.

I was delivering food for UberEats when my car broke down. Once I filed my claim, they had a guy come out within 30 minutes. This guy was named Levi and he provided excellent customer service and was an all together well rounded individual. He was very good at what he does and pretty quick too! I can’t say enough good things about Levi from Routh Wrecker. From the moment I called, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. He showed up exactly when he said he would, no delays, no excuses. He was extremely personable and professional.

[Update for May 14, 2024] Wow, a six-star tow again! My car broke down about an hour ago, and Routh had it picked up and on its way in minutes. The towing professional was incredibly gentlemanly and polite, and the electronic messaging and payment system was a breeze. I couldn't believe how easy and fast everything was taken care of. Routh is my first call and should be yours, too.
[Original Review] I've had Routh in my phone for years, and they've rescued me from several breakdowns. I recently tried to use my free roadside assistance, which pointed me to a local competitor. Never again. I will just pay for Routh. They're worth the money.
Called roadside assistance for a tow; Chris the tow truck driver actually arrived 20 min earlier than they said he would. He was so very courteous & professional. I was well pleased! He's a real asset to Routh Wrecker....
Had a great experience with Routh towing our Volvo. They were very timely, ~20 minutes after I called it in. Their technician, Elroy, was very helpful. He was extremely careful with the vehicle and did an outstanding job getting the vehicle on the tow truck from a very tight spot. Would highly recommend Routh.

Someone hit my parked car in front of my home in the middle of the night, and Routh was very quick to get my vehicle. They also did a good job cleaning debris around the area of my yard/sidewalk. They were also easy to reach when I needed to release my vehicle to the collision shop, as well as towing it to the shop within the same afternoon. -- My parents also had good experiences with them in the past. I would use them again in this case!
