My family and I were heading to Illinois from Alabama when we started having car trouble we were still 6 hours from home and very scary I googled a place and Bob's popped up I called and the gentleman on the phone said come on in I'll see what I can do and he did thank God he started fixing right away while the owner sat and just talked Life with my husband ❤️ I want to thank the owner and his mechanic u went above and beyond I hope your new years brings u both nothing but happiness again thank you ❤️
From out of town an in Osceola for work. The alternator in my truck went out. They took immediate care of me. I absolutely thank them for their help and kindness. People like this are hard to find!!! Thank You Bob and Hunter. You guys represent Osceola as a great town.
Bob saw that I needed help with my car and generously offered to fix my lights without charging me. He is a truly genuine and kind person. I would absolutely trust him with my vehicle and highly recommend his services to anyone in need! He got me back on the road within an hour and I made it to work on time!
Will not be going back I was very disappointed they tell me that they can mount and balance my tires then when I get there they say they can’t bc the tire was too big even tho I told them the tire size over the phone
Bob and his crew were fantastic! I had developed a clunking noise in the rear of my sprinter on the interstate. I was able to get out of the stopped traffic and make it to his shop 30 minutes before closing..The team pulled my van right in, found the problem ( parking brake springs broke) and fixed it before close at 5pm!!! Also gave us the restaurant recommendation we enjoyed!! THANK YOU BOB and team!!!
Ordered my preferred set of Firestone destination tires for me and let me drop off my vehicle. Switched them out and I picked my vehicle up that evening. Very nice!
Showed up around 4:20 pm just wanting a price on wheel bearing replacement knowing they closed soon at 5 i didn’t want to keep them over time, he went out of his way to make sure I made it back home in excellent condition, considering how bad my wheel was leaning inwards, nothing but respect to everyone there willing to stay and help me out and pointing out my brake pads were basically metal to metal they went ahead and changed those out along with re-grooving my rotors for a very good price can not thank them enough.
Bob's is awesome. My truck was overheating on the interstate in the evening. I stopped at Autozone to get a thermostat. The next morning, I was at Bob's 15 minutes before they opened with no appointment. They took me right in and installed the part. Everyone was very friendly.
Not bad at simple jobs and fairly quick to get your vehicle in and out, but is their is something wrong with your vehicle and it’s a bigger job this place tends to not want to mess with it and tell you to tracks your vehicle to GMC. At least that’s what he has told one of my buddies and also has told me that as well. Also if you have lost your lug nut key this job at the time I went did not have a master key set and recommended me to go to another shop to get that lug nut removed and then come back to their shop to change the tire out or they could just cut off that stud with the lock nut on it. Just to very terrible options they tried to give me.
Bob helped me out in a pinch. I had a tire blow out when I got off the exit to get fuel. Being from Kentucky I had to get back on the road ASAP and he made sure that I was.
We are from out of town and broke down on the highway. Bob could have screwed us if he'd wanted to, and there's not a damn thing we could have done about it. He repaired our car for a good price! He's an honest man - not many of those left these days!!
Bob & his staff does great & fast service, but he & his staff need to learn professional customer social skills, this would lead to a much better business that would attract more good reviews & customers=💰💰💰!
