Well my car a 2004 Saab 9-3 2.0t has a water pump leaking which I can't drive asked lady answering phone how much is repair was told to bring it to their location before they could give me quote not good cuz I would have to pay a wrecker and if quote was to high I'll have to pay wrecker to bring it home I would lose money surely they have an app that would give them hours to repair wish I could get a quote over the phone
Great place to get cold drinks and ur automobile repaired correctly and only one visit when they fix it never had to take a automobile back for something very good hard working and honest people
We were broke down and 4hrs from home with a one year old and my mom on hospice who was in a wheelchair and on oxygen. They squeezed us in when others turned us away. Did exceptional work and had us back on our way as fast as they could. Their prices were amazing. I can't say thank you enough.
Our truck broke down on the side of 55 with a blown wheel bearing and a broken axle with rotor and caliper damage while on our way back to minnesota. I contacted Hawks right away the next morning assuming we wouldn't be able to get in for awhile if not the following monday, but that was not the case. After explaining my situation they were more than happy to help. They told us that if we could get it there they would be able to have it in right away. And that was an understatement! They fixed everything withing 4 hours and charged just a modest fee. They also gave me a ride back to pick up the truck once it was done!
Amazing people and great mechanics that wont jerk you around. Because of what they did for us I was able to make it back in time for my family's christmas party. I can't say how thankful I am for what they did! Highly recommend them if you are in need in the area!

I'd give this place a negative 5 stars if I could. I broke down 6 hrs away from home, limped my car to the seemingly only repair shop in town to be met with zero helpfulness. I understand they were closing in an hr and a half but neither of the guys would even bother to speak to me longer than to let me know they couldn't look at my car. I had to hide in the shade beside the building with my daughter to call O'Reilly Auto Parts who were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction for help. The rudeness I experienced with a child in tow was morally unacceptable. If he would have said he would even look at it in the morning or let me know where to take it I would have been satisfied. I would drive to Memphis if I lived locally to have my car serviced elsewhere. I have let all my Memphis friends know that if they break down near this town to never call this repair shop.
