Well, definitely you have to be a local you can’t be from out of town to that store. I stood there for 10 minutes. One of the local guys comes up to get just ignored even though I’ve been told three times by the lady ringing something up that I would be next, and just to hang in there for the manager. Remind you to come out the back and just skip me never even acknowledged there I understand I’m only 10 but by Gali stuck there for 10 minutes need to go to Advance Auto to get what I need because obviously I can’t get it at this O’Reilly even though there’s two other females working there so I know it’s not a female male issue it’s just simply that people don’t understand time and the value of it And that I guess the locals time is more worth than mine that is not from here that is just traveling through. That’s the feeling I got so yeah might be a great store but I wouldn’t know it.
Need people there that want to work. Extremely slow on the help at the counter. They need to drink some coffee or take some vitamin B and get energized.
Only place I trust to get part for my car. Employee's know what they are looking for or they aren't afraid to ask. They have a great relationship with local shops.
IT at first was a nightmare, but Johnathan went above and beyond anything the guy did something so awsome that gave me hope their is kindness still left in the world. God bless you Johnathan.
The ladies at our local store were absolutely awesome. I picked up oil change supplies for three of our company trucks and I screwed up and grabbed the wrong filter for one of them. The ladies were on top of it as soon as I came back . Was in and out in a matter of minutes.👍👍👍
We were driving back from Michigan to Louisiana (still had 500 miles to go) and the oil filter blew off and all the oil leaked out. It was 5:52 pm and they closed at 6 pm. We called and asked if they'd stay open long enough for us to get to them. We made it around 6:15 pm. They didn't only stay open for us but everyone was super nice and helpful. Thank you, thank you!
I broke down on my way home and was 6 hrs away. Robert Hawk's repair shop was rude and wouldn't even talk to me. I received excellent help and information as to who could help tow and fix my car from Charles. Thank you for your southern hospitality!
