Getting into an accident is never fun, especially when emotions are heightened and the stress of dealing with car insurance. The driver (whose name I didn’t catch) was so calm and reassuring. He waited patiently as I unloaded all of my kids and their car seats. The receptionist I spoke with was also so kind. Folks like these make the hard moments a little more bearable. I’ll use them to any future towing and recovery needs.

They found a way to charge over 760$ in fees after payment they want another 60$ just for same day appointment. I've recommended my lean company never use them again. Talk about overcharging! Maybe this is how they keep such office hours.. overpricing their services.

This towing company is awesome. The lady who took the call was super friendly and very helpful and Chris the tow truck guy was the best. I would highly recommend using this company. Quick service and great prices!!!! Thanks again

I can only speak about the lady in the office and the guy who looks like a cast member from Easy Rider, but they were very kind to me, went out of their way to accommodate me, injured in a motorcycle accident. These are good people.

The worst experience ever if you want A big scene for your whole neighbourhood to hear. This is the right place for you. Dude showed up he was The most disrespectful Person I have ever met very unprofessional. I will be telling everybody I know about this. Dude was throwing a temper tantrum in the front yard for about 10 minutes yelling and cussing was asked to leave did not leave overall the worst experience I have ever had he was lengthy white boy with glasses

Had my 99 Tacoma towed to young’s tire and auto Tuesday, the driver that was sent out decided to completely disregard using the 4 ton floor jack that I own and that was under the truck to lift the front up to get the tire out from under it and put a block under the control arm to drag it up, he uses the flatbed to lift the front end and busted my radiator adding another 250 on my shop bill on top of the extra labor, I’m not sure if it’s that one guy being incompetent or what but I do not recommend them towing your ride because of that level of ignorance

Ryno Towing will always be our call when we need help. We have used them several times over the years. They have never let us down. Teresa is always so easy to talk with. "Where are you at and what are you driving"? She will have a driver headed to rescue you in no time. The drivers they have working for them are always so nice, they know what they need to as soon as they get there to get your vehicle loaded and headed to where you want it delivered.

Due to unfortunate circumstances my husband had his car impounded by the Pulaski county sheriff’s department. They called Ryno Towing to come get the car. When we contacted them we spoke to Mrs. Theresa she was very kind and helpful. She and her husband agreed to let us pay less than what we owed to get the car out and it was a HUGE blessing to our family. Especially considering this happened during December and during a time when my husband was transitioning jobs. I pray God blesses them the way they blessed and I thank God there are still good people in the world.

This place is horrible they tore apart my drink holders and they ripped up my ashtray completely. My car lost major value from then being in possession of it

As I was explain what was goin on the man on the phone got quite and all u can hear is roasters in the background and next thing u know he hung up in my face didn't say anything just hung up. Don't call this place unless u wanna hear roasters

Most expensive towing fees I have ever seen!

Do NOT recommend this place what so ever ! This is a long one . I sold a car to a friend of mine who ended up getting incarcerated July 28th her car was suppose to be at her home PARKED until she got out December 20th ! Well she gets out December 20th and comes home and doesn’t find her car so our first thought is of course it was stolen so we call Around and look at her security system and indeed figure out it was stolen so we make a police report and call around to different tow yards we call Ryno towing (THIS TOWING COMPANY) and she lets us know she’s out of the office to call the following day and she will check her inventory we indeed do that and as far as we can tell from her security cameras the car was stolen about 3 months ago (again something she didn’t realize because she was in jail how would someone know something like that when they’re incarcerated right?!) so we call again the following morning give the information on the car and a round about of when the car was stolen (again security cameras show it was 3 months prior so we give her that info) so she says her computer system is down give her all of the info and she will call back within the HOUR as you can expect we didn’t receive a call back so we call again 3 hours later again she says “she has to take a look” and she will call us again no call back (we started calling @ 9:02am they opened @ 8am and didn’t close until 5pm she gave us the run around ALL DAY until they finally closed then of course they don’t answer the phone so TODAY comes and we call first thing this morning @ 8:02am and she confirms they have the car and have had the car 51 days and wants 2,541.00 (keep in mind we have already made a police report and the police came out and even told us since it’s stolen vehicle she will NOT have to pay for it ! She was incarcerated the entire time We are continuously explaining to Teresa Hensley (the owners wife) what happened and we have proof of it all and she becomes VERY rude and says “yeah I get it but I checked DECEMBER 11th and the car wasn’t reported stolen .. well of course it wasn’t she didn’t get out until December 20th how can she report something stolen that she wasn’t even aware of at the time anyways she just keeps repeating herself so we offer to come up to the tow yard with all proofAND with our officer who told us we would NOT have to pay to get a STOLEN vehicle out of impound and now all the sudden (yall can’t come today we aren’t in the office over the weekend) how convenient right? And I explained to her we’ve been calling you since she got out on the 20th trying to get this settled because we knew once the weekend came. This would be the story that we get. And she kept saying “well you said 3 months ago we’ve only had it 51 days well security camera shows the car was stolen out of the yard 3 months ago so that’s what we had to go by anyways she was NOT budging we plan to go there next week with a police officer because this just isn’t right and we will also be filing with the better business bureau I would also like to add that she also held the argument that she sent the previous owner a Letter in the mail to an old address (this was NOT the owner of the vehicle) we then asked her to check her system and see if that letter was ever received and of course she confirmed on her end that that letter was never received because that is an old address, and Sarah Otts is no longer the owner of that vehicle again she wouldn’t listen, even though we have all legal documentation it’s two days before Christmas and this is the game they decide to play With a single mother of three little boys, who is already having to start all the way over With this, which isn’t even her fault like the officer said what they should be doing, is releasing the vehicle to her and going after the person who stole the vehicle, but again that’s too much for them to do … I would avoid this place at all costs and record any conversation you hold with them like we did their reviews speak for themselves for sure

Not a bad experience. It took a little over an hour to arrive. I said I would pay In cash to save from the 3% card tax. But when the driver arrived and took payment he had no change. He wasn’t very professional and a little unpleasant. But the office manager was very pleasant and helpful and said she would mail me the change, which wasn’t necessary but appreciated. Thank you to her great professionalism!

I popped a tire & had to call tow truck. Ryan was my tow driver. He was quick, very nice & was as helpful as he could be. The lady I called was very nice as well. He towed my car told me to go in to get in line & he’s bring me my keys. Super nice young man. I’d absolutely use them again!

Don't leave your things in your automobile if they tow you. My kid's had a wreck- this tow service was the one local law enforcement called. When we were able to empty my kid's car- money...tools...ect were missing. No inventory taken....no security cams to review- when I spoke to the guy running the place- it was obvious that along with inventory and security- accountability was also not required or practiced here either.

The guy who towed my car was super nice and he made sure my car was secure and when he parked my car so it could be safe from damage. He did a fantastic job and was super sweet.

Trying to locate my husbands Ford Explorer XLT that we were told by the Jacksonville Police that Ryno Towing had towed it off the highway. Ryno Towing claimed to not know what we were talking about. And the woman speaking with my husband was not helpful at all--cut him off and hung up on him. And---we still have yet to locate my husband's vehicle!

I Recently had to use Ryno towing to get my 08 Explorer To, To again, and back from Horns Automotive here in Cabot. Ryno towing, and their Excellent Driver was by far the best part of this Whole experience. They were fast, professional, and on point. Lesson? Ryno Towing is great, The people at Horns Automotive are crooks. So in my opinion Keep the Rhino, and at all cost (and It will cost) Avoid the Horns (Automotive shop).

Due to unfortunate reason my Honda was towed by this company. Chris was understanding and patient with me when I came to get my car.

My truck broke down on the interstate today from a blowout. Ryno towing came right away and towed me to Walmart so that I could get a new tire. Instead of just dropping my vehicle off and collecting the fee, he went straight into the store and made sure they had the right sized tire in stock so that I wouldn't be stuck there with no way home. Bravo dude! That's a job well done!
