Had such an an amazing experience using O'Neill Towing. Called them about needing to get my car towed to a mechanic from my house. Gave them all the information that they needed and they were at the house in less than 5 minutes! Super nice and understanding. Thank you for being able to help!!

I want to thank O’Neil towing for and amazing job also making sure I made it home safe after I was stuck at work. My car was placed safely in the parking lot at my job when the ice storm hit they made me feel very safe and also checked on me after I made it home. I couldn’t ask for a better towing service. Thank y’all so much for helping me I was so scared and didn’t know my next move but you guys stepped in a took care of me.
This company is awesome. I called my insurance and they sent O'Neil towing. They pulled me out of an almost impossible situation and couldn't ask for a better service
My Car was Overheating and, they came out asap, he waited and helped me get my car running again and down the road but were ready to tow if it broke down again they made sure I made it home
They were dispatched by my insurance company to pick up my truck from a shop and bring it home after a mechanical issue. I received an update and call from them that it would be about 2 hours so I went home but I left the keys with the truck at the shop. I periodically checked the status of where they were and saw it showed they were on site. I tried to call to make sure they were there so I could meet them. Someone answered and immediately hung up when I said hello. That concerned me so I went on to where my truck was. There was no one there and it hadn't been touched. I reached out to the insurance company and they said the towing company was not answering their calls but they had a note that said i wasnt there so they couldn't tow the truck. I had spoken with them when they were first dispatched and told them I waa going home and I had left tbe keys but I would come back. From that call I also know they had my phone number. They wasted approximately 3 hours of my time waiting on them AND by the time I realized they weren't going to do the job it was too late to call someone else so the truck has to sit over night in a parking lot. It says a lot when they hang up on you after hello.
Had a flat in the chick fil a parking lot and the gentleman that changed my tire was as friendly as a cfa employee. Fast and friendly and had his beautiful dog with him as his side kick. Great service!!

BEWARE AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS MONEY HUNGRY company that came out twice in a four hour period.
Once for a jump start in hopes we could unlock our stuck gear shift with a video that our dealer had sent us to try.
This company came out with one of the tiny 12volt rectangular chargers that didn’t even get my hybrid vehicle to come on to accessory.
I very specifically asked if he had a way to charge it up as I needed to try this unlock method for my gear shift.
I was assured he did.
As we worked inside our vehicle, he just gave up and came to ask me to sign not once but twice before just peacing out!
He seemed like he was speeding and had definitely had “something”.
We needed a tow later on after another tow company came, but needed a flat bed and theirs was out of commission.
The second tow request went right back to this company.
I spoke with him before he came back out-he assured me he could get it in his flatbed KNOWING FULL WELL IT WAS TOO DEAD TO GET STARTED.
When he arrived over an hour and a half later, he had my hood opened immediately.
I asked why, and he demanded my key fob.
I stated no as it was dead and wouldn’t work, and was certainly not going to be liable to Ford for replacing a gear shift damaged by a towing company.
He wanted to remove my gear shift!
I offered to manually pull the neutral lever IF he could get it started.
Nope-he wanted to remove my gear shift.
He then stated he never said that, arrived within 30 minutes, and that he was the professional.
I had all sorts of codes and brake issues all day due to other people putting it in manual neutral.
I wasn’t about to let another person mess up my brand new vehicle further.
I stated we weren’t interested in his services any further, and told the person with me to please roll up the window to which he replied “I feel sorry for you maam with her attitude referring to me all because I politely declined his inside services to my vehicle AFTER he declined to tow me on a flat bed without inside services.
He then had his boss call and text me.
For the next HOUR, they continued to harass me and text my phone even after we were home!
The interesting part of this is that I had it reassigned by State Farm and before we left his wrecker’s side he stated it was not reassigned-also a lie.
The next tow guy was awesome, and did it efficiently, quickly, and politely without needing to get into the inside for any reason!
He also backed me up on the fact that he couldn’t get it started as it was a hybrid, and all that gear shift removal, steering, neutral etc was unnecessary.
The behavior of O’Neill towing was predatory in nature and I will be reporting to the Arkansas Towing & Recovery Board as well as the Arkansas Department of Labor and Licensing.
If I could give this more stars I would Fredrick was honest and did an awesome service getting my daughters car home. When your car breaks down the service dollars can start to snowball and I appreciate very much the cost was definitely very reasonable. Will keep this number in my phone book in case this service is needed again. Thank you.
Aye I’d like to give a shout out to O’Neill towing, and Fred he just towed a car for me and was quick and knowledgeable when I asked him extra questions. Definitely will use again in the future
While our experience didn’t start off great, I really appreciate how this company stepped up to make things right. We were initially assigned to them through our roadside assistance and waited several hours for a tow that never came. There was some early communication, but eventually we stopped getting responses, and the tow was marked as “unsuccessful” with no explanation. It was definitely frustrating at the time.
However, to their credit, they reached out later that night and were genuinely apologetic. They offered to come out as late as 1 AM to take care of it. While we had already headed home by then, they showed up first thing the next morning and got everything handled quickly and professionally.
Things don’t always go perfectly, but it’s how a company responds that matters — and they truly made the effort to fix the situation. I appreciate their follow-through and willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you for making it right!
Fred helped me out so much when my car broke down. He came and picked me up in about 10 minutes and the whole process was super fast and easy. He’s a cool guy and seemed like he loved his job.
I had a very scary experience on the highway today. Frederick was assigned to me by my insurance company and he called right away to confirm that he was coming. My voice was very shaky, as I was in shock, and he took the time to ask if I was safe and okay first. He was very compassionate. He also kept me informed of his ETA, explained what he was doing with the car, let me take extra photos when he got it up on the tow truck, followed up with me when the car arrived to the destination. He is just an AMAZING guy. Thank you ONeill and Frederick for providing such a great service!
Oneill's has towed two vehicles for me, both times had best price and showed up in 10 minutes longer than drive time. Gets you loaded and home fast. Should i need a tow again will definitely call Oneill's again, as long as they answer phone ;)!
Update: perfect pickup on May 16th! Mr Fredrick takes great care of my car, no complaints.

This is the second time O’Neill Towing has had to unlock my work truck in the last few months and Frederick didn’t disappoint with his knowledge and expertise to get me back in the truck.
From the first call into my Fleet services at 8:08pm until Frederick popped the lock it took less than an hour. Probably take 20-25 minutes off of that too due to having to call my Fleet services first and this was on a Sunday!

O’Neill’s Towing drove out 30 minutes on a Sunday to come get our car and bring it to our house- he was very kind and courteous, while quick. I found myself pleasantly surprised with the tow bill as well! I definitely recommend him giving him a call if you need towing!
Fantastic folks! They were so helpful and kind, as well as professional and efficient. I had to change my destination after Rob (my driver/operator) had already arrived, and he called Anna at the office and got it all worked out. Rob was very quick and polite, and made sure I was taken care of. Anna was very helpful and understanding, as well. Highly recommend!
On August 2,2024 my 2002 Cadillac Escalade Ext needed a tow from the grocery to my rental approximately 1 mile I called my insurance roadside and Fredrick from ONeil Towing was sent out for the tow I'm an IT guy not a mechanic but I knew it was something with my fuel pump as I couldn't hear it kicking in..fast forward Fredrick arrives to tow my truck as I have stated I am not a mechanic so I stepped aside to let him do his job( or so I thought) . It was late at night by the time he showed for the tow the store had closed and I wasn't in the safest of places. He gets me to where I'm staying drops my Caddy and tells me he can diagnose the issue right then for $50 but if I had his boss do it it would be $75 I declined his offer and went inside .,the next morning I had a mechanic come to my home to change the fuel pump during this process I learned that good ol Fred hooked salvage hooks to my CV axles which broke completely off the driver's side and busted the other and denying any fault of his. So my advice is if you need a tow and use ONeil ask for someone else as he is very unprofessional and does not care what damage he does to your auto . I am in the process of trying to get my money back on the deductible from my insurance company now as this was the fault of the tow company through their roadside not mine and they should be paying for this as they caused this damage. You can now see them on the BBB website as well. And how they treat customers.
I don't know how to thank those guys. I heard a weird sound from the engine and pulled over to the shoulder to check it. I thought it was from the belt. I turned the engine off and found the belt was not that bad and loose. I wanted to turn on the engine and it didn't start. Joseph came and we found out that alternator is locked. He offered me to buy for me and bring it. Then Fredrick purchased the alternator for me and brought it and even lent me his wrench ?️ and I replaced the alternator.

Didn't have all the tools needed to change out to my spare tire...not only did they show promptly but rigged a tool to drop my spare. Then they went above and beyond and followed me on the shoulder with hazards flashing 800+ yds and even helped me as I didn't have enough change to operate the air machine they came through for me...!!
Thank you guys so much for the help and recommendation for Conway AR to fully service my poor tire...I can't say enough...THANK YOU SO MUCH..!!
