Michael Smith saw me stopped on Highway 430 right before the East/West split onto I-40. I was waiting for another tow company when he pulled over and offered to help. He had the right tools to unlock my spare and change my flat quickly and professionally. I offered to pay him, but he declined. A true Good Samaritan.

The absolute worst wrecker service to use! The last 2 times I've used them they haven't showed up in the stated time, first time they blamed the email going to boss' email that they had no access to and then second time they blame it on not collecting enough money from roadside when they quoted roadside the wrong amount. I have had to call and find out where they were and hear them blantly lie about what is going on! O and top of that the first time the wrecker guy told me I was out of luck when he showed up to change my tire because he didn't have the appropriate jack after waiting 3 hours for them to show up.
I had a car that wouldn’t start in Cabot AR on the Wednesday before the Thanksgiving holiday and it was late in the afternoon around 5:30pm. But Don Reynolds (may be misspelled) I believe he was my wrecker driver. And I just wanted to say how professional and awesome he was. Great guy, and really made the issue very tolerable. I highly recommend this wrecker service. I would MOST DEFINITELY call upon them again. They truly seem to care about the customer which gets lost these days unfortunately. I feel like I’ve made new friends with this experience. They go above and beyond and treat you with respect. As it should be. Thank you!!!!!
I called Smith Wrecker on Thursday and Alan showed up on Friday AM to tow my Jeep from our garage to Eads in Cabot due to no power to the starter. He was not only punctual but also courteous, professional and friendly. The price for towing was reasonable. My Jeep arrived to its destination unscathed. I would highly recommend Smith Wrecker Services.
My son, who is a first year driver, was stuck at school today with a bad ignition switch. I know nothing about cars, so I called Smith (I’m a repeat customer) and they were there within a few minutes. Instead of just loading up the vehicle, he asked what was wrong and got the car going so that my son could drive it to the shop instead of being towed. When I asked what I owed him, he said “Nothing. I didn’t have to tow it.” THAT is remarkable service! I will forever only call Smith. I’m SO grateful!

My vehicle would not start and I requested a tow to my local shop. Michael came out and suggested he try jumping it before towing it and sure enough the battery was just very dead. He only charged me half the price and prevented me from needing the tow! Thank you so much!!

Don was so polite and helpful. We ended up getting my car started and didn't have to tow, but let me tell you- when you are already having a hard time, it sure is nice to have someone that helps with a smile. He even tested my alternator and battery as I was going to be charged over $100 for diagnostics from Fletcher Dodge had I taken it in. So very grateful for kind people in this world. Made my day! I have used Smith Wrecker service for 20+ years and they are ALWAYS kind, respectful and willing to help. They are connected to triple AAA roadside assistance and me and my family have had them come to our aid many times. Great family, great service.
These guys know what they are doing! I was referred to them from a tire shop here in cabot when I had a couple of tires go flat on me! They lifted my car up and allowed me to keep the Jack while I got my tires repaired (I did not have a spare in my car-to my surprise) the same day. It was raining, cold, and would have been a terrible experience had they not been there to save the day! They really went above and beyond, and I have told several people about my experience since then, and overall am just really impressed with how amazing they are! Thank you Smith family!
We had a flat tire on 40 in the middle of the night and Smith Wrecker came to help us very quickly. They arrived within 10 mins, changed our tire very fast, and the price was extremely reasonable. We were back on the road in about 30 mins after the flat tire occurred. I am thankful for their help.
