Y'all just came and dropped a vehicle off in front of my neighbors drive way and where our trash cans go to be picked up in the morning and we have no idea whose vehicle this is!
My daughter's car had a blowout and Brian towed it for me so I could change the tire. He was very respectful and did a great job. Very affordable. We were just so very pleased with him
My friend's car broke down Saturday night and we left it on the side of the road a dirt road, and some one had called it in before morning. The next morning early as he went to go pick it up it was gone and when he called the tow company on Saturday they told him that it would cost him 400.00$ Monday morning to get it out. That it costed 275 it's self for them to tow it. Today he went up there with the money in hand 400.00 they tell him, that is going to cost him 10050.00 $ to receive his car out of tow yard. So I highly disagree with how this tow service is running there business. They act like no one else in the world has a job or a life to live just there self. But that's not the case.
One of our customers cars broke down on the side of the highway, we called Whites Towing to see if they were able to retrieve the vehicle, they were able to help us and have the car picked up within 1 hour of me calling and asking if they could retrieve the vehicle for us. Very happy as we are not a local dealership to this area!

My car broke down on the interstate today. It was a hot mess! I was mad and had indigestion, too. The first 2 tow places I called gave me the run around. When I called White’s, the man who answered was polite and direct. They had someone to me in less than half an hour. Bubba helped me into his tow truck and I watched as he took extra care w my beloved Mustang. Then he took me to the mechanic. We made conversation and Bubba was polite and respectful. He really put me at ease. He got me and the car unloaded and collected his very reasonable fee. 10/10 recommend this company.
My truck broke down and I had literally no idea of the area. They got to me in a timely manner and was so nice. They recommended a mechanic shop close by and gave me a quote before getting there. Highly recommend!
Would highly recommend. Very quick response time, the guy (whose name I unfortunately can't remember) was really kind and super easy to talk to, plus the price was entirely reasonable given the distance I was towed. If I were ever in the unfortunate circumstance of being broken down anywhere around there again, I wouldn't hesitate to call White's before anyone else.
Can’t recommend enough. My daughter was driving home from UA and broke down about 10 miles north of Alma late at night. The team at the towing company got her picked up and dropped safely in town to wait for a ride. They were prompt, professional, and compassionate in dealing with her in a stressful situation and they were extremely helpful in trying to diagnose the issues she was dealing with since I was several hours away. Pricing was fair and they were accommodating to my schedule in picking the car up.

Frank and Kristie took care of us after our accident and they are AMAZING! So kind and caring! They went above and beyond! I actually got hurt in the accident and Kristie stayed with me the whole time. She helped calm me down and talked me through the whole process ❤️ Frank stayed with my mom and got the car on the tow truck very quickly, and mom said he was sweet, and professional!! Then we met the owner Brian and his son came to help us clean our car out and still AMAZING!! I hope we never get into another accident, but if we do (God Forbid) we will NEVER use anyone else! They are all so caring! They met us on a day they were closed to clean the car out, and never complained. My mother Carolyn, and I love you all!
Kristy and her husband are great! Me and my cousin got stranded at 1 am on our way home, still 50 miles from home! Nobody to call so we looked up the towing company’s around Alma, nobody answered but they did! They got to us quickly and got us home safe. If you’re in a bind, call them!! Reasonable prices!
I had the absolute best experience with Frankie and his wife, Christie. I was was going to need to travel with the tow truck driver and, being a woman by herself, I was really nervous about that. However, Frankie and Christie were so friendly and upbeat, it completely took my stress away. I was almost not mad about my car breaking down because of how great my experience was with them, no kidding. Would highly highly recommend them if you need a tow. Whatever Frankie is getting paid, it’s not enough.
We are from Texas traveling back home from our vacation with our 4 young kids and they did everything they could to finally get us back on the road and give us cheap rate.They are a rare breed of people who are willing to go above and beyond for their customers Thank yall so much!!!!
Recently while pulling our camper through Alma, AR, one of our truck tires all of a sudden started to shred. Our only option was to quickly pull off the road leaving us stranded between the interstate & an on-ramp. We found A+ Whites Towing and they were with us quickly, changed the tire, followed us down the road to the next off ramp and helped us find a place to add more air to our spare. They not only do the work, they care about helping! Highly recommend!!!

Had the best experience with these guys when my family and I had a blowout on the side of the highway on our way from OKC to Georgia. We called for a tow and they did even better. Searched their lot for a car tire from one of their wrecked cars to match ours, came out and replaced it so we could drive our car to a motel or wherever we needed to go until morning and all within about 45 minutes from start to finish for about $70. Professional, affordable, and so nice! I couldn't have had a better experience!
I didn't get to personally talk with the tow truck driver but I had my car, or van rather, impounded last night and the driver promptly showed up, loaded it up quite professionally, and quickly took off with it. I will be updating my review when I go to retrieve my impounded van, hopefully in a couple of days.
These guys are super nice! They helped me out big time with a last minute request to relocate my wrecked vehicle. They seem to be more affordable than their competitors. Tim (one of the drivers) was very kind and professional. I was amazed at his driving skills, too! He had limited space on my property to drop off my car and get turned around, but he was able to do it effortlessly without bumping in to anything. I would reccomend these guys if you ever need anything towed.

Suede came in on a SUNDAY to help us get the AC operational for our 9 hour drive home to iowa from Clarksville Arkansas. Couldn't fix all the way but enough that my sister just turned on her heated seat for fear of losing what ac we have left. YOU ROCK

I called this place today at like 6 PM and spoke to Brian. He was awesome!!! Friendly, down to earth, all was exceptional!! Quick service also, was inquiring about getting a few junk cars removed, and tomorrow morning it's gonna happen!! He made my night. Highly recommend this place.
