Our car broke down on a roadtrip out of state and they were so kind/patient in allowing us to sort things out with insurance/rental cars while helping us drop the car off at the final destination (four hours away) without us even needing to be there! They even dropped us off at a Starbucks so we wouldn’t be stranded in waiting for our ride to a different destination. Treated our car as their own.

Broke down in travel lanes EB I-40. Arkansas Troopers dispatched Alma Tow. Brian showed up within 30 minutes. Got me out of travel lanes, hooked me up, and towed me to Kenworth in Van Buren, AR. Great service! I highly recommend Brian at Alma Auto Service! He is a true professional.

Got a flat tire on the Interstate in the middle of a bad thunderstorm. They showed up as fast as they could and got me and my car to a safe place while being more careful than I could ever ask for. My car was lowered and they made sure to do everything they could to ensure nothing scraped the bottom. The best tow truck company I have ever used!

These guys made our rough day better. We broke down on I-49 near Devil’s Den & they were out within the hour to tow to Van Buren. Justin was fantastic. Not a service I necessarily want to use again, but if I have to, then I know who I am calling.

Alma was transparent from the gate and honest the full way through. We had a trailer full of 12’ -18’ carpet rolls that was 10k lbs over weight. They came out free of charge to evaluate the situation and then waited patiently for our truck to arrive to trans load and shift the rolls till the truck was at a legal weight. To see everything through Brian followed our driver to the truck stop and paid for the scale ticket to confirm the rework had been done correctly. I highly recommend Alma and will reach out again if i get into a pinch!

Locked my keys in the truck at 10pm on a cross country drive. These guys answered their phone right away and had somebody on the way to help in about 10 minutes. Fair pricing and good work that got me out of a tight spot.

Had a flat tire on I49 on a hot Sunday afternoon. The response time was great, and the guys who took care of my car were very kind and professional! I had heavy pop-up tents that needed to be moved out of my car for access to release the spare tire. I was going to move them, but the guys insisted that they would take care of the heavy lifting. The office was also very responsive when I needed a copy of my invoice for insurance reimbursement. Highly recommend!

Alma Auto has done multiple tows for our company. Tasha is always super accommodating and quick to respond and all of the drivers are incredibly helpful and go the extra mile. Brian and his crew are awesome and always bail us out of a jam!

We are so thankful for Rick! It was storming and we were headed into tornadoes, when all of a sudden we discovered we had a flat. Rick was expedited to our location on hwy 40E by AAA. He was a true professional and had us back on the road in no time. We would highly recommend Rick and his company!

Called AAA with a tire issue and they put us in touch with these people. Arrived an hour before ETA. Ricky couldn’t fix our issue in the end but he sure did try. Polite and professional.

These guys are the absolute best!! Wish all services in this country were this way. Was disabled in my tractor trailer just a click from the Bobby Hopper tunnel and dead in the water. Four guys came out with their boss and worked like Tony Stewarts pit crew and got me the hell out of there and back to the Rudy exit Loves for repairs in a flash. I'd also mention that it was freezing rain and not pleasant weather helping them. The boss was great and handled everything perfectly. This was just last night so thank you guys so much!! Tj.

The team at Alma Auto was great to work with! My truck broke down on I49 on my way back to NWA. Tasha was very kind, and got me a quote quickly. She gave my info to the driver, Ricky, and he called within 5 min of our conversation and let me know he was working on another delivery, but gave me the ETA. I wasn't able to hangout until he got there, but he kept me up to date on when he was going to be there. He got it picked up and dropped off safely to the repair shop. Cannot thank them enough for a great experience, and the help last minute.

Ricky is a great! I was stranded on the side of I540 with a flat tire and he stopped on his own to help me! Kindness goes a long way and this employee is one of the best. Thank you for helping me get back on the road so quick. I offered payment and all he said was "No ma'am, its the right thing to do." Insurance called and the Technician from Alma Auto arrived in a timely manner. He did a great job loading my Dodge 3500 with a broken ball joint. Was very careful during a tedious ,tough and muddy situation. I highly recommend using their services.

I have never been treated with such courtesy and care by a mechanic shop. Entire team was very professional and I thought for sure I would get a nuclear size bill. It was actually much less expensive than expected. Great to Know there are still some fair people in the world. Whomever said they got bad customer service probably lacks the life experience necessary to grasp the concept that requires business owners with integrity to present truth. Most immature folks don't do well with that. My lack of maintenance on my vehicle landed me there and they promptly solved the issue with exemplary service.

Had two employees from this place to my house two days in a row, and both were so polite and nice. The first young man, Cody, came to jump my battery, but turned out it couldn't be fixed. The next day, the second young man (whose name I never found out even though I emailed the business so I could use his name here) came to tow my car to Honda and was very efficient and friendly. After I got to Honda, he even came back inside after delivering the car to see if I needed anything else. Just very nice people who know what they're doing.

The owners Brian and his wife are amazing. I was able to get my car hauled to their shop very quickly and safely. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a few options to chose from. It was repaired in a very timely manner and at a good fair price for the repair. On another note my parents have used them for the past several years and had nothing but great experience with the company.

I will preface this review by saying I have never used Alma Auto's services. Based on the reviews it seems they probably do good work. That's why I gave 3 stars instead of 1. My problem is the appearance of the business. The place is an eyesore right on Hwy 71. Some time ago the parking lot was overflowing with junk so they made the lot bigger. Now they have filled that up with more junk. Since they can't fit anything else in their parking lot it seems the employees are now parking down the side road, Fine Way. Since they aren't in city limits, I'm sure there are no regulations that require them to keep the place clean but I would think they would want to project a professional image to match the great reviews of their service. Should I find they clean the place up, maybe put up a fence, or basically do anything to show they have some pride in owning the business, I will happily edit or delete this review.

We broke down in a 40 class A motorhome and called Good Sam to get towed. We are so fortunate they called Brian at Alma Auto Service. We come from a city where wrecker drivers just want to get the job done and get on to the next one. Brian took an amazing amount of time to make sure he didn't damage our bus when connecting and towing it. He even recommended a repair shop that could get right on our repair and we managed to make the rest of our 10 hour commute after reasonably short delay. NOTHING was damaged on our bus after his tow. Thanks Brian. You made this breakdown so much simpler (and less costly) than it could have been.
