This is a local shop. They get you in and out in no time. I had one of my drives blow out and they changed it quickly with the spare tire I had. I felt they were friendly and professional here. Southern hospitality if you will. Good folks won’t keep you waiting long if they can take on the task. Forget those big chain guys you will waste your day waiting.
Complete Rip-Off – Avoid This Place
We went in for a simple tire patch and repeatedly asked about the price before any work was done. The worker kept saying it would be “nominal” and that the boss would explain the pricing later. After the job was finished, we were charged $140 cash for a basic tire patch.
This is completely unreasonable and feels very misleading. There was no transparency, no upfront quote, and no opportunity to agree or refuse the service at that price.
Total rip-off. Do not go to this place unless you have absolutely no other option.
This place is terrible…very unfriendly as well, I usually ain’t a Karen online but me and my boss haul oversized loads and had a trailer tire that was low on air the other day and had nowhere else to go with a big rig so we stopped here, and we just asked if he could just put some air in the tire, and he just straight up said no….so we just drove right across the road to another tire shop and they let us air it up!! If it wasn’t for the other tire shop we would’ve been on the side of the road…so I’d suggest taking your money elsewhere
I had a blown tire on the highway and they did a great job at repairing it. They are so kind and did awesome with my vehicle. I would totally recommend this place!
The guys went way above and beyond today to get my kid with a blown tire back on her way to college. Found her a tire, got it mounted asap and on her way. Cant thank them enough. Daughter limped a car with a blown tire into their lot and without even coming in they came out to help. Still some good folks out there! Thanks a ton for helping my girl out and being my stand in! Aint gonna say what they charged her but lets say some folks out there still rewarded by being needed and helping than the almighty dollar. Ill be sure to pay it forward guys!
Mr Robert Thompson and his little helper who has bad hearing LOL God bless, are awesome people who help me on a deal concerning my mud flaps not to mention I had lost my parking spot across the street to the pilot and Mr Robert told me I could go ahead on and spend the night in which I couldn't thank him enough because earlier in the day I had caught a blowout in Timpson Texas and drove all day in which I was very tired and ready to get some sleep, very kind people to deal with and may God continue on blessing Mr Robert and his crew in running a successful business!!!
After a trailer tire blow out on the hwy, we went to Mobile Fleet and Wrecker because they were open 24 hrs. We had a new tire and had it mounted in about 30 min. by a very friendly service man who was on duty. If you are in need on I30, Mobile Fleet and Wrecker is the place to go.
Super great guys and very helpful. I am coming from deep south Texas traveling to Michigan and they are an example of good people, they stayed late even to look at my tires for me bc I noticed a vibration while driving that was guiding me to stop and they looked at it no charge and guided me to fix the right front tire and rim. I am super grateful for my hotel that guided me to yall. Thank you again!
Amazing people and amazing price. If you're not coming here for a new or used tires what are you doing? I highly recommend and it will be my goto place from now on.
Never ever send your truck this shop. Tire fir mount dismount charge $200.00. And you have cash in your pocket. Because credit machine is not works . Stay Stay away this shop.

Give these people half a chance to rip you off and they will. They were called to pick up my sisters car by county sheriffs dept before we had the chance to get our own, had it 2 days and wanted $642 to pick it up… I’ve never heard of such charges anywhere ever in this country!!! Not even Atlanta where my daughter lives. Much less a small town like ours.
We had to be towed about 36 miles. We got in touch with Mobile Fleet Service and with no time at all they were there. The young gentleman named Johnathan went above and beyond to help me out. He did a three-way call with me and stayed on the line the whole time with my insurance company when he didn't have to. Thank you Jonathan for your tremendous help.

We came out in a Sunday to do 4 new tires on our 5th wheel along with fixing the leaf spring mount. They were super kind the whole time and even willing to stay a little after hours to make sure we would be all set and safe on the road.

I was headed across country for college with a trailer loaded down with horses and ended up getting a flat in Arkansas. I pulled into Mobile Fleet and they immediately came out to help me. They helped me back my trailer in, immediately pulled the tire off but were careful of my horses, found the problem quickly and fixed it for a great price!! It was great to have such nice people to help a panicked college girl! Absolutely recommend this place!
These guys are the best at customer service. Had a breakdown on the exit ramp right in front of there business. When I tell you these guys Tyler, Stacy , & Richard took care of me is a understatement! They diagnosed my issues ( and they were major) arrange a type to peterbilt in Little Rock courtesy of M&M wrecker service of Prescott, AR. They guys in my book are awesome. Highly recommend their services! Give them a holler you will be satisfied!!!
Has a radiator hose burn and had to get it replaced!!! Was livid due to it burning due to whoever put the hose out it against pipe that gets extremely hot!!! Not cheap but a Quick repair and thanks to Richard I left a happy customer!! Only complaint is you don’t know it’s cash only till the end!! So know it’s cash only however there’s a store across the street!! And places to eat while you wait! Overall good quick work and communicates to get issue resolved!
Mobile Fleet service is the Bettis best shop around the area, Kenneth and his team work hard, and I dedicated to take care of your needs fast to get you back rolling on the road as soon as possible they took care of my alternator problem in less than a day we came in close to closing time. They stayed after to make sure they took care of the diagnostic and came back early in the morning and took care of the problem in less than an hour. They genuinely care about their customers at the shop, they’re willing to work with you for the benefit of your business it doesn’t get much better than that. They genuine people and down to earth.
My truck wouldn't start at fuel island at the Pilot. Richard came right away. And worked Hard in the Heat. Very knowledgeable and very Polite. Had to replace 4 Batteries. Richard had me going really quick. Thank you both- Richard and Robert!!! Highly recommend this Shop!
Driving from Chicago to Dallas and a rear shock broke on my wrangler. Pulled in here expecting the worst. They fixed it in 10 minutes. Barely charged me for the part. As a woman on my own I was prepared for the worst just to get back on the road but these guys were amazing. Thank you!
They saved my life!!! I am a single teacher leaving a workshop in Arkadelphia heading to Hot Springs and my back tire starts losing air rapidly. I was lucky to be close to Mobile Fleet Tire Service. So lucky! Two men came out acted concerned and interested in my safety. They quickly patched me up, gave me advice, and sent me safely home! Highly recommend!
They help alright, my driver back the truck into a ditch and they came, tow it to their shop which is literally across the street. Charge me $1485 I replaced a tire $414. Now they are fixing my issues that I came in for they charging $3108.00 right now business is so bad I’m losing so much money. And break downs isn’t helping. Im getting slaughtered out here. I see all the good comments how they helping folks out. I feel like I’m getting charge too much. I got nothing bad to say about them they are just expensive. Im not getting a break. Bless up.
The workers at Mobil fleet service were so amazing and helpful. Although they do not usually work on cars, only trucks, they helped my family with our broken down car on a Saturday. They did everything they could to get parts, took us to places to wait, and were so so kind…..very trustworthy as well. Definitely recommend them!
These guys were absolutely great they helped me out tremendously and they were on time I am a female truck driver who gets to taken advantage of a lot they just showed me how the TA sold me the wrong Tire which I have a picture of Jonathan did my tires he did an excellent job I wouldn't go anywhere else they explained everything to me Kenny the mechanic he looked at my engine and explained a lot of things to me I wouldn't go anywhere else if I ever have a problem on hunt this place down people should take
