On our commute home, our Kia indicated the driver's side turn signal was not working. I called Autozone and spoke with a gentleman, who told me the replacement led bulb would be between approximately $40 - $90. Once we made it to Coolidge, i watched an online video that showed the car had an incandescent bulb. I called Autozone again and was told the same as before. I called O'Reillys that picked up and hung the phone up. I then Googled auto parts store and found Napa. I called and spoke to a gentleman named Ken. I explained everything that had happened and not only did he have the part in stock, (unlike the first place, that said I would have to wait up to a week on shipping) he checked the bulb to make sure I installed it correctly in the housing, and voila. A little under $11 including tax. Thank you Ken for the help. BTW, I didn't need an LED bulb.

It was okay had nothing I needed for my car but could order it but I was looking forward for that right now otherwise Amazon has it to cheaper but still same waiting time but the guys and girls was great

I love this auto part store its very very clean an I went in for a battery replacement an only took but a few minutes the guy at the counter was real friendly an knowledgeable about what to choose the best battery for my car I will go back again with any more future auto parts that I might need

Pick up some battery acid Electrolyte for my wife's golf cart. Using electrolyte once a year to fill the batteries helps the batteries for a longer life. Remember happy wife happy life

We are from out of town and needed a few parts for our trailer hitch and John at Napa auto was amazing. He listened, suggested a solution when that didnt work he then suggested where we may get tow hitch fixed for cheap. Overall the customer service was awesome!! Thanks John!
This is my auto parts store of choice. The countermen are knowledgeable and will go out of their way to get you the correct part, even looking up your vin number to ensure the correct part for your vehicle. They even will give you alittle "how to" if you need it. The store is always clean and well lit whenever I've gone there.
Great store staff are always nice been here a few times normally deal with gus or Dave in florence branch but this place when I'm in Coolidge is amazing
Keep any receipts for any parts you buy from them. The do not keep there warranty info in there computer system and use that angle to keep from upholding the warranty. Take your money elsewhere to a company that keeps warranty info on hand and won't try to scam you.
