I went to this store to buy a battery for my car and the assistant manager, Valentino, offered to install the battery for me and even helped me decide which clips to get because I was missing some under the hood. He was very friendly and helpful, and explained what he was doing along the way as he was working. I will definitely visit this store again for my vehicle needs. Thank you, Valentino!
Not very helpful staff. Both my dad and myself have had not so great experiences, everytime we've visited. It always seems like one specific employee treats us like we're bothering him every time we go in to ask for a part. Terrible customer service.
Very helpful and friendly. I had a medical issue and the manager was right there to help. Cared about my condition then helped with why I was there. Thank you.
This location is amazing!! Not only did they save me money but they also gave me advice on how to keep my car running perfectly without all the extra costs! Definitely way better than Auto Zone! I highly recommend everyone going to Orileys!! Perfect customer service and the best advice in life!
Stopped in because I needed help with my battery. I was helped, by one of the employees (Valentino) who check my batteries voltage along with my alternator, he quickly found the problem and replaced my battery with a new one and I was off on my way. So glad I was helped in a professional and quick manner.
Very Rude! Hispanic, Assistant Manager called the police on us after, trying to pirchase a headlight $16.00. Asked for help installing, said he cannot do this, after he took the cover off. Gave us a glove, not to touch the bulb, then proceeded to tell us how to clip it in and move some wire around. Walked out after he watched us opené it on the counter, bad attitude, anger issues? Ran after us and told us, we needed to pay a repackaging fee. Held up the bulb and proceeded to touch it, yelling at us as we drove off. Police found us at Safeway and said the Assistant Manager called on us and was worried if we were ok. Will never go back to this store if this man is working there. Too bad for his employees and employers. Not a good look!
I am so grateful to Aaron, manager, who so took care of my needs at O’Reilly‘s auto parts. I was afraid my battery was gonna die and I needed to go to Casa Grande. He checked the battery he charged the battery. He made sure that there was enough charge on it, that I possibly would make it, plus he accommodated my disability by getting me a chair to sit and wait until he performed all those tests. I am so very grateful to O’Reillys in Coolidge. It’s a wonderful store and it’s got great employees, excellent service!

Went to 0'reillys in coolidge.nick was the employee who checked my battery ,starter,an altinator status .he was very professional an knowledgeable about what he was doing.I didn't wait all but 2 minutes once inside before he kindly approached me.in my humble opinion that is very good customer service at its best .thank you nick
This store always has exactly what I need. The pricing is great, they even offer military discount. also the staff is very nice and helpful, we had a very nice employee named Brayan help us out on our last visit. very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended!
Helped me find the windshield wipers needed for my vehicle and installed them without a problem. Very helpful. They go out of their way to help. Will come here before I step foot into autozone

Quick service and they had plenty of stock. Prices for what I was in for are fine. Not concerned with masks now so it was nice getting into a store and not having to stress over the small stuff. Definately will stop in again if I need something.
The staff was extremely knowledgeable they had the perfect tools available for me to use on site for what I needed to do and the prices were comparable to auto zone
Big Shout Out to Leticia and Jake at the Coolidge O'Reilly's! Leticia helped me pick out a battery and wiper blades and then kindly installed the wiper blades. Jake came to the rescue and installed my battery....all in 110+++ temperatures! Thanks so much for your help guys (and gals) I truly appreciate your help!
Great place very good customer service! Treated with respect and courtesy everytime I have gone in. Each service representative always help me if I need vehicle diagnostics and directly onto the correct selection of parts and location for me if ever cannot find it on the vehicle. Coolidge O'Reilly Auto Store is my Go to Store with all auto needs, to include turning brake rotors!!
Always has the part's I go inside for. I go for my son quite a bit. If they don't have the part's they will the next day. Also the people that work there are very pleasant to help you with anything you need.
