I am super happy after today's visit. I came in to have a tire changed and, while doing that, they inspected the other tires. There was a screw in another tire, so they fixed that too! Thank you, Tire Factory!
They always get the job done at prices that are so affordable it's crazy. Multi generational customer and we will keep going as long as nails get in tires and they stay open.
Brought my truck to them because it was shaking they diagnose the problem immediately I had tread separation on one of my tires decided to go with all four new tires. The pricing was great. The service was absolutely amazing. Highly recommended.

Needed installation for a tire on our step deck trailer, quickly, between a delivery and a pickup. Luckily, the delivery was only 3 miles away from The Tire Factory. A crew of three had the tire changed in minutes and we made it to the next pickup. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful team, that helped us out in record time. Can't say enough positive things about The Tire Factory!!!
I’ve been bringing my vehicles to the Tire Factory for 8 years. They are the best shop I’ve ever used, great customer service up front with Loren & Jeremy, very honest assessments / diagnoses of problems, and very dependable repairs and maintenance. I don’t live in Coolidge but driving 15 miles to use them is well worth it.
Parking can be sometimes a hassle depending on the day but honestly they have the best prices in town and service. They’re quick and don’t really need an appointment for an oil change. I enjoy coming here
Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service was great. Came in for front brake & spark plug replacement. Service was great. Came in for second oil change. Had me out the door very promptly. Honest people. Good work.
I use to bring my vehicles here for everything. Recently our 2014 chevy cruze our son drives was acting up. Tire factory had the car for 11 days before diagnosis!! 15 days before repairs. Day after picking up it throws a code again. Not diagnosed or repaired correctly after over two weeks!! Over $800 and car is still down. Money for a rental car and drove an hour to shop. Shameful. Hire some real mechanics or don't change for repairs when car isn't fixed!!
Excellent service. I have been going there ever since I moved back to Coolidge. Loren is a very nice gentleman. He charges a fair price for the work that is done. He has very good employees, who are great at their jobs. I recommend The Tire Factory to everyone who asks about car /truck repairs.I am grateful to have this Shop in Coolidge.

We had a tire blow out and our Jeep has no spare. Called AAA and they sent a tow truck and info for repair place. Of course it's closing time when we called. The Tire Factory waited for us and immediately went to work to replace the tire. Great job guys! 👏

I always have great service, every time I go. From tires on my car, to getting my oil changed, the work and the prices are great for someone on low income. Loren is cool under pressure and very knowledgeable.
Very very cool called and Saturday and had him order a hubcap for my truck found exactly what I needed sent me an estimate via email whereas discount tire sells the same product but could not get the type of hubcap that I needed with the correct Chrome bolts but they were able to do it they're very friendly I went to pick it up today called me this morning said it was in and offered to put it on for me even. So I will definitely be doing business with them in the future I am new to this area and very down home and seems like they had customers of all types and styles there and they're working very hard to make everyone happy.
I went in for an oil change last minute for our 2010 Chevy Equinox instead of driving all the way to the dealership Rock Solid in Mesa, who does our maintenance every few months and when the car needs to be serviced which I can't stand dealing with them because they seem to take all day from open to close just for an oil change. I rather stay closer to home since we now live in Coolidge and for a last minute find The Tire Factory was able to get me in and out besides the guy at the front desk and the mechanic who worked on our car who was very very friendly. As a woman I hate taking the car in even for an oil change because I've been ripped off before and they made me feel really comfortable... Enough to send my mother in law there for her car to be serviced as well. I will definitely recommend them to anyone else who lives in the area who needs there vehicle serviced whether its an oil change, tires or etc.... Great for the price(s) and friendly service!!! 👍

I will never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Rock Solid. We've had too many issues with our car and will NEVER go there again!!! Once we can trade-in we WILL!! We had issues at the time and needed a car ASAP and it was a last resort situation. I know you get what you pay for but I've never had this many issues with car in under a year of purchasing. 1 more year or pay it down some more so we can do the trade-in and go to a legitimate dealership for an up to date car! No more used cars under 2015
I just want to sum this up.
I had many recommendations from friends and neighbors after sharing with them some bad experiences I've had elsewhere since moving to AZ.

It took only one visit to The Tire Factory. I was sold !
I watched, I saw. They are so busy, yet keep up better than all the "retail chain type" companies out there these days.
I didn't feel cheated. I didn't feel as if I was in a retail chain. I didn't feel like someone was trying to sell me something I didn't need!
I first went in for a complete diagnostic.
They checked/they corrected.
They did have some recommendations due to the year of my car and what was also noticed.
What was really appreciated, was the fact that they weren't pushy or trying to sell more than necessary.
I believe it was the owner who actually recommended just one of the three to be most important for me at this time.
I did schedule my following maintenance.
Happy that I did.
Time always tells, however, I'm so happy I now have a place I can trust for all my car needs!

This place is busy every time I've been there and I would say, from my experience there so far, it's probably because they do good work and DON'T over charge or try to up sell or lie about more things to fix.
I've had both of my vehicles in for repairs and basic oil changes and tire rotation. When it came time to pay, I was pleasantly surprised with a lower bill than I expected. I had my Subaru in there, expecting the worst, they could have told me anything was wrong and I would have believed it.
These guys are friendly and HONEST and will be my go to auto shop from now on.
The owner Lauren and his family have been running this place since I can remember. Definitely over 30yrs. They are extremely knowledgeable and do great work on any vehicle you can think of. Most importantly they are trustworthy. That's the hardest thing to find when it comes to mechanics. With them you know your getting the best quality work for the absolute best price.
I have a road trip coming up, so I called,
to ask if they have tires for my truck in stock, they didn't , but placed an order to have them brought in that afternoon. Once the tires arrived, they took my truck right in and hooked me up almost immediately. Jeremy, Loren and Nick all greeted and welcomed me with their cheerful disposition and they really make you feel at home . I now can enjoy my trip knowing they have taken care of my tires and even took extra time to inspect the overall condition of my vehicle to ensure a safe trip. This is a great place to have your automotive needs met.

Showed up 2 min before they opened on a sat morning and they already had 8 people waiting... would be nice if they offered appointments. The oil change i got was good (took about 2.5 hours) and the second time i was in to check on a possible oil leak which also took about 3 hours. They missed a blatantly obvious oil leak and sent me on my way, which meant another trip to a repair shop so that was kind of annoying. They are all friendly and always super busy, and seem to know a lot of customers very well from the couple times I've been so obviously they care about good customer service
