My son's car broke down on the side of the highway and I had no idea who to call to deal with the car because I was done with it. I live way out in Avra Valley and he broke down by Kino, there was no way I could afford to get it towed to my house. I called and Sylvia was the one I talked to. I was pretty upset and stressed. She calmed me down and walked me through everything. She explained what I needed to do and made the whole experience quite pleasant. She even followed up two days later just to make sure everything went okay. Great lady! She is very professional, personable and understanding.
