Prices are way to hi . I talked to someone on the phone and he quoted me about 12 for a dashboard bezel He did say it may be a few bucks off. Once I got there and pulled it was 35$ and it even had a big crack in it. I could buy a new one for that price. 90 bucks for a bezel mirror and taillight when I can get all that for 60 new online other than that everybody was helpful and nice . They definitely have a good selection of cars.

I looked online for this Sterling column they wanted $400-500 dollars. I went to Pull-A-Part and spent $44.00. It only took me 15 minutes and saved. Staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it to friends and family.

Best salvage yard in Tucson. Odalist is a sweetheart. An absolute angel with the biggest heart of solid gold. My dude Ronnie is very compassionate and understanding when parts turn out to be the wrong fit and brought back. For the best direction on part Interchange, speak with Gerald. He is a fountain of knowledge and saves time and headache. If you haven't been to pull-a-part, go there for all your education and restoration need. Simple catalogue, well organized, friendly staff, and amazing pricing.

I haven't always had the best customer service here and even after reflecting I would often feel like I had been treated like scum by most employees here. They can come off short and snippy and they leave you with the impression that theyd rather not have your business. The exception is one employee and thats who im leaving this review for in particular. Otherwise, This yard is abundant in variety in terms of both foreign and domestic Salvage cars. The best service Ive had Hands down comes from Ronnie, he Knows me by name and hell go out of his way to compile a list of cars for me to check out when I come here looking for a specific part. Ronnie is thorough and quick and his hospitality is a big reason why I continue to come to this pull a part. Again I havent always had the best experience here but if I can remember all the times Ive left with a better attitude then when I went in its almost always because Of Ronnie. I have hoped that for the other employees they might learn from him because I feel he leads by example and therefore has established a standard of how id like to be treated when I come to pull a part. Only thats what makes Ronnie important, is that he is the only person of character I have seen here that can demonstrate qualities such as mutual respect, fairness, integrity, and overall a great attitude. Although it may not have been intentional Thank You Ronnie for changing my mind about never coming back.

very bad with part names these employees including management need to get educated on the names on parts for proper pricing i am a ASE certified master technician with over 30 years experience and these incompetent sales personal and management want to argue the name of a part and overcharge someone by renaming the part for a higher price then go on google for pricing instead of using their own web site so therefore my advise to ownership you should not only screen your employees ans also audit this location it seems like someone is taking some of the top from you in overpricing just saying

It's hard to give a review when it's really just one person that ruins it. Don't get me wrong great place really is. Got there checked in everyone is in a good mood, people cashing out seem fine talking, joking whatever. Employees friendly talkative all good. Go out and find both parts needed. Perfect off to a great start. Walk in to check out and EVERYONE is quite except for one guy. Not sure if he is the owner, manager or what but he sure gave 2 other employees attitude. Full of comments like wouldn't not stop just putting them down or just making them feel low in front of all of us. The other 2 employees that was taking in all his comments and smart a** remarks just stood there the entire time, saw a few eye rolls but just shocked they didn't just walk out. Props to those 2 guys for dealing with that in front of all of us. That one person just ruins everyone's day with that attitude. I do suggest taking the employee or employee's in the office if there is issue's

Great experience today at the Tucson location. I was quickly greeted by Ronnie. He showed great interest in finding out if I found everything I needed.He then went on to apprise me of the value and benefits of becoming a member. When it comes to used auto parts, more specifically , a pull your own part place, Pull A Part on E. Michigan ranks as the best. Ronnie was super cool and great to work with. Great customer service. Overall everyone there is awesome to work with. I highly recommend these guys when you want to pull your own parts.

The computers in the front help you find the car you are looking for $1 or $2 entry, bring your own tools, the people that run the place are not mechanically inclined. Parts Cars and Prices are on their website. Only 4 stars because there’s not a way to know if the part you need is still on the car … you have to go in walk in the heat, and look for the part yourself, and forget about calling to talk to someone onsite. I go for the best prices, and they are open 7 days a week

Its great place but they keep changing stuff and those new guys make a big mess, those days it's normal for the people in the cashier to charge extra without let you know nad you checked the receipt and you ask why they did that they told you it's your responsibility to look on the screen!! they forgot that we used to trust them and it's dumb responsibility too to explain extra charge for customers before they took the money ....it's getting crazy there and its clear they trying to get your money without enough explanation and those people in the cashier have a really aggressive behavior when you ask why you guys didn't explain it... it's get very very different compared with the last 7 years :(

They usually have many different cars to get parts from the down side is my kids couldn't come in with me they are older then ten and like to work on cars so I take them with me to get parts for our projects and they had to wait in the car. This isn't a place to take children with you. But the prices and availability is great here.

I headed down here to get a replacement tailgate for my pickup truck. Free entry for military/first responders is a fantastic incentive to return, and I'll be back for more when I have the time. Gerald was especially helpful, as this was my first visit and I wasn't exactly sure how to go about everything, and he went above and beyond.

I am a 70-year-old US Army vet with an artificial hip. I recently bought $700+ worth of parts and quickly learned to check pricing on every single item. It's not theft. It's that the employees are not trained in this field and management shows no interest in improvement. They whine about having to carry the cores I returned. But none of the four could tell me where to put them. These people are largely worthless. The pricing is good, lots of parts if you can get through the office but good luck.
