Super nice! Very polite. I’d just left a shop down the road from them where I was treated poorly. They answered my question and told me I needed a repair that was much cheaper than the other shop. I would recommend them over saguaro automotive any day of the week!!!
Great service all around. Replaced a part I requested to close a engine light issue. Used the part I had purchased rather than their part. Cost was reasonable and time to complete was less than estimated. Will definitely use them again!!!!

I took my car in for a cylinder misfire and was very impressed with George for his customer service, diagnosis and repair. First time customer. I definitely will use Raggs again if another problem occurs.
Raggs Automotive, and in particular, George, provided me with excellent customer service. I had an engine repair needed and some rough braking issues, so George listened to me describe my problems, and was very good about going over what he recommended, explained fully, along with estimated costs and time of repair. The car was ready when he said, ready to go. Upon leaving the shop, another unrelated issue occurred with my coil pack. The next morning, I went back to George with my new problem, and once again, George was patient and listed to my new, unrelated problem with my truck. He then discussed his recommendations, and promised he would do his best to get to the car the same day, despite having a full schedule already. At 2:30 pm, George called me to report all was repaired, and that he was able to warranty the component which failed, and only charged me his time for the repair. Essentially, my job came in under budget, and ahead of schedule. I would recommend George and Raggs Automotive without reservations based on the high quality service, professionalism, and great customer service I received.
I'm so glad I found this place! They really fix your car. They want to fix what's wrong with your car, not take advantage of you, con you into a lot of things you don't really need or fix things that don't need to be fixed. I got 4 estimates on some work I needed to have done on my truck, and Raggs was literally hundreds of dollars less than the least expensive of the other 3!! And, Raggd did good work. The receptionist is wonderful and knowledgeable. Being an older female, I have to be very careful NOT to be taken advantage of, so, like I said, I'm so glad I found Raggs Automotive!
My brother refereed us to Raggs after much dissatisfaction with our present auto shop. I have to say our first visit left a very positive impression. Although we only requested an oil change they never tried to push any other drummed up issues on us. They did fix the under carriage cover that was loose and never charged us. We will most likely purchase some tires there since their total price quote was quite competitive.

Never had a problem here! Nice friendly and easy to work with. I read the reviews, for the person with an issue about the dog there, get over it! He doesn’t bite just a puppy and some of us really enjoy all the love it gives! Especially my kids! George and Cetiva are very friendly and make this the family atmosphere. Although I no longer own my Kia, we will definitely continue to have them work on our Durango! Alyssa

We have just started using Raggs automotive for the servicing of our 2015 Silverado and
KYMCO scooter.
After an all afternoon wait (and part of the evening) for basic servicing at the dealership
in Tucson last Spring, I decided to find a local option.
George and his wife own Raggs and as young entrepreneurs offered just what we wanted:
quick service, good price and just around the corner. Much better than the Tucson dealership!
