They always have what I need. The employees are always helpful (shout out to David). Prices are reasonable and they honor their warranties when appropriate. Been shopping here for 16 years.

I needed a starter for my van so I went to Autozone. They didn't have one so I went to Oreilly in Green Valley. Two guys named Dave working the first Dave tested the starter and said it was good. the other Dave told me theres an ignition switch that can fail so I bought one and tried it put my old starter back in and the van fired right up! They saved my 200 bucks plus Id have been pretty mad if i had bought a new starter and it still didn't start. This Oreilly will be my first stop for now on.

First-class service every single time I walk into the O’Reilly’s in Green Valley. The staff is always attentive, professional, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to help however they can. I especially want to give a shout-out to David Davis for helping me change out my battery. The speed and precision he worked with was impressive — honestly, we might as well put this car to work for a NASCAR race team the way he handled that battery swap ?. Quick, efficient, and done right the first time. Huge thanks to David and the entire team for consistently outstanding service. This is exactly why I keep coming back.

Wow, great service! It's Sunday and my car battery is dead. I called O'Reilly to see if they could help me. I spoke to David who said that he had the right battery for my vehicle and that if I bought it there, they would install it for me. I went to O'Reilly's after I charged up my battery. I got there and within 30 minutes, I bought and had a new battery installed in my vehicle. Thank you O'Reilly Auto Parts and a big thank you to David!

Needed a new battery for 2014 Honda CRV on a Sunday morning. Called to verify that they had the correct model in stock and most importantly would they install it for me. Yes to both. They had a battery for different lengths service from 2yr to 4yrs. Sean was professional and efficient. Would go back.

Twice I have visited this particular O'Reilly store and received excellent customer service by both Davis and his co-worker. I was able to purchase everything I needed with ease. They seem to possess a level of integrity that is hard to find in retail now a days. Thank you gentlemen. I will return when the need arises.

Wow, what great service! Thank you for helping our daughter replace her tail lights this afternoon. She had a video and it was a quick fix, but so much easier when someone more knowledgeable can assist. We truly appreciated the help!! We have always appreciated O’Reilly Auto in Sahuarita!

Last week I needed the service of an auto parts store and traveled to the closest one to where I was located. That store was unable to help me with my dead battery. With a jump start, I went to next closest store, which was the Green Valley O'Reilly Auto Parts store. Fortunately for me, Dave was on duty that night. He had to order a battery for my car that would arrive the next day. After I got home from work the following night, jump started my car and proceeded to O'Reilly Auto Parts, where he was waiting with the tools that he would need to take out the old battery and replace with the new one. I have a newer small car, so to remove and replace the battery was tricky. He was adept with the process, and I was on my way in a short time! I am very appreciative of the competent staff at this location and will definitely recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts store and staff to my friends and neighbors!

Gentleman behind the counter was very nice and knowledgeable ... only issue is they won't plug the code reading device into the port for you I had to commandeer a passing customer (young man) to assist he was very helpful

i am a vietnam veteran and it was veteran's day.... my girlfriend's battery went dead and we called Merles auto and they had a great deal on a battery but we could get over there soon enough because they were about to close... we called this place, O'Reilly auto parts.... which I have had nothing but bad luck with these people but I thought that getting a battery might be ok... they did have the battery and was willing to do price matching because it was not on sale as it was at Merles...when it came down to following through with the price match, the guy working there and helping us.... MEL, said that because Merles had closed, he would not do the complete price match so that we either pay the discount and not the also include the veteran discount or do the vet discount and not the sale price.... which I understand that Merles would have given us both as it WAS veteran's day... but this guy, Mel frok o'reilly had this attitude and was not willing to do this with saying that you cant have both with a smerk on his face and somewhat of an attitude which annoyed me and I let him know it... I was not happy and called him an idiot and he then after a few words exhanged said a very derogatory remark about my mother and walked back inside the shop..I will stop here but there is more.

Well the staff there is cool except one guy I used to use them all the time to get parts by as of late I won't ever use them again it seemed I was bugging them I'm still on oxygen and can't even walk right I hobbled in and asked them to replace my batteries and they were not busy at all the guy acted like I was a Piece of trash.... the only person there worth their salt in knowledge is Russ and the guy who owns the jeep the only reason the rating is 2 star and not one is Russ he is the only one ill deal with from now on if not then no more business

My mom's car battery died last week when I was out of town. She called me and I told her that since the battery is under the car beneath the passenger seat and they need remove it to replace it that she should go to the dealer but she was scared to drive the car all the way to Tucson to get it fixed. I was really worried about her because she's older and lives alone and when I got home I expected to have to take care of it but she said she went and saw Dave at Oreally and he got her fixed up. I have no idea how they did it but the guys here are life savers. I was really worried and my mom is super happy she didn't ahve to possibly get stranded driving to the dealer and I'm super happy she wasn't stranded at home until I got back.

I shopped there this week end for something my husband asked me to pick up. Noticed 2 employees were not wearing any face mask!! Two other customers were, but no social distancing whatsoever by anyone. I'm waiting to get my 1st vaccine, so I want to keep safe until the second. Went just down the street to an Autozone. I will not shop anywhere I'm not being respected and protected. I don't write reviews, but at this point I want others who feel as I do to also be safe. Be aware people.

Don’t shop here!! Not if you’re concerned about not risking getting the Covid virus. Shopped on March 7th between 7 & 8 pm. Needed a part to make my car operational for the next morning so I could make a doctor’s appointment. Walked in & old tall guy with beard had no mask on. I asked politely if he would put one on. He was a real smuck from that moment forward. Over a year into a pandemic, & I get this? I will never, ever, do business with O’Reilly Parts again. If you care about others, about yourself, and/or have someone in your life who loves you, I strongly suggest you do the same. Cause they don’t care. Not at all.

Even though they didn't have the special electrical part in stock they could have had it the next afternoon! Unfortunately my neighbor who needed the item couldn't wait so we we're off to other places trying to find the needle in the haystack!!! I have been going to this particular store for all my needs to repair the four cars in the family. There prices are in line with other parts stores in the area. The store is well stocked,clean and bright with easy to find displays and most importantly a friendly staff who knows what you are talking about! Stop by I'm sure you find just what you are looking for.

I went there with my friend to get a trailer tow harness for his van. They didn't have one in stock and they had one in another store but it was pretty expensive so he decided to wait a few more days and by it from the internet. Otherwise we both buy part's there on a regular basis and the sales team is always friendly and very helpful. We'll be back in no time.

My son and I was there a month ago. It was a weekend, but the people working had almost no idea what they was talking about. Luckily my son and I did. Got our parts as fast as we could and got out of there. Both of us laugh and takes about it all the way home. Car is still running great. ??

The manager Paul is beyond rude. Three months ago i bought five quarts of oil on one of their sales. I bought the wrong weight and went in to exchange it today. It was a half hour hassle to get it exchanged because they refused to do an exchange and instead demanded that i pay full price for the new oil while only refunding me the sales price. It was a straight exchange for the same brand and type of oil just a different weight. They made a huge deal that it took me 3 months to return it, they insulted my employment (i was wearing a work uniform), and when they finally made the exchange he just threw the receipt on the table. I used to work at O'Reilly's, we did exchanges like that all the time, it should have been a simple 5 minute exchange in and out. By far the worst customer service from an oreillys ever. Felt like i was in an AutoZone.

I bought a battery 2 years ago with a 3 yr warranty, it died so I came to get it replaced and was told I was never a customer there. So not only did their battery suck, but they never put my info in correctly when I purchased it. The battery had their sticker (from 2 yrs ago) on it and was the exact same as they were going to give me buying a new one. They tried to make it like I was an idiot and had never been there before, then said "Oh, a Nissan Sentra is too difficult for us to replace the battery in, so you can do it." Battery is right on top and easy access. Not like there were 3 of them just standing around with no customers and so much to do.

This particular O'Reilly Auto Parts in Sahuarita the employees are the best. Their customer service skills are terrific. And if they don't have the part they can usually get it by the afternoon or the next morning. Very impressed with this location

I had an excellent experience today with O' Reilly Auto Parts, to start with, the customer service was fast and efficient, grant it, I was the first customer in at 7 am, however; this has always been the case with this store. Mike the manager and his staff are very professional.

I bought a battery for my car December 2013 from O'Reilly in Green Valley. In May 2014, my car stopped starting and I had to jump it whenever I wished to drive somewhere. I went to O'Reilly to have the battery tested and they told me it was dead. This would not have been a problem if they would have replaced it, as it had failed in 6 months. However, they claimed that the battery in my car was not the one they had installed six months ago and refused to replace it. I know nothing about cars or battery numbers and trusted these people to give me the correct battery and record it truthfully. I refuse to ever return to any O'Reilly after I was forced to spend over $200 in one year for the first and then second battery. Go to Auto Zone instead. Don't take the risk.
