Drew was excellent. He showed up and did everything once quick while I was expecting a whole days worth of things going wrong and not to plan.

Called and set up a tow for my vehicle for the following day and there’s was no communication or phone call returned.. I ended up using another company that’s was amazing and 100 dollars less

I got stuck on the the side of the road in Payson with a loaded 53 ft dry van this place is the only game in town and because of that Carl charges a steep price I tried explaining the situation but he wasn't having it he slow played me 2 days and then said his truck was broke so i ended up calling the place in show low which did an excellent job and they didnt play games

If I could write, this company is zero I would if they were so unhelpful I had a a vehicle towed there paid the guy cash, and he still filed in abandon vehicle fee. I couldn’t get a hold of him left several messages. He never returned my call until he could file the abandon vehicle fee horrible with customer service does not return phone calls and is a rip off.

I tried to use his business. He told me that his truck was on the way back from Phoenix and he would be available the following morning. He told me to call at 8 AM. I did and he never answered his phone. What a flake. Big rigs stay away from this guy. Go see Clayton at Winslow Ford. He is very customer friendly.

I work at a local insurance agent’s office. A mutual customer used their service and needed reimbursement for his tow. The tow truck driver filled the receipt out incorrectly with the wrong VIN number. The customer went all the way back to their office (in person), . No fax or computers I guess, to get a corrected receipt with correct VIN and year, make and model and the second time they filled it out wrong again! They got the VIN right this time but wrote 2017 Jeep instead of 1994 Jeep. The customer gave them the registration to copy from. To help our customer, I called Excel from our office to ask them to fax me a new or corrected copy and they said no. Not just no, but very rudely no. I let our agent and our customer know The Excel towing owners response. Sadly this customer can’t get his insurance reimbursement for his tow without an accurate receipt This was the owners response when I called. “YOU need to bring me the receipt so I can scribble it out our mistakes and fill it out correctly. I am not waisting a third carbon copy on this”……. I asked three times nicely and got the same response. My feedback. There is more to running a business than towing. Customer service on all ends matters. Insurance agents are your customers as well. We recommend services to our clients every day. We won’t be recommending excel towing and neither will your client who gave you a chance. That is a lot of loss business verses submitting a third and correct incorrect “carbon copy” so your customer can get their insurance benefits. If you are using their service and plan to submit it to your insurance I wouldn’t take that chance with them. Go to someone who can fill out the information correctly and who can fax or email corrected forms when they screw up twice.

Roy and crew "Bobby" were professional, timely and helpful in our needs. Besides towing our truck and fifth wheel they also recommended a mechanic "Future Tires " as well as a convenient motel. We couldn't have asked for a better experience under rather stressful circumstances. We are very thankful.

This company deserves five stars! Don and associate did an excellent job pulling our trailer out of dried clay. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for your outstanding work. I highly recommend this company.

TERRY did an exceptional job getting our truck out of deep soupy mud. He had to work hard to get it to dry ground. He was very skilled and friendly. ROY, the boss, came to help too. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. We would highly recommend this business and its employees.

I usually do not give people bad reviews even when they deserve it. But this company although they were punctual they came on time and they towed it. But they broke something on my truck while they were towing it and they do not wanna make it right. They told me it wasn’t their policy to make it right which doesn’t make any sense to me being a business owner myself. I would never say don’t use someone but I would definitely say be careful and make sure that they don’t break anything on your vehicle.

After calling around to get estimates, everyone wanted $150 which seemed crazy since the tow wasn’t that far. Excel gave me a quote of $75! They arrived sooner than they promised and the driver was very friendly, helpful and efficient. I only now realized that they’ve got a high rating here on google and it doesn’t surprise me one bit. I highly recommend them!

Our RV pulling a side by side on top of the mountain. Excel knowledgeable staff sent 2 trucks to pick us up. Super nice guys. One of the drivers called his brothers shop and asked if he could look at the RV. His brother Richards Auto & Performance had our RV back on the road within 24 hours at a fair price. Forever grateful for these guys. Thank you 100% highly recommended

When your car breaks down, it's usually not a good night...but calling Excel for the tow made the difference in mine being a lot better. The driver, Todd was on time, professional, and friendly. He went above and beyond my expectations by not only giving me a tow, but helping a non local find a room and a place to wet my whistle for the night. Also shout out to the security guard Terry. You rock man While I hope to not need road side assistance again any time soon, when the day comes around I know who to call. Shout out to Terry, the security guard, you rock man

Excel can! When others can't or won't. We got stuck in the snow storm last weekend when dispersed camping. A very kind family 4-wheeling was unable to pull us out, but gave us a ride into town. After calling around, Excel was one of the few tow co. that has a 4x4 w/a wench. Our drivers Dave and Terry were friendly and very capable. Off road recovery worth the price, to get it done right.

I am beyond thankful for this towing company. I 100% recommend them, they totally saved me and my boyfriend. We were driving up to Show Low when our car broke down and we were able to get someone to get to service and call a tow truck. These guys made it to us super fast and helped us get off the side of the road in no time. One of their guys that does mechanic stuff on side, fixed our car for us in a day at a really good price!! They totally saved us, both from off the side of the freezing road, and helped us get our car running so we can drive home in a few days. I cannot express how thankful I am for these guys, if you need a tow or help definitely give these guys a call!

Excel Rocks! Terry is a character and great to work with! Roy was very helpful and responsive! Fantastic service all the way around! They helped make the best out of a bummer situation on Labor Day weekend. Thanks guys! We appreciate you! I highly recommend Excel and would never hesitate to use them again.

Excel Towing LLC did a great job at getting my Montero home safe and sound. Unfortunately I lost a freeze plug and was stranded out at the Y, 12 miles from town they were the only ones to answer and they got to us quick! They were very professional and provided excellent customer service not only that the price for towing that far was great. I definitely know who to call if something happens again. Will definitely be referring my friends and family to Excel Towing LLC if they ever need a tow. A million thanks from a happy customer :)

We own and operate an auto repair facility in Show Low and exclusively use Excel Towing for our transport needs and recommend them exclusively to our customers. Their team is prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Great value on top of all that.

I'm late putting this review on. But the guy that owns the business is awesome friendly. He even did something for me that most tow truck drivers wouldn't do. So for anybody reading this review I'd suggest a 100% you go to him.

Excel Towing LLC did a great job of picking me up near Big Lake and getting the vehicle to a shop in Pinetop. I’m from out of town and was nervous about coming across a dependable service in unfamiliar territory. Robert came to our rescue in a timely manner with a great attitude and sense of humor. I saved their card for any service I need in the future while visiting this area.

Very impressed rolled my truck on the way to globe. Roy and Louis were great showed up very quickly. They both were very professional got it all loaded and back to show low including hauling us back. Great honest people and company would definitely recommend anyone that needs a tow to these guys.

Our family vehicle broke down between heber and show low. The person on the phone was very helpful and Daryl (the driver)was more professional than I would have expected from a tow truck driver. Had a 12 passenger van towed from show low to chandler 2 days before Christmas with no issues.

Broke down early this morning. Called Excel, they were there in no time. The driver dropped the truck off at the shop and me at work. Good guys great service, and their fees are very reasonable. Highly recommend this mom and pop company!

Front wheel fell off my truck at a busy intersection in Show Low on a Saturday just after 5PM. Don, the operator did a fast, expert job getting my truck in a very difficult situation onto his flatbed without any further damage. All car rental options were closed for the day. I didn't know how I was going to get home the 60 miles to my rural location. So then, he suggested a fix and even helped with repairs. I was back on the road an hour later. What a miracle. Thanks Don.

Terms were not understood. Asked what the total would be from "x" distance to "x" distance and was told one price only to find out it was twice plus as much. When one asks for a total price, give them a total price. Would NOT recommend them although I will say the driver was far more professional and helpful than the owner. He is the only reason they ranked a star at all.

Excel towing towed our motorhome 35 miles to Holbrook, AZ after we had problems with the diesel engine overheating. If you know this area it is alot of smaller towns with lots of empty between them. They came from Showlow AZ about 30 miles the other direction from where we were. The insurance company had a hard time finding a tow truck big enough to tiw our 38 ft diesel. Excel showed up way earlier than we were expecting them and Don and Roy had it hooked up and ready to go in about 30 minutes. We had an uneventful drive to the repair shop. Nice guys who did a great job. Call them and you will not be disappointed.
