My 73 beetle was acting up and would only go 20 miles per hour, so we didn't know really what was wrong with it. We took it to acurate auto service and they were able to find the problem, replace the distributor, put a new valve gasket on and spark plugs and wires and got my little car running again.

Amazing shop! Chad and his crew are amazing and are extremely caring and kind. They are fairly priced and are very knowledgeable. I recommend them to anyone that needs a trustworthy shop for their Jeep or any vehicle.

I had AAA tow my car to Accurate Auto and was more than satisfied. Jason checked me in and kept me informed of the progress. Since I was from out of town he made sure I had an Uber ride to a safe place to wait. Terry was my mechanic and he accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Both employees answered my questions respectfully which reduced my stress about my van. The price was a little less than I expected after I researched on Google. I was more than satisfied. I spend winters out in the desert and have recommended them to my friends.

I'm glad I found these guys years ago. They are really focused on customer service AND do excellent work. I was in for an oil change this time but they do a comprehensive inspection, recommend repairs and provide reasonable costs. The rest is up to you. Good folks and good outfit!

My Toyota tundra truck became seriously ill. I am a traveler and my tundra woke up one morning and would barely run! I couldn’t wait two weeks for a repair, but Chad and his team came to my rescue! Fortunately it was a minor problem, but Chad went the extra mile and took care of long overdue service so that I could rest easy on the road. Chad went over and beyond. I would highly recommend accurate auto to all.

Great service. We broke down on I 40 and AAA towed us to Accurate Auto. Thanks to Jason, he got us into the shop right away and got us back on the road before closing so we could get to our grandson's wedding. Good diesel technicians diagnosed a broken fuel line and had the new part installed in no time. I reccomend Accurate as they really care for their customers needs. Specially in an emergency.

Recently ordered a set of wheels and tires for my Sprinter, best prices and best service in town! Had the wheels in, mounted, and installed in 2 days. Highly recommend and will be using for all my service needs in the future!

Took my Silverado 2500 HD in for a starting problem. The great crew diagnosed my fuel delivery problem immediately, promptly ordered parts and began repairs the next day. During their thorough inspection they determined I was overdue for some routine maintenance and even had time to complete this by the end of the day to eliminate the need for a return visit. Highly recommended shop.

They did an amazing job replacing the tail light for my Jeep. It was a reasonable price and Lisa was really nice. I also appreciate the ride they provide to get to wherever you need to be after you dropped off your vehicle and when the vehicle is ready for pick up. Overall, a great service!

Accurate Auto is by far the best place to get your vehicle serviced in Lake Havasu City. We had a break down, had to be towed, after trying several shops that weren't able to even look at it for days or weeks, we called Accurate and Jason and Lisa were so helpful in getting it in immediately and diagnosed and repaired in a short period of time at a very reasonable price. I'm a mechanic on vacation, and my car starts to clunk. I read the reviews on yelp and google and they said this place was it for honest service. Accurate auto care fixed my car perfectly for a great price. It was a couple loose bolts so they tightened them up and verified everything was good. Fair price. Awesome service. And they got me a ride to and from my house. Thank you so much.

They always do great work. Their staff is very professional. My car runs like it’s new again. They do a great job communicating with me about the status of my repairs. Accurate went above & beyond with helping me get back on the road. Installed new (rebuilt) transmission in my Dodge Road Trek camper van. Had to wait for parts & gave me a loaner car for 10 days! We took our Jeep Grand Cherokee in to Accurate last month after taking it to two other places and spending money we shouldn't have. They diagnosed it and got it done! Then we had some other issues come up and they had it figured out in no time. We were back on the road the next day, extremely satisfied!

During my most recent visit, they went above and beyond by discovering that the part I needed would be covered under Subaru. Plus their service is incredibly convenient. They even arranged for an Uber to take me home and back to the shop. Highly recommend Accurate for their exceptional service and dedication to their customers!

Very happy with the courtesy and quality of the people at accurate auto. I have 16 cars and I can tell when I'm being treated right. I also have a car rental agency more than half of my customers are getting their cars repaired. They universally are happy with the service they receive at accurate auto care.

Excellent service! Cannot brag enough for the professionalism of the tech that repaired my vehicle. He came and took me back to my vehicle to show me the issue. The part for my vehicle was ordered and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Lisa, who seems to wear many hats at this establishment, was beyond great and caring. Lisa's concerns for the comfort of her customers (to me) are beyond any auto service writer and/or receptionist I've met. The facility was very clean and organized. I needed an alignment done on an older Porsche 944 after it had been involved in an accident. I’ve called a couple shops who wouldn’t touch it. Mike at Accurate Auto was hesitant but he spoke with his Tech Scott (who also races Stock Cars) and Scott happy to look at my Porsche. The Porsche pulled to the left and the Steering wheel wasn’t centered when i dropped off the car. Mike called me after a few hours and Scott was able to get the car aligned nearly perfect. Great news! The car tracks straight and the wheel is centered. Thank you Mike and Scott. Great guys at Accurate Auto. I highly recommend this shop!

I went in to get my 82’ VW Westy aligned. Chuck and his crew got me back on the road! Straight as an arrow now! Their shuttle to/from breakfast was nice. A great experience, then they called and followed up a week later! That’s impressive!
