My husband and I recently followed our map guidance system down a very long and unpaved road that eventually turned into a wash where we got stuck in sand and small rocks. We were not planning on taking any unpaved roads but this sort of persistence teaches good life lessons! Having rushed to clean the car before our outing, I had forgotten to replace our emergency water...and we happened to get stuck right in the middle of the hottest time of the day and where there was no shade that you didn't have to squat to get under...and we were already thirsty before sinking our tires into that blazing hot sand, in fact we were trying to get to a gas station for refreshments. Had it not been stormy a few days prior, my husband thinks we might have been able to make it, but the storm washed out the last mile of an already faint path...so after trying and trying unsuccessfully to free the car, my phone overheated and shut down and we started feeling overheated ourselves! enough to give in to hiking a mile out to the closest main road to beg for water from 2 passing truckers, then we gave in to calling for help when my husband was able to catch a cell signal. The first tow company be reached out to could not reach us until the following day, even after learning the severity of our situation. And the price? It was downright disgusting! Plus, we were told that we wouldn't be bothered with at all that day...we tried again though, and this time we were blessed enough to get a very helpful and patient dispatcher from this company, who understood the dangers of us being stuck out under that blazing 115°F sun. We were quoted half the price of the first place and we got amazing help in less than an hour - with cold water and two helpful, down to earth, just totally awesome and knowledgeable guys. They got us unstuck within minutes, and even cared enough to guide us back to a safe route of exit before sending us on our way. We are so thankful to all of the team that helped us that day! We will not travel without water again and we will better check the settings of guidance system much sooner if things start to look funny. Its too bad there aren't more companies out there that exist just like this...real, honest, caring people, providing a respectful service, and for a fair price in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks again for the help! Hopefully we won't be requesting their services any time soon, but we will only use and recommend them.
My wife and me will be always greatful for mark and his team at parker towing. We got stuck in the middle of nowhere on some dirt roads without water or anything to drink with the temperature at 106. I called the horrible tow company "toe towing" after telling them our situation it was gonna be $1000 and they couldn't get there for 17 hours, so the next day. We were already in bad shape so luckily I called parker towing and mark got there in less an a hour with cold water. He truly cared about us and even better HIS PRICE WAS HALF of the other place. So if you want good fast caring service that's half the price. Than use parker towing I know I wouldn't use anybody else... so thank you mark you literary are a life saver. 5 big stars.
I broke down for my company I world for Cintas. The gentlemen that picked me up Josh was extremely nice and even gave me a ride to the hotel so I csn stay warm. I highly recommend the service!
Josh at Parker Towing was just great !!! Our rescue was delayed because of an accident we could see from where we were broke down. No fault of Parker Towing. He did a fantastic job and was thoughtful and caring. Thanks Josh !!

Unfortunately I was in need of a tow truck the other night. I called Parker Towing and was fortunate enough to have Josh come out and save the day. He was meticulous, calculating, and had the experience to safely get my high centered trailer out of an intersection. Luckily he was only 10 minutes away and quickly got my trailer moved out of the way. I appreciated his help and would recommend Parker for your towing needs.
AWESOME SERVICE!! Michelle was SOOO helpful! She found a repair place for our 5th wheel in a much closer city that saved us $2500.00!! She did ALL. the work and phone calls and called us back to update us…. She answered the phone at midnight and called the towing company. To update us!! Great service. CALL THEM IF YOU NEED HELP.
Steven the big big wrecker is the most amazing tow man I've ever seen. I watched him in flip flops take over a scene that had been worked on for almost 3 hours and had it cleaned up in less than an hour. He came in took control and had us back on the road in no time. I was just one of the people stuck in traffic. He was so amazing I actually stopped and got his name. Give him a raise..
Buckle in y’all. I was sent to a remote location for a site visit and unfortunately ended up getting stuck in the sand. After attempting to get the car out myself it became hopeless when all four wheels of my car were no longer touching the ground and my car was balanced on a berm. I got out of the car to try and add some rocks under the tires AND THE DOORS LOCKED BEHIND ME!! After my supervisor contacted Parker Towing I knew I was going to be okay but I also knew I was locked out of my car with no water and no protection should it get dark before they could find me, so I was extremely nervous. After search and rescue (as well as some helpful locals) began helping the driver find me, I started to lose power on my Apple Watch, which was my only form of contact with civilization as my phone was locked in the car. As the sun started setting, THE DRIVER FROM PARKER TOWING FOUND ME and quickly pulled me out. After an emotional greeting on my part, he gave me some water he brought for me and even lead me out of the area I was in so I wouldn’t get stuck again. I cannot say enough about how amazing my experience was with this company. Not only did they find me in the middle of about a million different ATV trails, they brought water for me and were genuinely concerned with my well being as I had been in the sun next to the car for roughly 6 hours. Definitely recommend them to anyone that needs help but most importantly to any out of towners that need help. I was met with so much love and assistance that I desperately needed. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!
I had a wonderul experience with Parker Towing this morning. I forgot the names of the two males who fixed out problem, but I think one of them was named Willie. My car was stuck in a very awkward position and no one could help move it until Parking Towing showed up ! Not only were they there earlier than the said they would be, but got to work right away. Both men made a great team and were able to help my car out with only minimal damage. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the parker area. I personally am very grateful for these men’s service and the great job they did. Thank you again !
Truck broke down on the way to Havasu with friends. Dean was an absolute pleasure to have a truck driver!! Thank you so much for everything and it was absolutely awesome day learning about all the history of Arizona and everything else for that matter. Dean is a Rockstar and maybe one day we will have the honor to meet him again. Thanks again Dean!!

I know that my diesel pusher motor home was very expensive to buy, fix, and so naturally the tow bill is also going to be up there. I was expecting it. However, what made my experience worth every dollar was how they took care of my beautiful party wagon. They were down to earth and knew where I was even when I didn't. Great job boys!
Mark is fantastic. I remember locking myself out of my car at a gas station in Parker one time. Mark showed up in like 7 minutes, popped my car open in a few seconds and didn’t charge me a dime for it...
I also remember when my mom passed away from a single car rollover accident on Rice Road, Parker Towing’s driver stayed at the crash site until he had combed through the desert area picking up all of my moms items that were scattered so we would have all of her things. Mark and his drivers are a rare breed. My family and I use Parker Towing for ALL our Towing needs.
