I had to have my old jeep not only towed to Auto Works, to find out bad news that I can't fix my car, but Daniel, was tow Master, he was Extremely Fast, Professional, and concerned I was ok, it was very stressful, losing my car, was scary, but Camel Towing Also took care of taking the jeep to junk yard. Daniel made me feel safe, was Extremely caring and patient. My jeep was a mess from traveling and the entire situation was embarrassing. Horrible day, but I have say, Daniel made the hard part go away fast , quick and I will trust them again, and have to say, manners and respectful business, is hard to find. These towing people see many horrible things, so, I just lost my car, so many are towed for worse, I have many things to be thankful for, and Daniel and Camel Towing are Exceptional, and made the horrible day, much easier to get thru. Travis and Camel Toe Service have truly restored my faith in towing companies! After a disastrous encounter with another local tow truck (A Tire a Truck) I was hesitant, but Travis and his team exceeded all expectations. Not only were they significantly more affordable than the previous company, but they didn't tack on extra fees for using a credit card – a refreshing change (the aforementioned company charged 5%!). Within just 20 minutes, they were at my car, ready to assist. Even when the initial service station couldn't accommodate my vehicle, they seamlessly arranged transportation to another location for a reasonable fee, showing genuine care and integrity. Travis and Camel Toe Service have my utmost gratitude and highest recommendation.

We couldn't get a tow though our insurance company - they wanted me to leave my car unattended for 2 days. So I took matters in my own hands and called you guys. The guy asked if a motorhome could be driven to the location I told him yes. When he arrived he walked to where I was broken down and said he couldn't get to me, even tho he had 4 wheel drive. The dispatch guy called and said, my drivers been trying to get to you for 20 minutes but can't make it. You should go tip him. I didn't agree his effort was worth a tip - I called a friend who drive his flat bed with a winch on it and they had me out in 10 minutes. Bummer y'all couldn't help.

I called my roadside insurance for lock out service. They originally assigned Dawn’s Auto Repair to help me. I waited over 2 hours in the hot 105° heat before calling the insurance. They got ahold of Dawn’s who told them they wouldn’t be able to make it out !!! What??? After 2 hours and almost getting heat stroke. So my insurance said they’d find someone else and have them call me directly. So about 5 minutes later I got a call from Canel towing. They asked where I was and got my phone info just in case. Within 10 minutes probably not even that long, Matt was there to help me. He was very professional and about 3 minutes later my door was unlocked and I was good to go. Thank you Matt and Camel Towing, if you ask me they are hero’s!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ? They truly are the Best towing service in Lake Havasu City!

I had a company truck break down just 50 feet off the asphalt and the company I usually work with for my vehicles wouldn't help me because it was off the asphalt! Camel Towing was helpful, professional and responsive. I won't hesitate to call them again in the futrue!

The transmission on my sandrail broke down and I couldn't drive it home. James at Autoworks recommended Camel Towing, but I was going through my insurance. After over an hour of phone calls with the insurance, they couldn't find anyone short of Needles to come to my rescue. I told them, forget it, I'll find someone myself and called Camel. Matt was there within a few minutes, cheerfully towed the rail and put it right in my garage (until I can get it worked on), then cleaned up the small oil spots his equipment left on my driveway. I now have Camel Towing as a contact in my phone...much more pleasant to deal with them directly and get reimbursed, than to deal with the insurance folks. Thanks, Matt, and Camel Towing!

Awesome place...got stuck...needed help...Travis went out of the way for me even though I eventually freed myself. Can't say enough how honest and fair they are. Hope I don't get stuck again...but if I do...I would call them without hesitation.

We wear traveling from California to New Mexico while on interstate had a flat tire. We pulled in to local service to call for assistance. Before I dialed number for AAA Camel Towing truck pulled up and changed our tire on our RV. Never had such efficient service. Thank you so much for your help.

Colin with Camel Towing was awesome! We were traveling across country as I am a recent Navy Veteran and we were moving from California to Virginia with our truck towing a trailer with our car on it and loaded down with all our personal belongings and had pets with us when our trucks transmission decided to give out. We called camel towing and they came and towed my truck, helped me unload our car from the trailer and towed our trailer for us too. We then had no idea where to keep the trailer because the truck was broke and going to the dealership to be fixed and the car can’t tow it and Colin talked to someone (his boss I’m assuming) and they held the trailer for us in their tow yard at no cost so it was safe and secure. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart, you guys are great people and deserve more than just a 5 star review!

Travis and Colin were the best. Colin picked me up and we drove 135 miles to Ludlow to load my car that had lost a fuel pump. We brought back to my place and he parked it expertly where I could work in it. Their price was 40% less that the other local co. Five hour round trip ride. I highly recommend Camel Towing.

Last week a friend and I were out fishing. We went to a cove that we've hone to many times over the years. No more. He went to turn around and the shale/sand grabbed the rear end and pulled it into the lake and over a dropoff. Called Camel Towing and they were over to get us out. Took two trucks with winches to get out of lake. Surprisingly started the next day and drove home. Made a lot of noise due to the sediment in the brake drums. Drying out now.

Great towing company. Had to have my dads conversion Van hauled to local shop here in Lake Havasu. Quick, courteous, n very professional. Took time to load n ensure all was safe. Daniel was polite, professional and caring. Great business. If need be, we will use them again.

I used Camel Towing because my battery was dead and i needed a jump start. Travis showed up even faster then expected and was so friendly and professional! I contacted camel towing a day in advance letting them know I would need a tow to a shop this morning-was informed that I would be first on the list as requested to be on time for my shop appointment. When I called in the morning around 7:45 to confirm before leaving for work, he said that they would be there in about 30-45 minutes (one guy in front of me now somehow). An hour later still nothing, we called the company back to be told again that they would be there in 30-45 after the current job had been handled. Another hour later they finally show up (after a third phone call and heated words). Colin, who is the guy they sent out, upon arrival was very disrespectful, rude, and had HORRIBLE customer service as he informed my pregnant fiancé that he was in a rush to get to a dentist appointment and continued to load my vehicle quickly and carelessly telling her that he was likely going to cause MORE DAMAGE to my truck in the loading process. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had I would not recommend you or anyone you know use Camel towing! We understand needing to take care of your kids (it is important), however it’s not our fault you’re off schedule...

Thank you guys so very much! Paying you $120 in this situation hardly seems fair. Not your ordinary tow... My expedition was sitting on three wheels, teetering on the side of a cliff after a wrong turn in donkey acres... These guys showed up in about 20 minutes and saved my ass. Their ETA was 5 times quicker and fee was 3 times less than the tow company I called first. No joke! Thanks quality towing for leaving me no option but to call Camel towing. My truck would've been at the bottom of that hole if I'd waited two hours for you to come!

Colin was very courteous and professional. The tow was perfect, exactly as described by my car maker. Not only was the service outstanding but the price was $36 less than every other tow company I called, two others both highly rated on Google.
