48 hours later and when they called to confirm the appointment they told me they were running an hour and a half late. When I wanted to confirm the address, some guy got on the phone and started yelling at me about the address. I tried to be nice and he continued to yell and mock me. If I can give this place negative stars I would. Don't waste your time...

I called early just morning and spoke with a great lady on selling my Pt cruiser ask a few questions about selling. She gave me my answers on what I expected on the outcome for selling the car. What I like about her was the time she told me when the come or arrive. Only thing was it took long on the tow driver but she came out of the kindness of her heart to look at car and explain things to me. Help me get it junked and help me with the az DMV information to selling my car. I really appreciate her business. I will stay in contact with the. Because the work around on weekends and weekdays.
I submitted an online inquiry and got a call, probably about an hour or so after. Spoke to Cassie and scheduled a time for them to come out and look at the car, but she did advise they wouldn't be picking it up same day (because it was like 630p). They came out and looked. I was set on the price I wanted and they accommodated, after some back and forth.
The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of communication. We scheduled to have the vehicle picked up next day. They never came at the scheduled time and NO call to advise of the delay. I called and left a VM. She called back (apologized fornthe delay) and asked if they can come the next day. They came picked up the vehicle. Got the amount I asked for. They just have to do better on communicating delays or changes.
They were very nice and efficient! They gave a fair price. I will definitely be recommending them! And if ever I need to sell in the future I will use them again.

I attempted to have this company buy my old car. Scheduled a time window for them to come pick it up. They called and confirmed my appointment an hour prior to start time. I confirmed. My boyfriend took time off work to be here to meet them. They never showed up or called. I called at appointment end time to determine the status. The rep told me they are behind and asked if they can come later today. I explained that does not work for our schedule and asked what the point of appointment is and confirming appointment if they don't meet requirements. Her response is they don't deal with negativity and they are canceling my appointment. Do not recommend.
My story is a long story but I will try to make it short. A pothole on i-17 knocked a hole in my rear end. AAA towing took me to AAA repair shop which gave me a price that was unreal and they knew it was my only vehicle. Instead of being compassionate about my problem they just tried to sock it to me. I thought at this point I was going to have to just scrap my Tahoe so I called around for people to scrap it. This is where I met these wonderful people that owns this shop. Cassie the lady who we talk to was so compassionate about our problem. She talked to her main partner in the business. They fixed my Tahoe cleaned it up fixed a lot of little extra stuff on it that was broke. They charged us a fourth of what the other company wanted to charge.. This was a small garage that cared about.people. if you want to buy a vehicle you need to go to these people. If you want your car fixed and repaired you need to go to these people. You will be 110% satisfied. Five stars alsoever who worked on my car did a wonderful job everything was so clean and ran perfect. Thanks again to all those who were involved.

I tried other places first. The others had offered me slightly more but where always more or less not telling me when they would get there to pick it up. My service with them was superb. when they realized I didn't understand Spanish they gave me to someone that spoke English better and had 0 problems understanding. They told me a rough time frame when they would be here Between 1-2pm and called saying they where 20 min out at 1230. They where very helpful through the entire process and told me the exact reason they would offer what they did. 10/10 would use again.
