  Selling junk engines that are bad and won’t offer to help in anyway. Shady. Stay away. They listed as A quality 92,000 mile engine. $780 down the tube plus $3000 to install their product. Avoid. Auto shop verified that the engine was just installed. And verified that it was bad. Orozco will not own up to their product. Auto shop even took video of engine just installed.

  I never do reviews but after todays experience, don’t want someone else to have a similar situation. Saw an ad on Facebook for a parting out vehicle. I needed a large section of body cut off to replaced my damaged part. Saw pictures of it before they cut it, and when I got there, it was damaged from the forklift forks, and had a huge dent in it with paint ran across it which wasn’t there in other pictures, and the light I was buying as well was smashed and broken with same paint on it. The part was Actually in worse condition than the one I needed replaced. They agreed that it must have happened after they pulled the part but wouldn’t refund my money because they cut it off for me.. Seriously? I had no problem with the item before they damaged it. Offered to give me a $100 credit with them or I can have it for $150. I didn’t want to leave empty handed with $100 down the drain so I took it for $150 and brought it to the body shop hoping it would work, and well, they said it’s useless and mine would be easier to fix. Go there and take pics of what you want before they take it off and damage it and still keep your money. Don’t pay before you see it and it’s in your vehicle if possible.

  Horrible customer services, I called in today to get some prices on a vehicle I wanted to buy parts for. I had someone answer the phone placed me on hold(which was okay) picked up the phone and had me waiting longer running around talking/laughing with others after asking me questions. I also got laughed at for making an offer upon their request, on a part I wanted. I don’t recommend after this phone call

  Extremely fast service. Spoke to them on the phone by the time I got to the yard the parts were already pulled from the vehicle and ready for me to pick up. After arriving at the yard I decided I needed more parts and they were able to remove them with in what seemed minutes. Will definitely shop there again highly recommend.
