I recently took my Toyota Tacoma to Reeves Auto for repair work on the lower control arm bushings, which were under warranty, so they contacted the warranty company and dealt with them to get them replaced. They also replaced my brakes while it was there. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience!
From the moment I dropped off my truck, AJ and his team at Reeves Auto were professional, courteous, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. They were efficient with their work and kept me updated throughout the process. They even found something wrong with my rear differential and fixed that for me too. The warranty work was handled without any issues, and they took care of the brake replacement as well, all at a very reasonable price.
I’ve had other experiences with auto repair shops, but the level of customer service here really stands out, not to mention their HONESTY. My Tacoma runs great now, and I feel confident in the quality of the work that was done. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future repairs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, reliable service.

Well what a blessing I found in this company.
I was in an accident with liability insurance a few weeks ago. A man slammed on his breaks I attempted to miss him and his huge truck scraped all of my right side off! First time being in an accident! My insurance company “total loss” my car! I can’t afford a new car. I found Reeves! The quote given out beat everyone. I was shown the part prices explained labor.
I had my insurance company not nice threatening to towe my car. The owner assured me no one was taking my car! The crazy part is this company explained to me more of what to do what was happening then my insurance company! Fully not his job!
Everything was amazing! The only positive thing out of this whole accident was the customer service from this company! I would say best in Phoenix! Honestly I live in florence so I have to say best from florence to Phoenix! I called so many places.

Contacted them through Facebook marketplace and they responded right away which is rare now a days with people, and when I got there to pick up the engine they pulled they cleaned it up for me which I wasn’t expecting and for a good price. Definitely would recommend them and go back to them soon

It was exactly as reviewed good customer service great attitude and they don't rush you to get out. Prices are good not out to stiff the ppl. I actually had to go back about another part and trusted me to show up minutes after closing. Thanks guys for doing what you do. Special thanks to Aj the master mechanic for getting me part for 2011 Ford focus( rear view mirror,passenger panels), and Mr. Geovanny for my 2003 Dodge Durango (shift lever selenoid). They are good people and will recommend to anyone for parts.
I needed parts for a crashed BMW, and Reeves Auto Wrecking happened to have one on their lot that was the same color and the same year, so I came out to see the car they had. I worked with AJ, who was wonderful, honest, friendly, and very professional. He showed me the car on their lot, the parts I needed looked like they were mostly in good condition, and he even asked if I needed anything else, and it turned out that I wanted to get some suspension and steering parts off of his BMW as well, just to make sure I had all the parts I needed to rebuild mine back home. Working with AJ on price was great. He made sure that I was paying market-rate for the parts I bought, not a penny more or a penny less! That way, we can both feel good about the transaction being fair as well as mutually-beneficial. Their team removed the parts off the car the following day, and I came by a day after that to pick them up. AJ allowed me to inspect the parts before I made final payment, and there was actually a new scratch or two that had showed up when the parts were removed because they were stored improperly, but AJ did the right thing and had a conversation with the guy who removed parts and asked him to be more careful with painted parts (doors, fenders, etc) to make sure that their painted side doesn't get scratched up. This shows that AJ really cares about his customers today as well as future customers, as he wants them to get their parts in the best condition, without unnecessary scratches. The team at Reeves Auto Wrecking are doing everything possible to provide good service to their customers, and it shows. I'm very happy with my purchase, and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with AJ and/or Reeves Auto Wrecking in the future.
AJ is cool, relaxed and reasonable. He really priced the parts well. I know I got a good deal on my Lexus parts. Everyone is nice and friendly. I go to a lot of junkyards for parts for my trucks, etc. The folks at Reeves are very easy to work with. They know what years of vehicles have compatible parts. They know what they have on hand and what they don't. The prices are in line with other junkyards. The communication is excellent. They text you photos of what they have so you can ensure you are not wasting your time driving out there just to find out it's the wrong part. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do, I look forward to working with them.
I called from Tucson to reserve a very difficult specialty part; very hard to find around the country. They removed the part from stock to save for me, didn’t even require advance payment. I barely made it in right before closing time. But the professionals at Reeves were so nice and helpful, not resentful even with me arriving the last day of their week right before closing time. I found them honest, dependable, professional - just a pleasure to do business with. Great service great price. Even though they’re out of town they are my first go to provider now!
These guys are amazing! Worked with my budget to replace the engine out of my FJ Cruiser, purchased and had them install the engine. Everything runs and works good as new, did a great job with the repairs. Totally recommend them for any of your car parts and using them as a mechanic.
Mike was so helpful and really took care of me. This was my first time buying a car and he made the process so open and honest that I felt very secure going forward with the transaction. He was very responsive to all my concerns and had anything I needed fixed, fixed. Very friendly and accomodating! I called to inquire about a part just a few minutes prior to closing. They answered all my questions efficiently and went above and beyond as to sent photos of the part to ensure satisfaction. Arranging a pickup was also smooth as they're very easy to work with and were kind enough to hold the part without any method of payment. When I arrived the following day, I was greeted without even having to introduce myself! They were well organized and remembered their customer interactions.

I contacted Reeves Auto after seeing an ad on craigslist for a car they were parting out. They were quick to respond to me and had no problem with communicating through text messages. I requested pictures of a part I was looking for and they sent good photos allowing me to see the condition of the item. We agreed on a price and I came by the next day to purchase the item. The guys were all extremely friendly and I was offered the option to look at the part in person before being asked to pay. The guys were quick to remove the item from the car and even loaded it into my vehicle for me. I appreciate the help and service I received from Reeves Auto!
