Called to get a quote on selling my car and to ask a few questions about what documents they would need to see and towing. The guy who answered the phone was rude, and seemed bothered with my call, like I was wasting his time. Not a fan.
They sent a tow truck n the dude did not speak english. Complete waste of time. And then the no english speaking tow truck driver drove off after taking a pic of my title n wanting a picture of my id. Very unprofessional! And then the dude at the desk puts me on hold LOL! Fraudulent actions!
They were OK to deal with on the phone, however the driver they sent our spoke mostly Spanish he couldn't really understand what was being told to him. I was working on the owes behalf contacting companies that would give us the best price for a new 95 Mercury Sable. My advice is if you don't speak Spanish be careful of using this company
Buyer beware. I didn't have much of a porlame except that they had lied to me. They said the part I revived was from a 2006 veichle with 65k miles. On the receipt it states the veichle is in fact 1999. I can only assume the mileage was high too. They made statements saying I got a good deal when actually I got the short end of the stick.
While they didn't have the part I needed (an engine computer) they offered a lot of advice and assistance in finding one. Even printing out 6 pages of listings of dealers nationwide that reported having the part. 10/10 will return if I need more parts.
