I needed my car towed to my mechanic on a hot afternoon last week, and Barnett's really helped me out! The dispatcher was patient and helpful, and Taz couldn't have been more qualified to tend to my car. I was Taz' last pickup of the day, and he took care with my car and dropped it off at the mechanic just before the place closed. I was so relieved. Taz is a smart (and funny) guy with lots of energy, and I was so thankful for his help!
Well I do see some good reviews here and I'm not here to validate those. I dont know how good they are in person, or with their work. My experience with them is seeing their drivers on the road and this morning was definitely the instance that brought me here. I was traveling from Wickenburg to PHX on I60 when a Barnett truck towing another truck was in the left turn lane to get on I74. The driver must have misjudged the left turn and decided to turn out onto highway 60 taking all lanes(2) with about 12 other vehicles heading straight at them including myself and 2 semi trucks. I was forced onto the shoulder, semis were forced to slam on their brakes because the driver for Barnett's decided his trip was more important than anyone else's. I'm an active commercial licensed driver, I've hauled heavy equipment, military equipment, and drove box trailers. I called this morning to notify Barnett's of the issue and the woman on the phone said the boss was driving, when she got sick of me complaining about the driver and his lack of courtesy she told me she would notify the supervisor. The boss has a supervisor? Lol Anyways, thank you Barnett's for the scare this morning. Everyone is tough behind the wheel of a big truck. Commercial drivers are federal, professional drivers, or at least they're supposed to be. If your tractor trailer combo is stuck on the side of the road options are limited so go ahead and call them, if you see them driving while you're in your car...stay clear! They might run you off the road and flip you off for wondering what they are doing
On Saturday April 12th my Freightliner broke down on I-17 North, while dragging a 53 foot trailer loaded with 43k lbs of freight. My company contacted Barnett's for my tow back into Phoenix to my company shop.
Ernesto showed up within the time we were told for arrival.
From minute one Ernesto was professional and safety conscious. Although everything that could go wrong for him, did go wrong but he stayed professional the entire time.
He got my truck and trailer back to my yard, dropped my trailer where I asked him to, took the truck to the shop area, and made sure the he didn't get any oil, that was absolutely covering the outside of the truck, inside my truck.
Ernesto was the best tow truck driver I've had to work with!!

Curtis was awesome. He went well above the typical job duties. One of my guys broke down while still loaded and wasn't too far from his drop location, so the driver towed the truck and swung by allowing my guy to drop the load. Awesome service from Curtis and much appreciated from the team at Alpha Transport.
Curtis, driver of #52 did an amazing job of start to finish with the recovery, breakdown of my redi mix truck tow . His professional appearance, attitude, attention to detail as he made the necessary moves to install everything with a quickness and efficiency top tier. I highly recommend this company for heavy truck recovery and breakdowns.
Sadly I've had to use towing many times in the past. This is the first that I've been completely satisfied with the level of professionalism and efficiency. Job more than well done. Truck #50 ROCKS!!!!

Barnett towing took on a job that no other tow company would. My car was stuck in a ditch between a wall and a 3 foot embankment. They came and got it out with ease. Their planning and experience made this process easy. Anthony was very professional and communicated well with us. I'm glad you guys showed up. After 6 1/2 hours of waiting on hwy 8 i was happy to see Mike. Apparently my office messed up an said we had an account(witch we didn't). I’m doing this review about a week and a half after I used barber and I still remember Tyler’s name. He showed up when he said he was, he was able to put my 5 series in neutral (not easy) and hook it up by himself. This guy was a professional in every aspect, I will do business with Barnett,s towing again, they gave me a their best service and a fair price. Tyler the driver made room for my family and I and drove us 140 miles with no complaints and we had a blast.
Fast and friendly service! Shawn was my tow truck driver and he did an amazing job of maneuvering into the tight spot where my car was located. I've never been more impressed with someone's driving. I highly recommend them for all your towing needs!
We unfortunately had to have our vehicle towed in the wee hours of the morning. I was able to speak with a young lady who was kind, professional and knowledgeable. At one point our call was disconnected and she was quick to answer my call back to let me know she was in the middle of dialing my number. The gentleman who showed up to tow our vehicle was also professional and seemed happy to be there helping us. Extremely quick load up and just as wonderful at our final destination. 10/10 recommend these folks.

The driver was super professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Plus he was an amazing driver, and also courteous in letting me hang out in his truck while he hooked up to my truck.
Amazing driver, good conversation, knew his stuff and wasn’t hesitant to lend a helping hand once we got to our destination. Would highly recommend them and will use them next time the need arises. I think my drivers name was mark, super nice guy, kudos to him!
Barnett’s service was incredible and their price was more than reasonable compared to other towing services I spoke with. Ryan showed up and loaded up my RV and towed it from Douglas to Tucson. He was awesome, professional, and made a very bad situation a little bit better. He took very good care of me and my little dog and got us to Tucson safely and expeditiously. Hands down This is the best towing company in Phoenix area. My truck broke down at the dock while delivering a reefer load and Barnett's were quick to come and pick the rig up. Driver called me and reported that he was not able to remove the hub from my truck and that will not allow him to tow the truck with trailer. Barnett's sent the second truck to pickup my trailer for the price on one truck. This is the first I have seen from a Towing company. Usually towing companies prey on these situations but this company has high integrity. I will recommend them to any one who is in need. Just call them. Michael and Gary and the Driver helped me on this.

Both Joe and Michael are Just two of the Best in the Company by my opinion both times have been a pleasant experience both Go beyond what they have to do to make sure you are taken care of! Barnett's is the First I will call every time!
Great service. Very knowledgeable driver. He made sure to be extra careful not to damage or even scratch my truck. Definitely my first call the next time I need to be towed.
