This place is awful. Hard to get anyone to talk to, entrance is unclear. Staff don't even help very well in any sort unless you have everything handled for them.
These people don't even deserve a 1 star. They towed my car without my knowledge. Then they charged me $425 to reclaim my car after then having it for less than 8 hours. Then I went to pick up my car and noticed that they had tore up my convertible top to gain access to my door. Not sure what the hell they broke inside my car for other than to see what they can steal. They did take a center cap to my rim though. And looked like they tried to get inside my trunk as well. These guys are crooks. And the lady who answers the phone is something else. Don't trust this place or the employees. And if your car gets towed there, good luck. But $425 is what is expected for u to pay to get your car back for them having it just couple hours.
One of our vehicles was in a parking garage and wouldn't start. The driver, Gavino, pushed it out of the garage to load it on his flat bed, so we didn’t have to wait for a different type of tow truck. Then at drop off, he perfectly unloaded it into a very tight spot, that we requested. His professionalism and service were top notch. Thank you.
This company towed my car from a place of worship with no tow signs, then falsely claimed I was parked in a different lot entirely.
When I went to retrieve my car, they refused to accept card payment, even though their own sign says “Credit, Cash, Company Check.” I was told it’s cash only, which is illegal under Arizona law (A.R.S. §9-499.05).
After speaking with Tempe Police, I was told this business has a pattern of claiming their card machine is “down.” Sounds like a deliberate attempt to avoid leaving a paper trail and keep everything in cash.
When I questioned it, the staff shut the window on me.
Dishonest, shady, and clearly operating outside legal boundaries.
I have photos, recordings, and receipts. Avoid this company and make sure to report them when they steal your car too.
I have dealt with many tow companies and a few tow yards and most are a bad experience with grumpy sometimes angry people but first class is a different experience they were all very nice and polite and helped expediate getting our company van out of the tow yard and towed to our yard I would definitely recommend them for tow services.
