I rather leave no stars either the lady at the window or the guy at the small scale shorted me. Ik because I’ve taken the bigger ac units and gotten from 140 the least to 175. Tbh, I think the lady and the guy work as team. I seen her one time brand him Starbucks coffee and a pastry or something in Starbucks bag. Oh, and don’t ask for a receipt. Or do and see what happens lol. 11/18/25 because I can’t rate this place again. Anyways, the new guy miguel must have been mad. Because I’ve never had a problem with him on the small scale till today. He mixed all my dirty brass with my clean brass. And he did the same with my copper. And I heard him tell the other guy about some big rims that had just came in. That to not wheel them to the back. Because he was gonna take them.
They are quick with getting you in and out the lines. They guys explained how they separate the different metals. I had some copper soldered to some brass. They let me cut the pieces to get copper instead of brass price. Glad the guys were honest, and explained for future trips how they operate.
Fast, quick, expedient are just some of the words to use to describe the scrap yard. If you don't feel like waiting around for hours or however long it takes for those other guys then check out this place. They are polite, and did I mention quick?
Was there at 1:26pm on a sunday. It was closed. Homeless person told me the scrap yard across the street would take aluminum cans. Went there and they said they dont take cans. 10 minutes later i gave up and just gave the 5 pounds of cans to the homeless person. Would not recommend coming to this place as the homeless person said this is a sketchy part of town (i was driving a tesla model 3 Performance at the time) and it took me 40 minutes to get there. To the owner, I recommend changing your google times to the correct opening and closing times.
Yes, place is a scam. Their weights are completely off. I weighed my load two times before I came wait 14 pounds of pure copper grade 1. I get here in their machine. All of a sudden only weighs 8 pounds. It’s a scam 100%. I will be file a complaint with the City this is bogos. Don’t bring your copper aluminum more goods here
Saved 110 pounds of aluminum from the landfill. Thank you Carlos , the small scale supervisor, for helping us do our part to make the world a better place. We can't give more than 5 stars even though you deserve 10. We will bring Michelob next time.

We were Blessed to receive a donation of cans and on the way home saw that this place was open late. Glad I decided to cash in my aluminum cans here, they treated me like Family and even ended up giving me a little bit more than I expected!

Mr. Ryan, one of the owners (he's married so the wife is the real boss as any married man knows) who is one of the nicest, most straightforward and forthright men I have ever met in my seventy-one years, and I have met many a man. (He also has 6 kids, six, to feed and clothe and house and care for; so in addition to his Fair Pricing and Honest Scale Weighs, going forward I will do my business with none other than Fast Cash Recycling).

Drove up not knowing what to expect but was greeted by a guy named Frank, who is super helpful, I took in a load of aluminum cans that weigh 103 pounds and at $.80 a pound, she gave me $83.00 bucks, this is my new spot and recommend you give them a try .
They are awesome! Was able to turn recycle some extra material from a job a did and get paid quickly and easily. Staff was super respectful and very helpful. Definitely would recommend and will be using them from now on.
When the small scale closes at 515 and arrival with a load of only aluminum arrived at 501 and get turned away.. bad business.
Otherwise I’ve used this yard multiple times in the recent past and never had an issue.
I’m posting this as of 509 pm same day. It’s not close to my house so honestly that really is unprofessional to randomly close 15 minutes early.
Absolutely worth my drive. Great price for cans! Excellent help from the staff, and great attitudes! Wouldn't recommend anywhere else. FAST CASH IS THE PLACE!!!

Always a pleasure . Pleasent employees always make me feel welcome. Not the highest paying yard in town or the closest but the best by far hands down . Can't beat fast cash . When it comes to customer service with a smile this is the place to go

Man them boys down there are cool as hell and they pay the most it's the only place I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off at I recommend them highly, right now it's 130 bucks a ton and everywhere else is 70 to 80, so whatever you do do not go to I buy scrap and whatever you do do not and I repeat do not go to snowman unless you want to get burned with a capital B!!! Keep up the good work fellas the valley needs more businesses like yours.
I love the customer service I get from Fast Cash. In fact, I have never compared their pricing with others because it really would not make a difference in my choice of scrap yard. They are so patient with my ignorance and have never taken advantage of my inexperience. Christian at the small scale even schools me on how to tell what type of metal I have when i go in. One time i had a large weight of "aluminum" and he was quick to tell me i had a big amount of stainless steel mixed in and would get more money if i took it out of the aluminum pile. It left me feeling like they really care about the fact that we work really hard. Scrapping metal is no joke. It's a hard, dirty, tiring job, and these guys respect that and have never treated me like I'm beneath them like other scrap yards have.
These guys are great. They get you in and out quickly, even when they are really busy and always pay you good prices. Their customer service is outstanding. The only improvement I would recommend is maybe giving a receipt with a breakdown of how much each item or type of scrap (# of lbs.) you turned in and how much ($) they paid you for each one.
I would give 0 stars if it were for the cashiers only today 10-1-22! I’ve been going to fast cash for years and I’ve never had a complaint until today. They cashiers will rob you of money. The prices they give you are whatever they feel like that day obviously. I knew something was off when I asked for a receipt and the girl said your paper is mixed in with the rest, I don’t know which one odd yours. I said I have a picture, she looked at the picture, asked how much the other girl gave me, I told her, she looked confused and stunned. The receipt said $58.52, I had $54! I looked up process of different scrap yards and wow, I have to say, I probably won’t be going back there. I really like everyone else there, usually the girl at counter is absolutely wonderful, but she was not working today. The 2 that are there today, beware and always ask for a receipt. I’m absolutely appalled with how they treated me today; and to think, I was honest with them about stuff in a file cabinet and took it back with me. I’m just not in the game of screwing people over. Seems like that’s how the world is today and I better learn fast or I won’t survive. Geez
I went last week to scrap several different metals. Being my first time there I wasn't sure what to do as it was very busy and getting in and out requires good driving skills and courtesy. Everyone was very helpful even the other scrapers. The prices were very comparable to other places I have been. I'm going back today and the website says less busy than normal. Great place for the best prices and the employees seem to really enjoy what they are doing. Gotta go before it gets busy.
Fast Cash is just that fast. Just make sure your metals are nor mixed. Don't have brass connections or faucets on copper pipe. You will #2 copper with brass not #1 clean copper. Also, strip all your wires if you want the best prices. They are accurate and honest. Definitely recommend!
Wow they have 5 Star customer service! I came with a load full of pipes, water heater, wire, left with $60. All staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The owner was there working outside, introduced himself to me and his wife inside at the register. They offered hand sanitizer and chilled airhead candies as I checked out, how very nice! Completely exceeded what I was expecting from a visit to the scrap metal yard, very cool
Everyone who works here are always polite. They truly care about their customers. Nice wholesome owners. The ambiance and overall vibe here is outstanding. Clean as well. This place is worth the drive to go to if you are contemplating it because of distance for you. They more than set the bar for how more people should treat their customers and run their business. They take pride in what they do and appreciate the customers they have and it shows.
First time here and honestly, it was so much better compared to all of the other places we’ve been to. The owner greeted us and was very helpful. Their business name describes their business: quick and you get cash within 5 minutes. We will definitely be back.
