Rude women up front. Every time I come here they’re on the phone, talking to each other while ignoring customers, rude and have a nasty attitude. Their yard is always a mess, sharp objects on the floor, dirt everywhere and it stinks.
The lady who picks up the phone is very much out of the loop and does not know what is going on. I was given false information and drove 30min to despose of my haul only to be very disappointed. Will not be returning here . I would recommend anyone with scrap ACs to go elsewhere.
ATTENTION Truck drivers don't come here. This place is a BIO-HAZARD due to STINKY dirt everywhere. It is unpaved inside and full of GROSS SMELLING mud that will cling onto your truck. You will have to get your truck washed and even then stinky smell stays on your truck.
The only place to go if you want the best and always fair price for your hard work. Always kind and knowledgeable. In fact I drive past 20 scrap buyers and 50 miles to take my copper and aluminum to SA. It's worth the gas in my opinion for sure. Thx
First time here. Dropped off junk car..process Was fast and easy and people were friendly and curtious . Guided me thru process and made everything go smooth . Will definitely be back.

Came here for pickup at 2:40 and they were closing at 0300. But shipper Caeser and sergio loaded the trailer and help us to leave earlier. Very kind shipper as they even offer cold water to us in that hot temperature.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would this place is horrible they don't know what they're doing you could be in line for almost 2 hours and still not get to the front to dump.
This place is shady, they didn't pay me my money for working for them, i showed up on time everyday, clocked in at 3 am until 3 pm

He told me he gots my time down
And not to worry as i show up on time and it will be counted for, found out today that

I want to do business with this company but I see a lot of negative Postings on here I don’t know if that’s good or bad but management needs to look into this to see what’s going on with the company. Got a remember your employees can make you or break you SA recycling Take care of your customers if you don’t somebody else will management look into your postings ASAP....
Horrible customer service took me 3 days of going back every day and giving them an overabundance of my companies information to get my recycling ticket cashed. Absolutely ridiculous. The ladies at the front desk are on their phones and spaced out worth no help at all. Don't even notify you that the brinks truck is picking up when you call ahead and you still can't get your cash until they're done when you get there. Worst Ever!!!
I took in copper that I stopped from my cable wires and even though it was clean and thick i was paid for #2 copper.. From what I was told it should have been counted as #1 copper..
This place is shady I asked them for a price on copper and dude told me about 2 dollars seriously can I straight answer .you can about 2 bucks your ass on down the road partna
Do not take anything other than aluminum cans there they don't know what to do with extruded aluminum or cast aluminum you get the same amount that you would from an aluminum can
Some of the signage can be a bit difficult to understand. Once you do however navigating the location is easy. Payment isn't overtly complex. Present receipts to the cashier then make a short walk to a ATM that process them and pays you. Overall a positive experience.
