I highly recommend this Towing LLC! My car broke down at a gas station late at night, and after calling "the triple letter" company, we were told there would be a three-hour wait—at 10 p.m. Frustrated, I started calling around, and unitedTowing was the only company that responded promptly. Not only did they answer right away, but they also arrived quickly and had us back home in 20 min! The tow truck driver was efficient and very courteous. To top it off, their pricing was reasonable—far better than I expected for a late-night tow.If you ever find yourself in need of towing services, I highly recommend giving unitedtow Towing a call. They truly provide outstanding service when you need it most!
A lot of shady business with this company. I had my car towed to a discount tire and they tried getting me to pay them before I saw the cars condition after the tow. After paying them they left and never gave me my keys. I then preceded get the “runaround” for over 2 hours whiles I was at the tire shop. I was told several times that they would be there in “2 mins, just 2 mins. We’re so sorry our driver will be there in 2 mins”. That went on for 2 hours. I have an air tag on my keys so I was able to see their location the whole time as they were lying about where they were. They originally said that they didn’t have my keys, but when I mentioned their current address via the air tag they quickly changed it up and said that they found them. This tow company has alternate motives when it comes to your vehicle or time. Even if this was a mistake they do not keep their customers in mind and proceeded to run other jobs way before they decided to give me my keys back.2 HOURS AFTER MY CAR HAD BEEN DROPPED OFF.
The guy who I met, and help me is respectful and kind. He set a time to where i was, which was far, and he made just in at time. He made sure if I was fine and okay then he proceeded to hand out water to me. Overall good service and would 100% recommended to anyone who need to be towed or help
Best towing experience once again, not only did the driver offer us a water for the hot weather also gave us a ride to our home, respectful family friendly and kind. Deeply appreciated and most definitely thankful.
The guy came thru but unfortunately he left us on the side of the freeway and said we had to find our own ride then when we met up with him at the tire shop my wallet and my kids passport and ID went missing I called the company to see who this guy was and the owner said he had quit his job and doesn't know who he is but somehow they are a "Family business"
Thank you so much, Edgar. Our car would not start, instead of towing it he came over, diagnosed the problem, drove us to auto zone and back, and installed a new battery. SO happy we don't have to go to an auto shop tomorrow and pay more than what he charged. Thank you for helping.
