I had to call Valley Express Towing when my car broke down unexpectedly, and they were great from start to finish. The dispatcher was polite and gave me a clear estimate on arrival time. The driver showed up even quicker than expected and was super professional and friendly. He got my car loaded up fast and safely, and even gave me a quick tip about what might be wrong with it. It’s never fun needing a tow, but these guys made it way less stressful. Would definitely use them again if I ever need to.
Never do business with these people. They will rip you off. Take your money and feel good about it. I would recommend if somebody else gives you a quote of double the price. Go with that instead.
Never, ever do business with these people. They will rip you off. It happened to me. There is nothing you can do. When you Call them for a quote on a job they will give you a very good price at the end of the day. They will just make it take so long that you pay more than double the price. They quote you and if you wanna talk to the manager he's never in the office or around, he's a six-year-old child. If it was possible I would have left no stars. You have to select at least one.
Broke down this morning on the side of the freeway they towed my car 30 miles away then are saying it’s $200. They’ve had my car less than three hours price gouging scammy incompetent mind you they have no one at the office and expect you to wait hours for their one driver to release your car. This place is a scam all they want is to waste your time and steal your money. I will be reporting to the BBB. if you’re looking for a shady , slow, incompetent business go for them!
Don't let them lie to you about this location, they'll gladly send you down here to pick up your car and tell you "it's manned from 9-5, don't worry, no appointment necessary!" And then you'll get there, and they have one tow guy manning the place who they send out on calls for 75% of the day. If you enjoy having to visit 3 times to get your car, waiting in the sun for 60 minutes at a time, and then being lied to about his arrival, then Valley Express is for you!
Could have towed our car to a lot 2 miles from crash, instead.....towed to Deer Valley. We paid 300 to get our car out. Plus they give you the run around on weekends so they can charge more! Accidentally wasn't our fault, we didnt WANT to deal with a tow company and the city called them! Horrible customer service and company
Made us wait over an hour to get our vehicle because their attendant decided not to show up in the morning. First they said 10 mins, waited 30 mins and then said it would be another 25. Thank you for wasting my time. Will never use you guys.

Dispatcher gave the driver the wrong address, and then charged me more for her mistake. This added about 40 minutes of wait time. Driver was a pro - both polite and knowledgeable, so I’m giving 2 extra stars.
On a Sunday took them long time, and only towed 1.5 miles and charged me $148.00 rediculous but the driver was cool and knowledgeable and was kind and considerate. Ask for prices!!

I needed a Tow on 06-25-23 due to this heat wave my semi trucks ECM overheated and I could not run my semi trucks A/C or anything. The dispatcher I spoke with, I believe her name was Shauna, was very VERY sweet and kind and understanding with supreme professionalism in customer service. Thank you for that Shauna!!!
Richard showed up with his Rig as soon as he could after swapping rigs for towing me. He was quick after arriving hooking everything up and then said "Young man you are riding with me so you can get out of this heat and have some A/C." He saw I was sweating massively. He towed me over to Velocity. Thank you for that boss man!!!
After my entire camper rig was destroyed by a semi truck on Interstate 10, Valley Express came out and gathered the wreckage. I want to give a huge thanks to Richard...he was patient as I gathered what was salvageable from the debris, gave me a ride back into town and watched over my valuables overnight. Richard is a good man...without his help things would have been a lot worse.
From the initial call to the drop off I received excellent service. The dispatcher was nice and kept me informed. They sent a proffesional driver who was able to make a difficult pick up look easy. He also dropped the car off exactly where we needed it. Thank you for a great job at a fair price.
After waiting HOURS for my car insurance company and no one showed up, I called this place. Less than 15 minutes later Bobby (I believe that was his name) showed up, hooked up my car, and got us set to go. I never leave reviews but this was the best service I have ever had when it comes to towing and such. Big man was funny and kind, super informative and overall made what was a bad experience incredibly more pleasant! Strongly recommend!
After waiting over an hour for AAA to unsuccessfully find us a tow truck because our “tow was too far” and we were “out of range”, we decided to go commercial and find our own tow truck. Thankfully all the companies we reached out to were more than willing to find us a close AND available driver. We called one company and after being transferred to a third company we had finally found a truck that was nearby and willing to perform a 40 mile tow. Thank you to the dispatcher Natalie for being so friendly while helping us quickly find a driver. And a BIG thank you to Bobby for getting us and the car home safely. Despite the horror of waiting on the side of I-10 for two hours Bobby made up for it. The world needs more Bobby’s!

I called to get a quote to take my car to the mechanic. It would be just 5 miles. After giving the lady the address of where the car is located and where to take it to (10 minutes of wasting my time) she then says that they’re not able to do it today. Now why in the world did she not say that from the beginning instead of wasting my time taking down both addresses. I’m sure it was due to it only being a distance of 5 miles. Don’t recommend.
Both office and field personnel were very professional. Would definitely use their services again if needed. Did not check any others so cannot tell you if price is competitive but it was what I was willing to pay at the time. Thank you for a great tow!
Prepare to wait multiple days for your vehicle to be picked up.
I literally waited 26 hrs when I was quoted 2-3.
Then heres the kicker I brought cash to make it easier and based on there price quote of $150 for hook and $5 per mile it should have been about $350 per vehicle. I brought $700 and was told the total was $500 per vehicle. So I had to go back home and get more cash even though they couldnt justify why the price was so much higher.
All I know is that it would have been way more than I could afford if I didnt just pay them and get my vehicles back ASAP.
There plan is to make it so expensive that you just leave them your vehicle so they can fix it and flip it. They do not stick to posted dps rates and will upcharge every chance they get.
A complaint has been filed with DPS.

Valley Express was called in lieu of a tow from AAA. AAA had failed me, and Valley Express was contacted by AAA to step in. Their driver arrived when they said he would, and place my vehicle safely into my parking space at home. Unlike AAA, this driver took his time and put my vehicle wrap along instead of just dropping it off on the property. The dispatch was extremely courteous, the driver went above and beyond, taking his time to carefully lower and place my vehicle from the bed of the truck. I cannot say enough about the service and courtesy of this business.

I called Valley express In need of a emergency tow on a dead F350. To my surprise, the agent who answered the phone was upbeat, polite and sincere. She quickly and thoroughly got all the information needed.
Most folks know that tow truck companies do as they please and care little about customer service.
Valley express seemed to make it their top priority.
The driver was just as impressive. He was polite, upbeat, sincere and seemed genuinely eager to help.

Had Rick come out and help me tow my semi to a shop. Professional, fast, friendly, great service. He was a awesome guy. Wish more tow companies had people like him. This company is definitely worth it.
Our service guy was a proficient just was not provided with the appropriate equipment/pieces. The company/customer service rep us told within 45 mins or a tow and we had to make several calls to follow up on the tow arrival time which was 3 hours late. Took about 4 hours for the hook up and tow. The cost was overly priced especially since we used the same company less than a month and was charged ridiculous price at that time too $1500 for both tows... RIDICULOUS
The service was timely, I did not wait long. The driver was very knowledgeable and had my car on his truck in under five minutes. He even took a route to the shop that allowed him to drop me at home on the way. I am very pleased with the service and will call again if I ever need a tow again.
The best ever! They were like a hero arriving to save the day. After having trouble with another towing company and waiting over 3 hours from 10pm-3am and having to cancel my insurance called them to the rescue. Called them at 3am and they arrived less than 40 mins. They were a miracle after a bad day, the driver was super friendly and professional. An angel in a safety vest, his driving skills were amazing to behold as he skillfully towed my car to a repair shop with a small parking lot. Dude was awesome!
The woman who answered the phone was awesome. Driver confirmed delivery 5 minutes after I called. He showed up promptly and was very courteous. Very professional. I will definitely use this company again.
Danny (?) Was really helpful & patient. We had a flat tire with our class B RV. He really went out of his way to make sure that we were safe and towed our RV to a nearby rest stop. As it was a Sunday there would be no shops open. He helped us change the tire, and that was a real challenge on our RV!
