Had a Great Experience with Abby Auto Parts. The man there was very pleasant and patient with me an d my friend as we were trying to decide what parts we wanted to get.
I had requested a quote on a motor and all I got was a wet back who couldn't speak English to get the manager on the phone for my quote will not be doing business if company can't get someone to man the phone's properly
I am currently in a dispute with Abby Auto Parts. I purchased a transmission from them from my Toyota Sequoia for $2.000.00. I am in Southern California so I paid to have them ship it to me from Phoenix. When it arrived to my mechanics they inspected the transmission and found metal flakes in the transmission pan. I called to arrange a return of the transmission to them and so far they are not following through on their warranty. I will update this comment as the situation evolves.
These guys are a scam they sold me a engine that was supposed to be out of a different vehicle but when I pick the engine up and I get it home and inspected they send me another Vin number. Once I tell them there's no way this engine is 50,000 miles and say all this one got 29,000 miles and I'm telling them there's no way this engine is damaged and they're like, well you can bring it back -20% stocking fee. Just fraud
Met Abby (owner) on Labor Day & he treated me with the utmost respect & on Tuesday allowed Steve his loyal right hand man to accompany me to my personal mechanic to inspect a vehicle I was interested in. Overall 2.5 hrs of my time & their time invested that day. Unfortunately no transaction was conducted- but our dialogue remained friendly & professional with a degree of honesty. Would definitely recommend Abby Auto Parts. I am hoping to do business with them in the near future should the need arise. Steve is very respectful & knowledgeable with a beautiful laid back personality....no pressure. I was very very impressed with Abby Auto Parts & their owner & staff.
