These guys are great! USPS messed up the order initially and attached a written "apology" to the empty box. I let JSD Auto Parts know about it and they immediately sent a new one at their expense, even though USPS dropped the ball. I just added JSD to my Favorite Sellers list.

I recently purchased a transmission pan with transmission filter from JSD Auto Parts on eBay and it was a great success. I was hesitant at first because of the price compared to a major competitor. The competitor has no warranty and JSD Auto Parts has a 1 year warranty. I contacted JSD and gave them my VIN number to verify and it was a match. Once I placed an order and received the part, I immediately installed it with no problems. I installed the transmission pan on a 2014 Dodge Durango limited edition. It has an 8 speed transmission awd. I recommend JSD Auto Parts for good quality, better prices, and warranty on products other competitors don't offer.
bought some parts from them through EBAY. received cheap, low-quality parts. upon returning they processed less than half of the parts and ghosted me when i reached out to check where the hold off was
These guys are in it for the customer...not for the money.....I had to return an item that I bought and installed before I realized it was not the one that I needed....my fault.......I'd expected a restocking fee and some deduction for minor marks from my installation but they returned all my money and even made my return postage cheaper and more convenient by sending a return label. WOW ! Phoenix is lucky to have JSD.
Boy it sure would be nice if they would answer calls or emails, used to get radiators from jsd and was always very satisfied, buddy ordered one over a month ago and never did get anything. ANOTHER SCAMMER IN AMERICA...
AVOID!!! Send wrong part, based on vehicle model, etc., and then try to say that the cutomer purchased the wrong part and don't want to refund or accept return. Unscrupulous and do not want to accept responsibility for their own mistakes. . . would rather customer pay for them.

Order a part and it was brand new but defective. Made several attempts to call them to fix the issue but no answer. Seems like this is a ongoing issue with this company. Would not recommend
The worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with I purchase 24 lifters and am charged for it and they send me 8 and when I send them a message I get no response so basically I was ripped off and these guys don’t care about customers they won’t fix they’re wrong doings do yourself a favor and go somewhere else this place is pathetic at best and ran by thieves
Part was delivered defective. Tried contacting JSD several times and could never reach anyone. From what I've experienced, they're great at taking your money and that's about it. Not having done business with JSD in the past I was naturally skeptical....should have gone with my gut
Been trying to contact this company about a radiator I purchased to get a replacement. no one answeres the phone, and no one returns my call. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS.
DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered product on line, waited 12 days for the item.. Turns out they never shipped it. Asked for my product again.. They didnt even bother to help me out.. Total waste of time and money!! Very unprofessional and total frauds!!!!!!
They are under new management, staffs are super friendly and helpful. I ordered wrong part by mistake, they exchanged for me with no problem. I've bought many parts from them, they all seems to be really good quality and unbeatable price. they are my go to auto shop.
Do not buy anything from this company they will ship you the wrong parts. When you try to resolve the issue they'll act like it's your fault. Plus trying to get a refund from them is nearly impossible! Just terrible will not recommend to anyone!

Don't buy from this company. Their listings on e-bay don't match what they will send you. They lack communication. I ordered a water pump for my car and their listing matched by year, make, model exactly but when I got it, my engine coolant temperature fan sensor/switch wouldn't fit in the side of the water pump.
They lack any kind of communication. Customer service representative told me my car must have been modified and then told me only a small percentage of 1.8 million vehicles used the same water pump as mine.
