I don’t understand why some people think like Hyena hyena looking food all night and day like those tire shops workers behave this way. I waited over two hours just to have a flat tire repaired. The worker tried to overcharge me $20 when the normal price is $5–$10. I ended up paying $15. When I got home, I realized they had switched my newer tire with an old one. This shop is dishonest and not trustworthy. Please be careful and beware of doing business here.

South Mountain Tire always takes great care of me! They’ve done an amazing job on all my tires—my personal cars, my wife’s car, and even the vehicles from my workplace. Every time I come in, they get it done within minutes. Super quick, reliable, and the customer service is always on point.
I really appreciate how consistent they are. No matter how busy they look, they still move fast and treat everyone with respect. Plus, there’s an ice cream spot right next door, so you can cool off while they finish the job.

Service was amazing. I came in with a flat tire on my motorcycle and they helped me put a temporary plug in it just so I can get home. I had nowhere else to go and they helped me out. Great people, great service. Would bring my car here if I ever need anything tire related.
Don’t buy used tires from here. This is 2nd time I go and I just got one this past Saturday and my tires has a big lump already. Check before they put them because they charging $45 and it’s not even worth it
Quality tires good prices, they do oil changes. Convenient location while you wait grab an ice cream next door, ceviche or a sandwich. Owner & employees are very good people and informative.
I bought 4 brand new tires from them less then a month ago, I went out of town for a week a few days later and came back and one of the tires went flat even though it hadn’t been driven. I call to tell them what happened and he says he’s gonna charge me $30 to come out and look at it and see what’s wrong. Upon coming to look at it he tells me he see NO damage. No nail. Nothing that would put me at fault for the tire. Tells me he only has a tire that is too small for my vehicle (which we all know is not good for your car) but to come back in a couple days and he will change it for the right size no charge. Now, I’m here a couple days later and there telling me that I have to pay another $20 on top of the fact that I paid for four NEW tires, the $30 for him to come out and put a too small of tire on my car. I feel like that is not right and it’s bad business. You put a faulty tire on my car and now I have to come out of pocket for the THIRD time to be able to get it fixed is absolutely ridiculous.
This has to be the Best Tire Shop in South Phoenix. I went in this morning at 9:00am for 4 New tires and front brakes on my Lincoln Towncar and within a hour it was all finished at a great price. $500.00 cash out the door for the tires and brakes. Get down to South Mountain Tire…. They’re the Greatest!!

I initially came to this place and was told that I had a valve stem leak and paid to get it fixed. They said I would probably need all new tires soon. Went back a couple of months later to replace tires. The alignment was terrible and I asked if they could fix it and they said they could for an additional cost which I agreed to. It was not fixed. They told me it was and insisted on driving with me down the road to check and as we were driving this guy tried to gaslight me and kept saying it wasn't the alignment it was the road, that the alignment was fine. I had to take my car somewhere else to get the alignment fixed and went back to get a refund for the additional cost of the fixing the alignment here. About a week later my back right tire blew out going 65 on the freeway. I had it towed back to this place because of the warranty and they refused to honor the warranty. Told me it was a valve stem issue. The same valve stem they "fixed" two months ago. I paid more money for a new tire and to have them fix the valve stem another time. A week later my car was driving really rough and I went into another shop for an oil change and had them check the tires while my car was there. The back tire pressure was overfilled to 65 when it is only supposed to be 35. You do not accidentally overfill a tire by 200%. They had to have done this on purpose. Not sure if I pissed them off and they did it because they were upset with me or if they were trying to make it so that it blew out again and I had to go back and spend more money. So dangerous. Nightmarish experience.

I’ve been coming here for a while now and I feel that south mountain tires needs to be advertised more. They have excellent customer service and their work is super fast. They offer tire, oil changes and alignments.
South Mountain in Laveen is a place that I would not recommend to anyone. I recently went there to get two tires replaced and was initially quoted $210 for the job. However, when they finished the work, they demanded an additional $20, making the total $230. This lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. It is frustrating to be given one price and then forced to pay more without any explanation or justification. I will not be returning to this establishment and would advise others to steer clear as well.
Awesome place. With great prices, won a 30% off a set of tires from them thinking they were gonna mark up like most places and I wound up getting a great deal on top of what was already a great deal. Definitely recommend
Had a bubble in my tire, they helped with suggestions and quoted me a fair price for new tires. Pleasant and courteous. And the ice cream shop next door had great options while waiting.
My new favorite tire place. They ordered my tires and had them installed first thing the next morning. I cried I was so happy after having had a horrible experience at Walmart. huge shoutout to south mountain tires!!!!! i had a flat tire and they not only came and put in a spare but also took me back to the shop then was able to give me a used tire with the exact brand as my flat one! i called so many places in the local laveen area and everything was so difficult on top expensive road side tire replacement costs 75$ but from here to get that service on top of a new tire it was all 80$. i can’t praise them enough everything was so fast and affordable truly a wonderful service for sure check them out if you have the chance!

I showed up about 20 minutes til close after my tire blew up on me and these guys were AMAZING!!! Some crazy Friday the 13th bad luck, but these guys saved me Super nice, low price (not even $80, AND they drove to my car….WHEN THEY CLOSED IN LIKE 10 MINUTES AT THAT POINT), and they literally swapped my tire in less than 10 minutes. Awesome place to get tires. If they don't have them in their store they will get them from their warehouse quickly. I went in with a flat and I knew it was near the sidewall and couldn't be patched with and certainty. They gave me an excellent price and quickly installed the new tire all in about 30 minutes. These guys are the TRUTH!! They’re kind and nice and will do their best to help you swiftly and get you on your way. This is my new go to for an oil change and tire rotation. Their prices are fair and they’re people who know their stuff and genuinely cares about their customers. I’m happy to know they’re still honest people around who genuinely want to help. Had a blowout on my way back to work change my tire called them they are the only ones in Arizona that had the right size they were willing to go to their warehouse and pick it up. Mind you this is all at 5o’clock I get off at 6o’clock they close at 7 o’clock. I got there about 645. Some of the Best customer service I have experience especially coming in so late for any tire needs these guys are amazing!! Thank you for serving Arizona!!
South Mountain Tire saved my move. I had a flat in my driveway the day before I was supposed to move, and I didn't see it until 7:00pm. They sent someone out to me to fill the tire in my driveway, then fixed the flat once I got to their shop. These guys are amazing, with excellent service. On top of that, the price was extremely reasonable. These guys are life savers, and I can only give them my highest recommendation.
