Very crooked company. My dad parked in a stall not knowing it belonged to someone. When my dad came out to move the car, the tow truck driver saw we was almost at the car and he throw his truck in reverse and speed quickly to lift the car of the ground. Then told us we needed to pay a drop fee of $75 via cash or zelle. Credit cards are not accepted.
Bunch of crooks,,they go around parking lots and town cars with out a reason,even with residents,but we are 10 residents now that are going to after them now,see you in Court

Great guy, and awesome service. He made sure not to damage the car or the bumper, since the car sits really low. Takes his time and not rush the job. He definitely takes pride in his job. I would recommend him to anybody, and I would use his service again.

Great service, was available for service late at night when others were not. I was stuck in a ditch in a very expensive car he was patient and was willing to take the time to remove my car without causing further damage. My own insurance company wasnt able to get me a tow at this hour, so I was instructed to find my own towing company and the insurance would reimburse me the charges. Instead of him charging me right away he was able to have the shop where I had my car towed pay him directly and bill the insurance. He saved me the hassle of coming out of pocket then waiting to be reimbursed. Thx Eli you got a customer for life.
