They promised to pick my car up on Wednesday and then they never called to tell me they couldn't, then they said they would do it on Friday and didn't call to tell me they couldn't. I had to call them both times. This company is ran by liars who cheat people.

Don't sell your car here I drove 150 miles pulling a car to have them offer me 250 less than doscussed. After having me pull around and drop the vehicle in the back. I went inside to get paid and they say" I'm just the middle man but we can give you 350". instead of the 600 I was promised in there worry free quote. I lost money on the drive bad customer service the byeing team while nice to talk to offered no help. Promises a call bye the manager. I'm still waiting!
running a scam these people will quote the price and when they come for the vehicle they cut the price in half without giving any reasons why wished i went elsewhere with my needs

AWESOME SERVICE!!!!! Called them 3 months ago for a quote on our totaled car. They gave me the best price in town. We didn't have our title yet so once we got it (3 months later) I called them and they still honored the quote. They came out the next day helped me with the vehicle and towed it away free of charge and meanwhile gave me cash for the car. Thankful for all their help. Seriously amazing service. Thank you for being so kind to me when I had no idea how to go about all this stuff. Made it so much easier.
