Yeah the kid running the front desk he knows me very well I'm the guy that always would go in and stay too late and they never really yelled at me or got you know they were very courteous and nice to me that made me pay too much for a pair of tires and rims one time but they made it up or will do LOL
Called to get pricing today for a part I am in need of and did not have the most professional individual on the other end of the line. Gave the information for the vehicle and part requesting as requested. Had to correct the information given back so it wasn’t mistaken and then put on hold. When the phone was taken off hold, instead of information about the part requested, it instead was some rather extremely rude and unprofessional comments. Since when is this what we call to receive when we call for pricing on parts?
Called to see if they had a part i needed. Someone answered and said J&A i told them what i was looking for then they hung up without a work and when i call back they dont answer.
