This company is very professional and helpful. They have been really honest, and always helped all of my tenants out on all of my properties. They helped with my parking lots and keeps all my parking in order. Thank you for the great work.
Owner gave me a call and told me that my car was in his possession. Owner then told me that the bank will pick up the car and that I have nothing to worry about. Then I find out later that the owner kept the car, got the title and then put an abandoned title in my name. The owner was then rude when confronted. Very shady business.
We called to have an abandoned vehicle removed from our premises and they showed up quickly and were very professional and helpful. I will use them again!

My own experience was so humiliating They laugh at my situation and used very bad language I begged them hear me out and put my car down and not towel it Alex Garcia and his colleague who smokes vape acted like jerks These people are not professionals
I have seen many cars towed where I live. I've seen them show up 2 at a time driving around looking for cars to tow to me it seems like easy money for this towing company. I've witnessed a neighbor come out crying looking for their car thinking its been stolen i had to let them know I seen their car being taken away. They don't even give a warning nor a noticed it's been towed. So the person is left with no notice to where to look but to think it's been stolen from their lot.
If I could give no stars that would be perfect. They are unprofessional and disrespectful. They towed my car and still won't give it back. So, I paid a little over $5,000 to get it back. I called them 36 times and left 30 requests for an appointment on their website. I've been given 9 different numbers for them and none of them work. I've been waiting for three weeks just to hear back from them and still nothing. Even my bank can't get a hold of them. This is outrageous. DON'T EVER USE THIS TOW COMPANY!!!
For 8 YEARS our Apt manager OK me to park sideways to share parking space, I always park sideways too, they decided after 8 years they towed me the guy on the phone was rude, and kept interrupting me while I was talking, had to yell let me finished talking well he did because he was also talking to someone else, they broke my scooter cover The guy I paid was nice he gets 4 stars They come to our complex and the tow guy is lazy, he won't tow cars parking backwards if he has to work
I have never met such incompetent people in my life. Maybe update your information and website to reflect what is being “told” on the phone. They also proceeded to hang up the phone on me while I was asking questions.
THIS IS A DISHONEST COMPANY. Towed my car and stated that their was no plates on the back and stated that my car was double parked in two spots. My car was parked in between 2 other cars and my plates were on my car and didn’t expire until next year. My plate has never flown off, I never had issues with my plates. I also have a witness who saw them come down and pass the car and the plates were still on there. I know the rules of my apartment complex and I act accordingly. They took a car to have sit overnight for money. I believe that they took my tags off my car. I called and the supervisor UPSETTINGLY rude and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say about my car. This is a terrible business and that’s because the employees along with the supervisor are dishonest. I will not pay a fee for something when literally nothing was wrong. I sent an email to the leasing officer and hopefully she is able to contain the utter CHAOS this company has put on me. Oh, and just to add, I’ll put the picture where my car was parked. DO NOT EXPECT GOOD SERVICES OR HONESTY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I needed to have a vehicle towed from my property and used Garcia's Towing & Vehicle Recycling. The response time was very quick and the process went well. Bill was very professional and informative. THANKS BILL! Will definitely use this company for any future towing needs.
This company took my vehicle tonight in my apartment complex and it was registered my apartment complex it's been there for 7 months and all of a sudden they want to take my car for no reason it's registered to the apartment complex and I'm getting no help thanks first they tell me it was because it was parked in backwards but no we have no rules and regulations at our apartment complex and then they said oh no no my bad someone called it in when I had the owner and manager there saying no one called it in and it's registered to these apartments
Didn't answer the phone. It seems like there were more interested in keeping people's cars because they make it hard for you to get a hold of them but I was actually calling to pay for a winch out so they don't really seem like they were open to making new money or getting new customers. They most likely are scam artists just my opinion.
This company is amazing!!! Very affordable and came within minutes at midnight they were patient and very understanding with it being so late very professional. I will definitely only use this towing company. Thank you Alex!!!
