They won’t even do their job they just tell you to go somewhere else even tho everyone at the other shops knows they are the once who strap certain things and they still won’t even take it . Very disrespectful and unprofessional

So the workers was real nice right up until they dropped the truck we was scrapping on my trailer. Then they got defensive. I wanted them to pay for the fender and any other damage that was caused by the accident. David said they are not responsible for anything that happens to my property and became pretty aggressive. Lucky my buddy video it. I have something to show my lawyer today .
We buy scrap has to be the best scrap yard I’ve been too. I’ve been coming here for years and nothing but great customer service from David couldn’t ask for anyone better. Always making it feel like great time unloading there with out hassle. The guys do a great job unloading and working with me with any can of load. I’ll be continuing going here and use them for anything.
Extremely kind people. David helped us organize and they donated a car for us to use for our Make A Wish Fundraiser!! They delivered and picked up the car for us and made everything super easy! 100% recommended could not thank them enough :)
They actually close at 2 o'clock on Saturday because they leave at 230 so it's false information I suppose they must hold each other's hands for half an hour and sing kumbaya and stare at each other's eyes deeply for half an hour or something because they pay themselves extra money for half an hour to not attend to customers. If I could give them zero stars I would. Must have not learned how to tell time or how to be honest... Oh well I suppose as a customer I must accept their incompetence...
This is my first time scrapping. I started out by just bringing my aluminum stuff which will amount to $5 if I am lucky. Spoke w staff about how to group and bring the rest of my stuff. So for now I will give 3 stars and then will re-evaluate when mission complete. I chose this business because it is women owned. Got to support my sista's!

Best scrap yard I have been to. Very clean and helpful employees. They have all the necessary equipment to help unload the heaviest scrap one can bring. Highly recommend to everyone
This place is the best I have seen in the overall prices , and friendly service. It is a bit cramp at times but worth it. The owner actually gave me a cord off one of the dryers for one I needed at home free off charge. I have been scrapping for years. Take my advice , go here.

This place had really good service, helped me unload my truck, they also separated all my wire, copper, aluminum, they also helped me distinguish what metals were which, very helpful . They also had good prices and paid me CASH to help me with my weekend expenses.
I called yesterday I was told they Buy Cadillac converter’s this morning I went 3035 W Broadway Rd Phoenix, AZ 85041 they really don’t buy them after all and bad customer service go to any other place but here

These a horrible people. I am 100% sure they also do some chop shop stuff. Never gonna even get near this company again. Wish I could give them no stars.
We brought a variety type of metals to them today and each were weighed separately. They were professional in how they handled everything. We were impressed.
