Always the best place to find the parts you need. Especially at an amazing price. But you can't fix people attitude when your picking up parts, so many people working with no urgency or should I say lack of customer service.

If your using a debit or credit card you must show your ID. If you can't show ID you won't be able to get your part. BRING ID IF USING DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD.

This place had a great price for my radiator. I only paid $120 for it and it the line moved very quickly. I was also able to call ahead and place the part on hold for pick up. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely continue to come get any parts I may need from Penny Pinchers.

This place is a hidden gem for automotive repair parts, they have stuff in stock cheaper than all other parts houses guaranteed, they have stock of old vehicle parts that would otherwise need to be ordered from anywhere else. And they also offer warranties, while carrying specialized automotive fluids from good brands like the idemitsu CVTF II transmission fluid for my Subaru CVTF transmission, cheaper than anywhere online too. They pick up the phone and actually know their stuff, you can call ahead, confirm that they have availability, confirm pricing, and set it up for a will call. The lines are often long and it's not a quick stop for sure unless you set up a will call, but it is absolutely worth it and a such a boon for those of us who may need parts quick and can't wait for RockAuto or Amazon to deliver. They also stock pretty good brands.

Always has the parts needed Prices are cheaper than online 99% of the time products are available in store. Customer for over 40 years. Be courteous about how you park. Unlock your vehicle don't expect them to be responsible for your belongings. I personally have never had a problem. I lock my vehicle set the alarm and going inside. Come out to everything being fine. I don't think you're going to be able to repair your vehicle in the parking lot. Be responsible. Like I said a great place. Discounted parts and warranties. Do what we can to keep their prices low.

Some people tell me that these parts don't last long, but I don't know that but these parts that I bought before still working, I don't understand them, but this is where I go for parts n I can recommend this which is penny pinche to anybody

I live on the mountain, if I need a belt, I'm going to autozone. But if I need anything more major, like strut and spring, which we just did, $330 beats out an over $600 price tag. Amazon comes close but seeing the parts and sales people face to face makes a big difference to me. And I like that they try to be sincerely friendly while under pressure with a constant flowing line of customers... Makes it worth the line. AND the line goes through the oil stacks and almost everyone needs oil lol.

They gave me the wrong brake pads even after the will call area guy looked up my make and model.....have to drive 20 miles acrossed town to see if they will exchange....:(

I went there with my neice for a new alternator 4 her car. I told myself "I don't like this side of town & I hope she doesn't get talked down to because she's a female." Man, there was a long line of about 15 people ahead of us, but 2 much of my surprise we were there in & out in about 15-20 mins. Awesome, the people behind the counter were knowledgeable & respectful, especially the young man who rang us up & patiently explained the money back procedure once the old alternator is returned with the box the new alternator came in & the receipt. Kudos, 2 this establishment. Like the old saying goes "Don't judge a book by its cover."

Good website. I enter my VIN, order online, pick up the parts at the Will Call counter after 30 minutes. I verify the part numbers on the package with my order. Penny Pincher's pricing is minimally more than RockAuto after taxes and shipping, but I don't have to wait for shipping time, and I'm supporting the local economy. Penny Pincher is a branch of Parts Authority.

Was an absolutely terrible experience I pre-ordered my part online went in I'm waiting at the area that just says "will call orders". After not seeing my name on any of the packages there. So I look to my left and I asked the older Hispanic gentleman wearing glasses. Is this the correct spot for picking up my online order? He then directs me to the complete opposite side of the store. I arrive at the opposite side of the store at the counter. There's a lady over there by the batteries who tells me. No I need to go back to the side of the store Ii just cam efrom. At which time I return to the sign that just says will call orders. He continues giggling and conversing being super friendly to other Hispanic customers. It was just me and my daughter I began to feel highly uncomfortable. I called and asked my brother to come into the store. There we're waiting waiting and waiting felt like forever. As a girl gave out a wrong part to the guy in front of me. He tells her it wrong part. Then she finally agreed and disappeared. I finally get up to the front to get the lady's attention. She can't find my order. Then a doordash delivery person arrived for her coworker. She decided to walk away from the counter with my i.d. and left for about 20 minutes with my part finally sitting there on the counter. A girl bout it out before she walked away. Still holding onto my I.D. . We are literally just waiting unnecessarily being ignored it felt very rude like they didn't want to serve black people. It was an absolutely terrible experience. Felt like we were trapped in a bad SpongeBob episode. The next girl wearing clear plastic framed glasses came up to the counter to serve the gentleman behind me. He said the name of his business at least four times. she's wearing glasses and literally acts like she can't see the name of his business . My brother had to literally point out the order. I will never go back there again you're working in the store why misdirect me and play games and send me in a circle? When I've spent my money there horrid experience no customer service they're rude and disorganized. I will gladly pay more for customer service experience.

I was just there yesterday to return a part I didn’t actually need (with the receipt ) and they processed it quickly, no questions asked. The attendants are helpful and friendly. I’ve never had a problem with the parts or service. Parking can sometimes be crammed but they stay busy because they’re reasonable and reputable. It’s best to park on the side instead of in front because there’s more space to park on the side. It’s a rough neighborhood but I’ve never had anyone rush up on me. Just take safety measures, lock your vehicle doors, etc. -Common sense. Most people are just trying to get their parts and are too focused on their car repairs. The long line is worth it but the employees work pretty fast. I definitely recommend this place. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"Update: The owner contacted me and issued a partial refund, which I appreciate. However, it wasn't the full amount I was owed. The owner explained that the part now sells for less, and offered a partial refund to avoid the cost of shipping it back to the manufacturer. I did receive the $120 partial refund for the rack and pinion assembly, but I'm still disappointed that I didn't receive the full amount." On August 10th, 2019, I purchased a brand new, in-the-box rack and pinion assembly from Penny Pinchers Auto Parts. While the part itself was new and in its original packaging, I recently discovered it was not needed. When I attempted to return the item, I was informed that they have a strict 90-day return policy, which, given the six years that have passed, I understand. However, I find it disappointing that a brand new, unopened item cannot be returned, even for store credit, due to a time constraint. While I acknowledge their policy, I believe some flexibility could be considered for items that are clearly in pristine, resalable condition. The initial purchase was straightforward; the item was as advertised. However, the rigid adherence to the return policy, even for a brand-new, unused product, left me feeling frustrated. While I can't speak to the quality of the part's performance (since it was never installed), I can say that potential customers should be aware of the 90-day return policy, especially for larger or more expensive items. I would definitely recommend AoutoZone or O'Reilly's, where they'll let you return your item anytime.

Always love going there. Tho, I didn't get what I needed this time. The salesman was awesome‼ If I knew his name, I would definitely say it here because he deserves kudos He was so kind realizing I was out of my element totally lost, you might say lol. He helped me the entire time, giving me assistance and even directions to a place where I might find what I was looking for! He even turned me around in-store as I started to walk out of the crowded store backward in order NOT TO CAUSE A LINE BACKUP (and embarrassment) lol

Always good. At this present moment I just wanted to get on here to notify that your website is not working properly. Every part that I've looked up with your common parts takes me to special order request and won't give me a price and won't let me get out of the special order request form. I called Penny pincher and every part that I was looking for was actually in stock I did let the gentleman know that there was an issue with the website. Hopefully it gets fixed soon as I always look up my parts online from you guys

I had the company credit card to pick up parts and was scolded when I attempted to use it. Apparently nor able to sign credit card without the cardholder present. They had to return the items and resell under debit. Funny thing is I was able to sign the receipt from return on said credit card lol. The cashier and her neighbor were rude about the whole situation.

Great place. You can find stuff here for super cheap. Customer service is good too. They get busy tho. So you have to be mindful of time you go there. All in all this place save you good amount of money on all the parts

This place is awesome they carry everything you could want. The prices are decent. Parking is tight. Don't worry about riff raff they have a armed security at all times.
