Called and talked to Oscar about getting my roommates truck towed back to our place. Fortunately my roommate was able to get the truck started after a few minutes so i had to call Oscar back to cancel the tow. Oscar was great and very helpful thru it all. I now have your name& company phone # saved in case we ever need a tow. Also giving your number to friends&family. THANKS AGAIN, OSCAR!!
This review has been owed for a little bit. I have nothing but love and respect for Phoenix towing and wrecker. I have used them on several occasions and referred family and friends to them and they've always been timely, courteous, and very professional. They have done an incredible job each time, not only for me, but for my friends and family as well. I recommend them every chance I get. And I love that they keep communication during the process and send you a picture when your vehicle is delivered and where it was delivered.
Armando LITERALLY saved our day!! We had a flat tire on our daughter's 13th birthday and needed a tow to a shop. We originally contacted another company that left us high and dry but I'm glad they did because we called Phoenix Towing and Wrecker next and they came through for us above and beyond!! These guys were freaking out about the covid thing and wanted me to take an alternate ride while they picked up my vehicle. Very inconvenient, this covid thing makes people feel like lepers. So I kept calling towing services until I got normal people that that took me and my car home. D & J Towing Services got me and my truck home. Thanks D & J Towing services!
Mando was Very professional and very attentive to making sure my corvette was properly loaded on to the flat bed of the towing truck, defetnetly recomend this company. Ask for Mando he gives you discounts on the spot.

I have a lowered GTI, called them and they answered right away. They dispatched a driver and within minutes I got a call from the driver Oscar, warned him that it is LOW! Oscar was to my location within 15 minutes and got my car up on the flat bed with absolutely no issues and the most care! OSCAR is what makes this review surpass 5stars! I would give him 10!!! Absolutely phenomenal service, this is one I will recommend 100% anytime! Thank you for sending such a knowledgeable driver who cares about my vehicle!!!

Great experience with Armando! My car was in a small space without room for the truck, but he came up with a creative solution to get it out. He communicated about everything he was doing, and took such great care. I would recommend him for anybody who is stuck in a jam!
Good experience with these guys. I had a gentleman named Armando come help me out. He was polite, had a positive attitude and had my car where i needed it in no time. Id call these guys again when i need them.
Armando is very professional, prompt, courteous. He was a great communicator. I have a classic vehicle that has special requirements of where it gets hooked up on the underside without damaging it and he met them with no problem.
