Don’t hire this company they went over my stuff and stole multiple items claiming my family took it but they went over everything I had in there to see what they could steal
They lie like most all tow companies lie but when I called him out on his lie infront of the cops and asked him if he wanted to hear himself say that they would repo my car if I didn't pay at a later date the $220 that he said I owed on a private tow from a parking lot the car sat in for 2 days. With no tow away signs posted. Not a legal tow. Anyway he said not really he did not want me to play the recording of him lying to me infront of the cops. Needless to say I went on my way with the car no charge just wasted my time and gas and the cops stayed behind to have a little chat with the dude about lying and making threats to repo my car. I give allied towing negative stars . People know the laws for your city and state before you pick up your vehicle from a tow yard if it ever happens to you. This only pertains to private tows not police impound.
So awesome to actually work wit a towing service rather than them working against us like at all city towing... Staff here at Allied has been so supremely helpful patient n assistive in us getting our vehicle back on da road I jus can't thank Mr. Patrick n staff enough 4all their help
Called and some grumpy bitter guy answered. Couldn’t really answer my question and rushed me off the phone. Professional af. Will look Into another tow truck company.
I used Allied to have an abandoned car towed from my shop. After getting the run around for 3 days with another company I called Allied and they showed up within 90 minutes. Couldn’t be happier. Driver was pleasant and friendly.
Scam Alert! They towed my motorhome and when I called the price was $275 for the initial pick up but when I got the bill it changed to $350. When I complained I got the run around. To make things worse they put a 10 inch crack in the front and some how my rubber bushing on the cross beam came out. Buyer BEWARE!!
Amazing family owned business, Jeff is friendly, helpful and stays in contact with you so your always in the loop of things. Very fair priced and exstreamly friendly while still keeping a business manor. Jeff has helped me with many different experiences and I would not have been taken care of even close to as fair and plasent as I was with each one of my needs.
