They do not honor their warranties. They installed front brakes that only lasted about 7,000 miles. I called them and they made a bunch of excuses why they won’t honor the warranty even though it states 12 months/12,000 miles. This shop lacks integrity. Go somewhere else.
I bought some f150 parts i found these guys on Car-Part they sent me a link I paid for them never received the part when I called a week later talked to Chris he told me they shipped it to the wrong address , I asked how did you figure that address he said “ I looked your name up on google and figure it that was accurate “ he told me just go to that random address and pick them up there ….that is trespassing !!!! They won’t give me a refund and I am out the part and the money . BE WARE
This shop sells bad transmissions, watch out, tells costumers that he doesn't rebuild them, but in reality he had a guy that rebuilds them incorrectly and then sprays paint them to make them look like new, lost a lot of money with these people.

Bought 3 transmissions (at once, what a mistake) from these guys and all 3 were bad, they will not honor their return policy and making up stories not to send a refund. Now I have to pay my guy for installation and removal. I am out of thousands of dollars. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, they are complete liars.

Bought an engine from Titanium. Before the "un-honored" warranty was expired, the head gasket blew. Now Perry ignores my calls and emails. I spent $4300 on this for my BUSINESS truck. I haven't been able to work because the engine was faulty and I am being ignored by the company. After reviewing this company I found this is not the first time they sold a faulty engine AND never gave money back or replaced the engine. DO NOT purchase from them. I will continue to voice my concerns for others...this company only wants your money.

To put it simply, I love these guys. Jim, the owner and his team of guys are extremely kind and trustworthy and they do excellent work. My family and I have currently bought 3 cars from these guys at a huge discount… about 35-50% off blue book… They were all restored salvage late model, low mileage vehicles. Most recently, I scored a 2020 Honda Civic EX with 15k miles on it for roughly half the price out the door that I was finding at dealerships, it smells, runs and works brilliantly... and it’s in pristine condition. When I tell my friends and colleagues the price I paid for the car and that it’s a restored salvage they are in utter disbelief and begging me for their contact info… I’ve put 5k miles on my new Civic so far and could not be more happy and grateful. If you need a car, a repair, a part or other work done, I cannot recommend the integrity, excellent craftsmanship and MORE than fair pricing these guys have to offer… even if I kinda want to keep them to myself.

They sold us a faulty engine.
When we notified them, they told us to ship it back to them and then they will give us a refund and since then they are ignoring our emails and are not sending us the refund.
We spent over $6,000 in the process of working with them and so far we are minus $6,000 and no product or service for almost 6 months.
Also their website is fake and if you click the link you will see it doesn't exist.

I Worked closely with Perry who helped me get the part that I needed. I was given the most competitive price around as well as the best deal on shipping. Item came very well packaged and as described.
They knowingly sold us a bad transmission we spent $850 on a transmission that is NO GOOD and now they refuse to give a refund when the receipt clearly states '90 DAYS WARRANTY ON ALL PARTS'. The argument is that we did not use the correct transmission fluid while installing so it voids the warranty, excuse me we have been in business 20 YEARS. We know what we are doing, we did in fact use the correct fluid and even in the event that we did not it would not not immediately make the transmission bad. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE, refuse to return calls, and all around shady. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Never go to this company to get a parts, they sold to our compone a bad transmission and they knew transmission is bad when they sold it to us, do not trust this company for parts! i did try to talk to owner Jim, and i let my numer for him to call me back then we can talk about it, but he never did, what a junk business!
You couldn’t want better personalized service than Titanium. Called to inquire about a set of doors for a 2015 Kia Soul and gentlemen confirmed they had them. When I arrived 2 days later to pick them up, very helpful, offered to load on my trailer.
The quality, care and professionalism is amazing here. Something you don’t see at other wrecking yards.
